Hiya! We’re currently in Beaconsfield in a house share and are on the lookout for a new home from start of August as our lease is up. Preferably something with a bit more privacy where it be an ensuite , flat, granny flat or studio. Our budget depends on location and size. We’d like to stay around freo area (Beaconsfield, South Fremantle, White Gum Valley, Palmyra, Hamilton Hill). We both work full time and can provide references if needed. Hey everyone, 28 year old Brit looking for a room for the next 6 months in and around the freo area! I've just arrived from New Zealand and spent the last 3 years living in shared houses throughout my time there. I can provide references from these accommodations :) Bit about me ; I enjoy spending my weekends relaxing by the beach , heading to the gym , playing sports such as tennis, golf etc , hiking and socialising with friends. Bit mainstream haha but that's me. As a housemate I'm relaxed and social while also making sure I've cleaned up after myself. I also respect everyone's personal time including my own, so if you haven't seen me I'll possibly be smashing out the latest RPG game on a portable device or on the Xbox series X (haven't acquired yet but will be on the purchasing hunt after settling in). I'll be working in Fremantle so the closer the better but happy to travel into work aswell. My 6 months need for a room is due to me moving to Japan around Christmas. Thanks! 😊
