Hi, I'm a 35-year-old single male and non-smoker, looking for a quiet place within reasonable proximity to the CBD. Ideally, I’m after a self-contained setup like a one-bedroom apartment, studio, granny flat, or unit, as I’ve had a few less-than-ideal experiences with flatmates in the past. Something secure with the ability to lock up and leave would suit me best, as I work full-time on a 3-weeks-on / 3-weeks-off roster as an offshore electrical supervisor. I often need to do additional work from home or the CBD office, so a quiet space where I can set up my computer would be ideal — and being close to the CBD is a big plus for when I’m required in there. I also drive a Ford Ranger ute, so parking (either on-site or nearby) would be essential, both when I’m home and away. I was born in Perth and have lived here most of my life. My family is still based here, and I spend a lot of time with them during my time off. I’m health-conscious, cook regular meals, go to the gym most days, and like to get out for a round of golf when the weather’s good. I’m very tidy and like to keep things well-organized around the house. My weeknights are usually very quiet, but I enjoy catching up with mates on the weekends — usually for dinner, live music, sporting events, or just a casual hangout.
