Hey everyone! I’m Mia, 29, moving to Sydney from NZ on 26 April and on the hunt for a place to land close to train lines. My max budget is $450 incl. expenses 🤗

What I’m looking for: ideally a room with an ensuite or own bathroom in a shared flat with 1–2 other flatmates (preferably female). I’d love a place that feels homely- somewhere people are up for the occasional chat, laugh, movie or takeaway night, but where everyone also respects each other’s space and downtime.

I’m tidy, considerate and reliable and a bit of a light sleeper 🥲 so a calm/quiet vibe in the evenings is important to me. A room tucked away from the main living areas would be perfect!

A little about me: I grew up between Germany, Australia and NZ, and now I’m heading back to Australia after a few years in NZ. I work in market research (usually four days a week, sometimes five) with a couple of WFH days.

Outside of work you’ll usually find me exploring new spots around the city, going to the gym, or hunting down great coffee and pastries (always happy for recs ☕). I also enjoy the occasional gin sour and a little boogie, but my party days are definitely behind me, so not looking for a party flat!
