Hi, I’m Shan, I am looking for a place for short term stay (4 weeks to 3 month) to begin with. Happy to extend after that if everything works well. I’m looking for either: 1. Full Place to Rent: A spacious, modern, fully furnished one-bedroom apartment. Budget $400 to $650 per week... Higher side of the rent for a space which has communal facilities like gym and pool. Full/ Own place to rent is my priority number 1. I am also open to 2. Fully furnished self-contained master bedroom with ensuite (Ideal) OR a private quiet bed room with own bathroom. A work desk and chair in own room will be good as I often work from home and work in IT with teams. I dont want small rooms unless the room is self contained. And no shared bathrooms pls. Ideally only one other flatmate. Budget: $300 to $450 per week. The higher side is for a master bedroom that's self contained. About Me: I’m a 44-year-old IT project manager working in the CBD. I am very quiet and usually spend my time working, watching TV , doing something in the laptop or on phone calls.I am a foodie. I keep the place around me clean and tidy. I work from home 2 or 3 times a week.
