Hello everyone. I am currently in Cairns, and coming back to the Gold Coast April 1st. I'm looking to rent a piece of property next to a house, for my small tidy registered caravan. Must have access to power and wifi (if available). As i will be staying in it. Unless a 1/2 bedroom flat/farm house is available. I would be happy to rent that and provide references and bond (Must have safe caravan parking space*) Also have use of the bathroom for daily shower and laundry. Preferably parking on concrete or a hard surface. Under cover is a bonus. Please message me if you have anything suitable and want to make some extra cash weekly. Working, non smoker. All properties and areas around Gold Coast considered. I am a permanent resident in Australia, not a backpacker. Can pay up to $120 a week for space and bills. I will buy my own food and toiletries, Looking at three months stay, however could vary. I live a quiet, healthy lifestyle. I like horse riding, hiking and diving. (pool would be fantastic) .. Thanks in advance. 😊
I'm quiet, unobtrusive, enjoy my own company, respectful of others and their property, non smoker, no drugs or alcohol. Recovering from major surgery which is why I'm unemployed atm. Very clean and tidy...I have been a professional cleaner for 35 yrs. I have grown children, no pets. Kids and pets fine. I volunteer at an animal shelter. Aggressively seeking employment.

We are a friendly and creative couple. We are happy to have a yarn but respectful of personal space. We have just moved here from New Zealand and Kyle working full time at Fulton Hogan. We are very clean and will be respectful to your property. We are very keen and would love for you to consider us!
I'm 25-year-old marketing graduate looking for a place while I have a short term role. I respect your space and value my own but it would be great to have roomie(s) with similar values to share a dinner and spend time with :) I'm always up for a brunch or the beach. I need a furnished bedroom. As I am only here short term. Feel free to message me if you'd like to know more and change contact details!
Hi everyone, my name is Pedro, 27yo, travel enthusiast, extremely tidy and respectful of other people's space, currently studying and working part-time. I'm looking for a room between Gold Coast and Brisbane or in Brisbane. I'm looking for a full-time job in Brisbane for this year and still studying/working on the Gold Coast. If you have a private room, in a quiet house where I can study and work on my own projects with no much distraction, off-street carparking, don't hesitate to hit me up. Regards, Pedro
Other than the bedroom, the house is fully furnished. Rent will include internet and all other bills. For non-smokers only. The house is only a 5 min drive to the motorway, and close to the train station, so getting around is super easy. Woolworths and Maccas and a few other little shops are only a 2 minute drive away, which is super convenient. .
Hi. My name is Bek. I work at a theme park and study education. I am a country girl living on the coast to get my degree. I am very quite but I’m happy to have a chat. Love animals so if the house has some that is a plus. I come with a massive DVD collection so I tend to live in my room and emerge for food. Feel free to ask any questions.

I have my own transport so it does not have to be near public transport. If anyone is interested in renting a place or has a spare room I'm happy and able to meet up and discuss. Thanks.
Hi I have just moved back to the Gold Coast with my 3 year old daughter from Mackay. I work Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday. My daughter is with me majority of the time but I do share care with her dad and she's a great kid, very respectful of other people and their property. I'm happy to share a bedroom with her so 2 rooms isn't a nescessity. Please contact me for any further info. Thanks Renee
We re very clean and keep to ourselves mostly. We don't drink, smoke or party. We're laid back and non-judgemental. We prefer to set boundaries with people we live with that benefit all parties involved so that no one gets upset or bitter if something happens. We're both fitness fanatics and have wicked sense of humours. Grace is a nurse is Southport and Jordan is a barista in Runaway Bay. We moved up to the Gold Coast in December from Sydney to suit our more chilled out lifestyle and fit in more with our age demographic.
G’day my names Dominic, I’m 22 and I work at KFC at Runaway bay. I do about 30+ hours a week. I’ve played drums for 12 years, I rarely practiced at my own house cause of the noise so don’t worry about that. I play in a band called The Goldblooms, so that’s where I’ll be making the noise. At the moment I’ll be couch hopping until I can find a place for myself, so if you think I will suit you please give me a message. Also very interested in teaming up with people to get our own place. So please hit me up . Thanks heaps
Heya. Just a quiet guy who would like to live amongst one, two or three (more depending on size of house) like minded, respectful, down to earth, laxed back, drama free and easy to get along with people who don't mind the odd cold one... not the ones who need a dozen a night! I can't stand those who cannot clean up after themselves and despise guys who can't piss inside the bowl... It's f*cking disgusting! And if this is a place with a shared bathroom, all i ask is that it PLEASE be clean and kept that way, not just clean for a viewing. A household with positive vibes would be great and if you're into eating healthy that would be excellent.... I need someone to change my ways. Lol. I work full-time in Yatala and pretty much have early nights now unless im binging on some tv series 👌🏼

We are a couple in our late twenties looking for a tidy, quiet place to share on the north of the Gold Coast. Boris is a lecturer, tutor and researcher at Griffith University and College, and Lola is studying business and working for her family. We have a small Japanese Spitz, however we are able to leave him with family. We’re quiet people who like music, films, travelling and languages. We have a car that can be parked on-street if need be. We’re super clean and tidy in all aspects, we respect people’s privacy and space, and overall we’re pretty easy to get along with. Boris has lived on the Gold Coast most of his life, while Lola has travelled and lived in Singapore and other parts of Australia.
