Hi, I’m looking for a room with easy access to Curtin University, now looking at South Perth , Como, Victoria Park, East Victoria Park, Karawara, also open options in Perth CBD from Fri18 July. I have lived in Bentley, where close to my uni since beginning of 2025. The contract will end in July so I am looking new place to live with easy access bus or train, near Curtin also options in Perth CBD or North Perth, East Perth, South Perth A bit about me: - a 33-year-old master’s student (male), from Bangkok, Thailand.I expect to rent a room for a minimum of 3 or 6 months. I am single. - I am pursuing a Master of Commerce major in Supply Chain Management at Curtin University from February 2025 to pursue my career in Logistics. - I have a good record of paying rent and keeping the property in good condition. able to check with my property agent and housemates. -I’m responsible, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. -I enjoy a balanced lifestyle—studying during the week and relaxing with a cafe hop, trying good food and exploring Perth on weekends. also playing badminton, jogging in the park, travelling to see the ocean and the forest.
