I work full-time as a Coordinator for a Mining and Exploration company based in Perth. I'm considerate, reliable, friendly, honest and clean. I respect other people's privacy and property and make a great housemate. I value positive people and attitudes. I'm healthy, active and mostly quiet but also happy to be social and go with the flow of the household. I love having a housemate/s that I vibe well with. Budget is flexible and depends upon the room / apartment / house. Hopefully the property has fast reliable wifi and I would prefer a room with my own bathroom and WIR or large built in wardrobe. Furnished room with a Queen size bed would be great but unfurnished is no problem either.
