Hey!
I’m Matty, 32, I enjoy surfing, training at the gym, practicing yoga and meditation and time spent with friends and family. I know everyone says they're 'clean and tidy', but I actually am! I appreciate a clean, organised space to live and am hands on around the house in helping to keep inside, outside and gardens looking the goods, as well as any odd jobs that may need doing (I’m a carpenter so pretty handy).
I'm well travelled, super easy to get along with and although I don't drink, smoke or party I'm a very open minded, outgoing and social person who is always up for meeting new people, having engaging conversations and making the most of each day! I do enjoy and need my own time and space too so would prefer a quiet, peaceful house with 1-2 housemates and good energy. (Indoor plants and pets are a bonus!) 😉🪴🐶
I’m financially secure and happy to pay rent in advance, working part time by choice to have more of a work/life balance but definitely not someone to sit around the house all day/night. I would be away for at least 2 nights per week too.
