I am looking to find somebody to get a rental with, I am renting on my own currently and my lease is about to end. Ideally I am looking for somebody to get a 12 month lease with, I want to get to meet this person a few times first to ensure we get along well so that living together and on the lease together will make things a lot easier and less issues to arise. I am very open to areas as long as close to highways for work etc. About myself - I am 30 years old and have an almost 4 year old daughter. I have 50/50 share arrangements so one week she is with me and the other week she is at her dad’s. We are both super easy going and keep to ourselves but we both enjoy company from time to time. Life for us is - gym, work, daycare, beach, outdoors, indoors cleaning and doing some random home stuff etc 🤷🏼‍♀️. I also have a quiet but very loving and extroverted Fluffy dachshund.. he just lives to love people and other animals. So I’m not fully against other dogs if the property allows the space for it but I don’t want a dog that barks a lot or is bad with children as I do have a child. I have 2 indoor cats who occasionally chill in the back yard but I do prefer them indoors at all times but they are pretty chill and well behaved so they tend to just lay on my grass or gardens sun baking. I’m looking for a 4-5 bedroom home, a room for my daughter, a room for my sewing/craft extra stuff (unless there is a study in the house) and a room(preferably master but would sacrifice the space for the right person 😂) and then either a room or two for the person who moves in. 2+ bathrooms, decent sized house ideally.
