I have been in Australia for more than 6 years now :) I do a lot of yoga, pilates, dancing, I paint with watercolors, and like to read and watch sitcoms when it has been a long day. I dont smoke or drink, love nature and I am clean and quiet. Definitely not a party person, those years are long passed...! But I enjoy sharing a meal here and there with my roomates. I am respectful with other peoples' spaces, as I expect my space to be respected the same way. I am looking for a spacious and bright place, with enough room for a desk to work when I get commissions, and also with a lot of storage if possible. Preferred a place with good heating. A space where I can feel like home :) I am looking for long term, I can provide references (from roomates and landlords).

Hey! We’re Gaël (34) and Jordan (30), two French guys currently based in Perth. We’re both looking for FIFO jobs in construction and mining, and should be starting soon — so we’ll be away most of the time and only at home during our breaks. We’re really just looking for a clean, quiet place to rest and recharge when we’re off swing. Gaël is currently working in construction and transitioning into the mining/construction industry, ideally in optical fiber. Jordan is on a similar path. We’re easy-going, respectful, and independent. We like to keep our space tidy and clean, but also enjoy a chat or drink when the vibe fits. G’day! We’re Ryan & Tracy – a self-employed couple who recently relocated to WA from the NT for ongoing projects. We’re easygoing, friendly, and respectful of others’ space. Most of our week is spent working (6–7 days), and when we’re not on the tools, you’ll likely find us at the gym or relaxing. We also have a 6-year-old Staffy X – she’s super quiet and low-maintenance (mostly just naps!). We’re currently looking for either: A private bedroom with a bathroom, or A self-contained Granny Flat Our needs are simple: a clean, quiet, comfortable space to rest, shower, and do laundry.
