We are a really easygoing couple, with a great house-sharing attitude, we have been sharing a house with another couple for 3 years. So we are responsible with all the duties got a house.. we are quiet.. love to travel and outdoors activities, bbq's, make lunch or dinner together as I love to cook. We will be working 6 days a week in the morning, so we won't be much at home and then during our home time, we will be quiet trying to relax from a long day in the greenhouse. Well, if you need more information about us don't hesitate of contact me I'm so looking forward to hearing from you Best Regards Hector & Noemi
Hi there, so am planning to move to your beautiful part of the world from Victoria. I wish to rent for a year before buying to get to know the areas. I have horses and will be agisting in Pomona so would like to be no more than 25 mins away from them. I do have 2 well trained, sweet outside dogs that will be coming with me. I work as a disability support worker and also used to chef. I am easy going, non smoker, social drinker and considerate. Am looking for either a whole house to rent or to share with others. Looking forward to moving towards the end of Jan -Feb and discovering the Noosa trails, enjoying the beaches and getting to know the area. Thanks for reading my long message. Cheers Katharine :)
Hi everyone! I'm an easy going person who loves to relax most days when I'm not working. I enjoy reading, dancing, colouring in and putting togeather jigsaw puzzle in my spare time. I work 2-3 times a week as an OSHC educator in noosaville and work weekly as a school crossing supervisor. I also study full time, while volunteering at the noosa country show. I own 3 lovely guineapigs, a rainbow Lorri, some hermit crabs and a loving turtle. My partner (Andrew) enjoys fishing, camping and all the outdoor stuff. He is currently unemployed due to back issues which he is currently getting fixed. Though be does hope to go back into nursery production work as previously. He also is a smoker (smokes outside) and loves enjoying a few beers, a few times a week.
Large yard/ vege garden and long verandah facing the sunset and mountains. Quiet area. Shops and public transport nearby. 30 mins to Noosa Beach, 10 mins to Cooroy, 20 mins to Yandina. Hinterland lifestyle: bushwalking trails and Farmers Markets.
The natural and peaceful environment on a large private property is really totally opposite to suburban living. Surrounded by the sounds of nature, fresh air and wildlife is what this property is about. And still so close to everything and the local shops at Cooroy. There is a relaxing pool, good Internet, good airflow, verandas and great views over valley. The flat is private, bedroom with beautiful views, large balcony, bathroom, WIR, media room and spare office/bedroom.
Situated on 40 acres bush/rainforest setting, 12 minutes drive to Cooroy/Pomona. 2 story artistic built home with resort style pool, paths to dams and creek. There are also 3 small cabins (rented out) on property. Verandahs with bush views, and amazing kitchen, fireplace and common areas. You would have 2 bedrooms (1 with private veranda) and your own bathroom downstairs. Rent includes power and gas (hot water/kitchen) .
Beautiful historic Queenslander on a 1/4 acre, only 2 minutes walk to shops, cafes and train station. Aircon in bedroom. Please note this property is also listed on gumtree and fb community pages, so I can be contacted there also ;)
Im a down to earth guy, friendly and easygoing... tidy, respectful and consider myself as a hard working person. Occasionally I like having BBQ and a few drinks with my housemates...always down for a banter too...best way to socialize I guess, hey!! :) Cheers!!
I'm finishing my Masters at USC and am looking for a great place to come back to after uni and work. Enjoy social chats and down time for studies (not a TV person). Loves are songwriting, guitar, meditation, and nature.

I am 26, I have just completed my studies in Horticulture and am working at a landscape suppliers in Coolum. I love the beach and gardening, with a focus on food and sustainability. I am arty, kind, considerate and semi-social. I have a cat, she has lived with other cats and dogs, she's inside sunset to sunrise. Unfurnished room preferable.

