***BACK TO THE GOLD COAST*** **CAN MOVE IN AS ON 13TH MAY 2025** HI I'm in town for a short 6 week work placement (film/TV world — yes, it's as chaotic as it sounds) which is starting on the 19th MAY in HELENSVALE area, so anything within a reaaonable driving distance would be ideal. Im a 40-year-old man (not a serious cranky one, more chill and go with the flow) who works full time and is also a student. Im a non-smoker who values a my own bed, own bathroom, and when sharing my house vibes are always respectful and considerate. I enjoy creating a peaceful and harmonious living space. No pets or kids come with me, just looking for a place to crash and refresh for myself. I work 10+ hour days, so I’m really just looking for a private spot to sleep, shower, and occasionally question my career choices. I'm clean, respectful, and pretty much invisible during the week. Don’t worry about noise — I can sleep through a drum circle. Ideally after a simple 1-bed or granny flat situation although open to something that works well. Cheers!
