Is there actually anyone on this site who is GENUINELY AND SINCERELEY looking to buddy up??!! It seems it has become more of a dating site or a site where people can tell you their woes! Not a great experience thus far sadly. If you are reading this and are genuinely looking to buddy up with someone normal and reliable and, have the time to do viewings on both of our behalfs then please read on. I'm returning to Aus from a long stay over in the UK caring for elderly parent. I enjoy my own space as well as having a good old yarn and lifestyle wise, I am pretty quiet...partying days are well behind me. I love the company of animals and have a cat and dog that will be flying home with me. For this reason it is essential that I have a pet friendly pad to rest my head until I get my own place or, if I'm happy where I am, I'll stay! I've got a job lined up for when I get off the plane but need a secure home to ! I am happy to start paying rent before arrival but I need someone who is a homeowner if going into a share. With all the scams out there there has to be trust on both sides and so if I am to pay rent prior to arriving to secure a room, I would either need to see some form of proof of home ownership ( understand this wouldn't sit well with most ) or, I'd need a legal agreement drawn up, at my own cost. I'm so sorry this sounds crazy but you have to understand, I can't risk paying rent to someone and then get off the plane and have no home especially with pets in quarantine for only two weeks! I am happy to do whatsapp or facetime video chats. In an ideal world, I'd prefer a single person of similar age, looking to rent out a room. I am not looking to share with lots of people, two other people would be my max for sharing and defo no revellers, rowdy hell raisers or heavy drinkers, party poppers. Furnished would be ideal but I can get my own stuff for the right pad. I follow a Buddhist pathway so am pretty chilled, good laugh, like simple things. I just need to get back and , preferred areas listed are where family or pals are so they are preferential although not essential in the current climate...consider all ! WA: Kelmscott, Fremantle, Kalamunda, Narrogin, Albany, Scarborough. Other sharers: respectful of others beliefs, spiritual is helpful or at least good morals, animal loving, good humoured and even tempered. Definitely not heavy drinkers. Very much need to do my own thing come food time due to food intolerances and preferences...I don't eat animal produce. I have no furniture. Moggy aged 12 (dog wise) Mongrel aged 7 ( loves dogs and cat wise)
