$400/week•36 year old man
Hi I'm Aaron, looking to move interstate to Sydney around November. Budget: $350-450 pw. Work: I'm an economist and run my own software company. My day-to-day can be quite varied with a few days WFH or in the CBD depending on my client needs. I also travel a bit for work and conferences. Location: Must haves for me are somewhere with good public transport connections and close to a swimming pool. Close access to some green space would be a plus. Cleanliness: I'm somebody who values a clean, safe and peaceful home environment. I tidy as I go and take my shoes off inside the house. Housemates: I'm very used to living alongside one or two housemates and that has always worked well. I'm generally outgoing and happy to socialise and hang out, but do enjoy my own space when I need to recharge too. Fitness: I swim 3 days a week. One of my first priorities in Sydney will be to join a local swim squad, and I love to carve out time for long walks and hikes. Hobbies: In my downtime I read a lot. I play acoustic guitar when nobody else is home to hear me. My ideal evening is a bbq, wine and board game with friends. I like to make fresh pasta, but otherwise don't spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Other stuff: I don't smoke or do drugs, and prefer housemates who don't either. I drink socially and am usually up for a pub night on weekends if that's your thing. Thanks for having a read through and reach out if you'd like to arrange a chat!

I'm a 34-year-old guy who recently moved to Sydney from Melbourne. I'm into running, tech, and road trips. When I'm not working full time or studying, you can find me binge-watching my favorite shows. I prefer the simplicity of living in a clean studio and enjoy staying active with fitness. Socials and good food are my go-to for relaxation - i don't have any pets or kids but don't mind if you have a cat. Open for team ups if we are on similar wave length.

I’m looking for a quiet but friendly place in Sydney for 4 to 6 months while I settle back in on my new job. I’m neat but not fussy, social but not loud, chill but not lazy. I enjoy a good chat and a laugh, but during this period I’ll be focused on work and study...so I’m looking for a calm space where I can reset, recharge, and grow. Since I’ll still be paying my mortgage in Brisbane, my budget’s a bit modest, but I bring reliability, respect, and good energy wherever I stay.

About Me Hi, I’m Liz! I relocated from Sydney from Perth 2 months ago. I’m 36 and work part-time as a cosmetic nurse. I’m single, no pets, and pretty laid-back overall. I’m looking for a room to rent but also a house I can call my home. I value my privacy and personal space however I enjoy socialising, a good yarn and a gin and tonic now and then. Lifestyle Values My party days are well and truly behind me. These days, I’m all about peace, quiet, and a good night’s sleep. I take a lot of pride in my home—it’s my sanctuary—and I like it clean, tidy, and calm. I’m a little bit OCD when it comes to cleanliness and keeping things in order, so I’m looking for someone who also respects their space and treats a shared home with care and consideration. I treat the place I live in with respect and always expect the same from my housemate. The Ideal Flatmate I’m looking for someone laid-back, happy-go-lucky, and respectful. Ideally, you’re also clean and tidy, value peace and privacy, and share similar morals and a good attitude. You’re someone who treats a shared home like a sanctuary—calm, cared for, and comfortable. If that sounds like your vibe, I think we’d get along great. The Home Vibe Chill, respectful, and easygoing. I’m all about creating a home where we can co-exist peacefully—chat when we feel like it, enjoy the occasional shared moment, but also totally do our own thing.

$500/week•24-26 year old men
Hi, We are international students at UNSW Kensington Campus studying Masters of Information Technology, specializing in Artificial Intelligence. Aneet is a very good friend of mine. I go by Roi mostly. We are looking for any properties or rooms with a strong preference for furnished 2 BHK houses or apartments. We are also open to looking for 3 BHK and semi-furnished options. We both are currently engaged in part-time jobs in fields of retail, adminstration, university facilitation and teaching. Hence, we have multiple engagements and we spend most of time studying or working. Thereby, we are hard-workers with good financial stability and backing with a consistent rental history, hence we will always pay rent on time and be respectful to our flatmates and neighbours. We value a good kept home and therefore we will take good care of the property or room.

$250/week•28 year old woman
I’m Sarah and I’m genuinely clean/tidy, friendly and considerate of my flatmates. I’m an early riser. My main job is a barista and im studying acupuncture at Endeavour college. My side hustles are cleaning and pet-sitting, so I’m often away from home for weeks at a time. I mostly keep to myself because I study as soon as I get home from work but also like to have a casual (or deep) chat in the kitchen 😊

Hello !! I’m Sarah. I’m a primary school teacher moving from Tasmania up to the big smoke! I’m bringing with me my 4 year old Groodle, Samson. I walk him every day and he gets groomed regularly. He doesn’t shed and honestly sleeps most of the day. I am a home owner in Tasmania so I know the importance of respecting a property and keeping a clean and tidy space. I usually gym before work so when I get home I generally just walk the dog and have an early night ☺️ (but also love to share a wine and chat). I love hot girl walks, matcha and margaritas 💕 Would love to hear from you if you think I’d be a good fit. ☺️
