***PRIVATE ROOM ONLY*** ***NO STUDENT ACCOMMODATION, NO HOSTELS*** ***6 months rental*** ***NOW IN SYDNEY AND LOOKING TO BOOK VIEWINGS!*** I am a new arrival in Sydney as an expat on a partner visa. I am alone for several months as my girlfriend has commitments in the UK. I am staying with a friend of my girlfriend until I find a place but I hope to acquire somewhere by 28th October 2019. I’m very clean and tidy and treat any home as my own, respect is the way I was raised! I am responsible, enjoy cooking (sometimes) and very humorous. Very open minded but I have my own values. Agnostic. LBGTQ friendly. I will be working on the new trams subject to passing a medical but see no problems with this (they look mainly at alcohol and drug levels in the body, alcohol I do very occasionally and drugs absolutely NEVER). As I will be a shift-worker, I require a QUIET residence which encourages no home parties and allows tenants to be able to sleep at any time and this includes weekends due to occasional rostered early and weekend duties. I’m happy to leaving my flat-mates to their own devices or socialising with them. Sydney is a wonderful city so I’m game for hanging out! Plus I don’t know many people in Sydney so it would be good to make cool new friends. My humour is reasonably witty but with a dry twist. I don’t get offended/triggered by banter or jokes but am also mindful of those who do. So I’m looking for a private room in a shared place. Your place must offer WiFi as will be online on social networks often and would not like to over-rely on mobile phone data. Feel free to contact me anytime... I will reply to all messages with a guaranteed personal reply provided that your place meets my requirements as detailed here. Eddie
I'm a 32 year old high school teacher. I have got back into playing tennis this year and enjoy cultural activities like film festivals, art galleries and music gigs. I'm always on the look out for new places to eat and drink. I need space for a queen bed and desk as I do work prep at home. I also have a car so need to be able to park on or off street.
Hi I'm Josh, Australian 26 y/o professional. Just moved up to Sydney from Melbourne for a full-time Engineering role with pretty standard working hours. During the week, keep it pretty low key, enjoy relaxing after work with a beer/wine and might be found in the kitchen cooking dinner. On the weekends, I enjoy catching up with friends, hitting the beach etc. I'm looking for housemates that are social and can have a good chat as well as respecting each others space and privacy. Ideally looking for a long term place 6 months+. Quite flexible with move-in date for the right place. I enjoy a chilled home life whilst still living with sociable people who are open to having the occasional meal/ BBQ/ drink on the weekend. I am clean, tidy and respectful of communal areas as well as other people's space and would expect the same from my housemates. Hoping to live with other people who work full-time and share similar values.
I work in the Design industry and put in some crazy hours during the week. When work is a little less hectic you can either find me at the gym, relaxing at home, or just watching the world go by somewhere. I'm really easy going, happy for you to have a slice of my bread and butter but totally understand if you like to keep food to yourself. I come with a bed, a frying pan and a plant. Just looking for someone who's considerate, clean, open minded and fun. It's cool to care.
Hey there 😀 my name is Ming, I'm a guy in my 30s and I'm looking for a new apartment to live in. I currently live in Randwick and have been in the same apartment for the past 2.5 years. I work full time in the CBD for a telecommunications company. I am quite laid back and very tidy/clean. I am looking for an apartment with someone who is tidy, respectful and someone I can share a meal or drink with from time to time.
.Friendly, Clean and considerate. Long haul flight attendant so often away. I m looking for a clean, relaxed place with a likeminded person, preferably professional who s also busy with life. Would prefer for my own en-suite.. and a balcony or courtyard would be great as I have quite a few plants. Move date flexible, ideally before Christmas. Length of stay also flexible with a minimum of 6 months. NOTE: Not considering large share houses... not considering any unusual ‘lodger’ arrangements in a family home or with couples... not considering furnished rooms... I have furniture and happy to contribute that to a new home... And hoping to find likeminded professionals over 35yrs... thank you
Hi there! I'm moving to Sydney to study Musical Theatre, I'm a very clean and tidy person, and not one to throw parties. Love all pets but won't be bringing any of my own :)
Hi guys, Im a shiftworker looking for a share house with similar minded people in roughly the same age bracket. Hobbies: - Surfing, when its warm enough. - Making near unpalitable home brew - Learning to swear in other languages - Pub Crawls - Video games - Attempting to prevent a beer belly by sporadic gym attendance Im fairly easy going, only real thing is my shifts and having house mates who understand I have to sleep during the day/ early nights. Clean up as you go house mentality is sought after. Looking for housemates who go out on the sauce together and explore town rather than people who just live in the same house without much interaction. If I fit your bill let me know!
Friendly and polite young adult. Very neat and tidy and up for a chat if you are! As an added bonus; I am flight attendant so am away most nights of the week.
Hi! My names Steph and I’m 25 years old. I’m a graphic designer and photographer working full time at an agency in the city. I love to catch up with mates and go out for a drink or two but I also really enjoy my own company, reading, painting, drawing and going to the gym in my downtime. I’m always up for an adventure, whether that’s a road trip, music festival, weekly markets or just a trip to maccas to get a sundae. I’m a very clean housemate, and I love to keep the house in tip top shape. I meal prep and like to cook on Sundays and always clean up after myself. I am very conscious of my other housemates - no one likes dirty dishes and food left in the sink 🤢 I’m looking for a bedroom that can fit a queen bed, desk and a chest of draws comfortably. Built in’s are a plus but if there’s enough space to have a two hanging racks that’s fine too.
My name's Matt, I'm a 29 year-old South African who has been living in Sydney for a year, working as a human factors consultant in the city. I have been living in Pyrmont for the past year and would like a change of scenery, somewhere closer to the beach for summer! I've been in house share setups for the better part of 11 years, which has made me pretty mindful of other people's space. I'm super clean, tidy and respectful.
