Hey, I have recently moved to Perth with my boyfriend on a WHV from the UK and am looking for a room from 16/09/25 as we are sorted until then. We are both chilled out and enjoy exploring the city and beaches. We’d ideally like something for 4-6 months while we find our feet. We would like a house with friendly housemates. We are pretty sociable, but also like some privacy as well. We usually go out on days off and also a few evenings per week.

Hi :) I'm seeking a self contained space (open to different arrangements, short and long term - preference is around 6months to start with possibility to extend). I'm 34yr female self-employed in the healing arts (Kundalini bodywork facilitator, Vedic Meditation teacher, workshops across Embodiment / Yoga). Would be open to sharing with one other person who is cool with me offering 3-4 client bodywork, healing and coaching sessions from home per wk - (This has worked well with FIFO housemates). WFH throughout the week + run events / workshops at externally hired venues weekly over some evenings and weekends. I do my admin/marketing/program content on computer WFH so a quiet space where I can have a desk setup is required. Over the week and weekends, I ebb and flow between yoga, Pilates, beach, nature walks, events, social dancing (salsa, kizomba). But will also have days when I'm a total homebody.. reading, writing, cooking, e-learning, baths,etc. Budget: Shared: $300-400 depending on room size / shared bathroom / internet and bills arrangement Solo / Self-contained: up to $500 inc bills / internet Prefs: -Queen room -Bathroom ... ideally with bath :D -Functional kitchen (oven, stovetop, decent fridge/pantry space) -Clean, homely vibe (pref eco vibes and clean products) -Location Preference: Leederville, Freo surrounds, WGV, Cott, Scabs, Como, South Perth, North Perth, Maylands, Doubleview, Stirling, Wembley, Innaloo... But open to anywhere somewhat metro. About me: -loves her meditation, yoga, pilates, breathwork, ecstatic dance, writing, creating, reading, learning, workshops, baths, bike rides, saunas, healthy cooking, Latin dance, singing -dances kizomba, bachata, salsa -open minded, big on spirituality, but very grounded + down to earth -gets turned on by a local farmers market -holistic living / eco products -nature, beach, hikes, etc -travel, adventures -oscillates between out-and-about and homebody vibes Prefer a chill and generally peaceful zen space for work and rest. Would be great to be friendly in a potential houseshare arrangement (up for D&Ms and general life chats, walks, beach, etc) ...but also love my alone time too and pretty independent for the most part 🌞