Conscious and aware of others and self, interested in good communication and discussion. I'm a nutritionist and will be moving from NSW. I have my own business and am quite active in developing it. Hello my name is Tristan, currently working at Noosa Racv Resort as a chef, i have lived in melbourne for 3 years recently only been back over a year an a half now. My parents live in noosa hinterland about 40 minutes drive from my workplace, makes it difficult to live so far away with my work hours, so i now have lived on the sunshine coast close to work for over a year. looking at moving into a nice one to two bedroom property with either one other person or by myself it has been tough to find something suitable, not looking at living with any party animals and want to have a peaceful home to come home from work to, I'm super flexible to live with, clean and get along with a majority of people. (:
Hi, anyone want to consider halfa house? we could get something nice enough for $520 I reckon, there are lots of pet friendly places available. Me: If i msg a female, it is not because i want a hook up, i have lived with females since childhood, i am a safe space, with refs! would suggest we coffee somewhere see how we gel first, I like to exercise, listen to rock music (and lots of other stuff) non drinker (very rarely), dont want a party house, really want to get myself a small dog, I like a clean tidy house, dishes done etc, take responsibility for our own sh*t attitude, behaviour etc, Just want to have a peaceful vibe at home.
Friendly and easy to get along with. I’m tall so I can get the plates off the top shelf for you. This will be my first place out of home so I’m super keen to make a good impression. And I have a cat which is pretty cute.
The house has approximately 9 acres of land. It has a creek and large pond as well as paddocks if you have a horse and your more than welcome to agist it with you. You have the option to create your own veggie patch as well as making the most of the outdoor space available. It is fully furnished and you have your own private room as well as access to the whole house and facilities as well as storage. The room has built in wardrobes or if you wish there is also an unfurnished room available. The house has quite a large open living area as well as decking area. If you want to agist your horse, it is an extra $35/week as well as full care available. The facilities for horses is one large shared paddock (7acres) as well as 2 single day yards. Looking for someone easy going that is neat, tidy, clean and quiet that likes dogs and horses. This house is not for parties and respecting everyones space is a must. It is located really close to Tewantin (12 minutes) so you will need your own transport. Driving into Noosa and the beach takes 15-20mins max. The house is recently purchased after it has been vacant for 2 years. I would love for you to come and view the house but please be aware over the next 2 weeks renovations will be finished.
My house is set on 1.2 acres of manicured gardens with swimming pool, and great outdoor area It has four bedrooms, 3 large entertaining areas consisting of formal living and dining, along with rumpus and family room. A large kitchen which gets a lot of use as I love to cook. The double lockup garage is available for vehicle or storage. Cooroibah is a magical place, just 8km and only a few minutes drive from Noosa Central
NOTE: I'm currently NOT looking for a place anymore as I'm able to stay where I am now, but I have a few friends who are still looking, so I figure especially as I've paid the $35 I'll keep this profile up here, that way, I can refer any of my friends who are looking for a room. They're budget is around the $200 mark. Thanks. *********************************************************************************** I am fun - loving, active, health conscious, caring, neat and tidy, easy going, and very considerate of other people's needs. I have a nearly 6 year old boy who is also all of the above, and lives with me half the time (at his dad's half the time). He is a very respectful, happy and extremely logical boy, who has always been phenomenally well behaved (you can ask anyone who knows him and they'll tell you that). I'm just looking for one decent sized bedroom for us to share and preferably our own bathroom too would be great if possible, and if there is a place where I could do a few massages from, that would be the best possible scenario. I am a massage therapist and yoga teacher, and spend a lot of time out doors, as well as out and about socialising, when I'm not working. When at home, I love enjoying quiet relaxing time, as well as having people over sometimes, whilst keeping in mind the needs of my other house mates.
A friendly considerate person that is easy to live with. Im a supervisor at an Indian Restuarant in Tewantin most afternoons and evenings. Would be astounded if my home was within bike riding distance to the shops at poinciana av. During the day I may be working on my van, going to the beach, trekking, arts & crafts, reading books, petting dogs at the dog beach, yoga, exercising, cooking yummy vegan goodies or whatever I feel like doing :D Prefer to go camping over hitting the town anyday but dont mind a few drinks on odd occasion. I want to also live with an easy going person that is atleast tidy and respectful.
