I work a lot, and in my free time I'm exploring the Sunny Coast in my van. I love to cook vegetarian cuisine and wake up early for sunrises. I like things clean and orderly, but understand everyone isn't like me. Just looking for a place with a nice kitchen and a place to rest my head. I like a more quiet style of living personally, but I can roll with the punches. Would prefer someone who works also because I like my alone time. I also like cooking dinner for friends, so someone who is open to social gatherings would be a plus. Only want homes in Coolum, Mount Coolum, Yaroomba, or Mudjimba
I am a 20 year old fulltime worker, with a 2 year old boy boarder collie that enjoys hitting the beach in my spare time. Great rental history. Don't mind a chat but also like and respect own space and privacy. Looking for somewhere to call home for the next 6-12months. Feel free to message me if you have any further questions. Look forward to seeing what is out there.
I am a personal trainer, I train everyday which includes mountain biking, running and gym. Love the outdoors and love my dogs! I live a very healthy lifestlyle. Would prefer someone with similar interest or just loves the outdoors. I have Mt Cooroora right on my doorstep (see photo) which I climb often, Noosa trail less than a km away and many running tracks. I am early to bed and early to rise person due to my work and training. I am a very clean and tidy person and respect your privacy. I love relaxing and chilling out with my babies (dogs) on my days off. If you require further details please contact me on 0437381844

Private house on acreage. Main tenant is into growing organic produce and a healthy lifestyle, hoping to find someone with similar interests. Keen to stay but needs someone to share the costs. There is a great inground pool and ample undercover or lockup garages. Solar hot water, air conditioning, wrap around balconies upstairs and two separate living areas both with fireplaces. One downstairs and one upstairs. This is a large master bedroom and ensuite.
It's very quiet and all amenities are provided with in reason. There is a large pool and ducted air-con throughout. A large garage and room for another car...first come first served basis. I'd expect anyone to look after the house in the same regard as myself. I have a cat but unfortunately except another animal, unless its can be kept in a cage i.e.: no birds but reptiles are ok. I have 2 bedrooms available but not furnished. A study/ living area for whom ever, again too not furnished. There is a bus stop at the end of the cul-de-sac with them running frequently.
If you are a Single, Active, Retired, Baby Boomer (SARBB), looking for a tree change and some genuine and friendly company, then a small farming community is being developed at Cootharaba, 25k’s north of Noosa, just past Boreen Point, on a delightful 5 acre parcel of mixed rain forest and open scrub. A Living Pavilion provides two kitchens, one for communal cooking and one for personal food preparation and includes a serious coffee bar. Also included is a pantry kitchen, a visitor’s suite, dining and lounge decks and a laundry. Seven stand-alone cabins are planned, with six cabins now completed. The two designs, of either 36sqm internal or 25sqm internal + 18sqm patio, offer residents a living, ensuite and bedroom of personal, private space, while the Living Pavilion is where folk come together for meals, company and good cheer. The property has ‘off the grid’ power, offering 240 volt supply, has its own waste-water treatment plant, excellent deep spring and rain water availability, raised veggie gardens already in production, over 70 fruit trees of 23 different verities, chooks that are well housed at night and free range during the day. I am hopeful of attracting single, active, retired, baby boomer folk to join me on the farm so that we might become as self-sufficient as possible. There are seven positions or chosen jobs, each require only a few hours a day, for production of the farm’s daily food needs. Of the seven positions four are taken, they are: Fruit tree gardener. This position is taken by Mike. A fisher. This position is taken by Rick. A small animal carer to look after the chooks. Kady has this job. A chef/cook to run the kitchen and do the communal shopping. Residents take it in turn to cook the evening meal. This position has been taken by Jan. Opportunities still available are: A gardener to oversee the veggie gardens, we all help in the gardens. A chef/cook to run the pantry. To sun dry, preserve, smoke and dehydrate the farm’s oversupply for later consumption. A handyman to do the general maintenance. Chores are very flexible and we help each other to achieve our common goal of aiming for self sufficiency. A cabin’s weekly rental is based upon the final cost of providing a cabin to the resident’s requested fit-out and furniture requirements. That rental includes power, water and all the food produced on the farm and can range from $125 to $150 per week. There is also a weekly contribution towards food and supplies purchased off site. This is currently $70 per week and is expected to drop as more food is produced onsite. I would welcome the opportunity to show you the farm and further explain what we are trying to achieve. You might like to stay in the visitor's suite for a night or two. Cheers Brendan.
