Young, hard working Aussie professional moving to Sydney from Melbourne, social and very easy going. Clean and tidy. Well rounded person - works hard, but enjoys checking out new bars and restaurants on the weekends, or having a chill out beer at home with friends. Looking to live with social, easy going, and friendly people.
Hi, I'm Richard, a 30 year old accountant from the UK. After a year travelling round Australia I've decided to settle down in Sydney for the next few years. I'm easy going and friendly, and respectful of other people. I'm looking for a clean and tidy home with likeminded folk and not a party house. During the week I'm pretty busy with work but in my spare time I enjoy a quiet drink or two and eating out. At weekends I like getting out to national parks and beaches and enjoy camping, hiking etc. I'm also a keen albeit amateurish photographer.
I am looking for a 2 bedroom plus that I have the space for my son (who is with me half the time) I am looking for a place to live comfortably and feel safe and secure. I am looking for garden space or balcony / outdoor space and privacy, that I can create a home for both of us.
I'm a 28yo female professional from England (at start of second year of working holiday, looking to get sponsored.) I'm outgoing, social and easy-going. I enjoy being active, going to the beach, playing/watching sports, love an adventure and generally just getting 'out and about'. I also like dining out, bars/pubs/clubs. But also equally enjoy chilling at home, movies and cooking/takeaways. And sometimes attempting to learn Spanish. I am looking for housemates that I get on with and can socialise with, but wouldn't depend on this as have my own friends. I am always considerate and can appreciate when people want their own space. I'm tidy, quiet when needed and respectful of housemates and house. And would like to live with like-minded people. Pay rent and bills on time.
Hiya, I've just moved over from London and am hoping to find a place I can call home again somewhere closer to the beach. As much as I love going out for meals and drinks, my clubbing days are well over! However a random impromptu night out is always appreciated still! I am not a party person and like to keep my home that way as well. I am pretty easygoing but at home I like to chill and unwind, which may most likely include a glass of wine or rather a binge sesh of raiding my cupboards for food and then trying to minimise the damage at the gym the next day or 5! I'm clean and considerate of others which I think goes a long way when living with someone.. My max budget is $300 all incl or 275 or less without the bills. Ideally looking for a furnished place with no more than 2 other housemates.. I find myself rather busy now with juggling the work and school but when I do find some down time I like to spend it outdoors exploring Sydney as I'm quite new here and meeting people..Cheers guys.
Hey! I'm Marc I'm 26 and I'm a fully qualified mechanic from the UK/Scotland. I'm about to start work at the Mercedes Benz dealership in Rushcutters bay. I imagine I'll be fairly busy during the week working 8-4 Monday to Friday, so I'm looking for somewhere that I can come home to and chill out and relax. Currently in staying in edgecliff at a hotel so I'm looking for a place ideally as quickly as possible, hotels are nice but they don't have the homely feel and help to settle down. I'm a clean and tidy guy and back home in the uk I spent most nights down at my local gym and attending a few classes of mixed martial arts, I'm hoping to continue this here in Sydney aswell. Very open to exploring the city, beaches and any other things I don't know too much about, very easy to get along with and fairly laid back and hopefully find someone in the house who can improve my cooking skills! If you have any questions please don't hesitate too send them to me, I'll respond as quick as I can.
Hey We've got one large room available right now. Its just 10 mins walk away from the beautiful Tamara Beach and 20 mins walk from bondi junction (by car is less than 5min). The location is excellent. Additionally, the bus is right on your doorstep, to bondi junction, town hall, circular quay and central. The apartment has large balcony, fully furnished. We're very happy to consider long or short term arragaments. Student or working holiday visa holders are also welcome. The apartment is 2 bedroom, 2 people in each. But right now, with one room available. Hopefully you can fit it :). Bedroom $410 or $205 per person ($600 bond each one, you can pay $300 with the first week rent and $300 after 2 weeks) Cheers. HEY!! I'm Adele from Ireland and looking to make a fun move from Coogee back to Bondi or somewhere closer to the city! I would ideally like a double/queen room in clean, quiet accommodation shared with nice, fun and respectful people. A place with a balcony or garden for summer entertainment would be great! I have been living in Sydney for nearly 3 years now. I study and work but keep my evenings free for hanging at home or going out to do something fun! I would really like to live as close to good public transport as possible in a clean apartment/house with some people similar to myself. I own a lovely house back in Ireland so I know how important it is to be respectful when sharing or living in somebody else's home. I am a fun, chilled out girl who like to relax in the evenings after work with friends, watching TV or a movie, making a nice meal or opening a Bottle of wine. On the weekends I like to get out and do stuff, love the outdoors, especially the beach, road trips and go to good party at night (not in the home though). I also love animals so if there's a dog or cat living there too it would be a massive bonus! I'd really like to live with some great people who are working professionals and of a similar mind frame. They would not just be looking for somebody to rent a room to, but would be up for organising fun and different things to do in their spare time!
Originally from Melbourne, have been living in Sydney for just over 2 years. Work full time in construction management. Enjoy catching up with friends over the weekend. Easy going and considerate housemate. Interests include cooking, beach, reading, and sport.
Hi just a little about me, I am a professional working full time in events at Bondi Junction. There are occasions i come home very late or am travelling. On most days I am home by 6.30pm. I also work from home once a week. I love to read, watch movies and cook (make killer desserts and yes, I share the love). I am happy to sit down and have a meal together or have a chat over wine. I will respect your space and I hope you will respect mine. I am very responsible, pay my bills on time and neat (even when I cook!) Not a party animal. Would love to come home to a quiet relaxed atmosphere where everyone respects each other. Hoping to find a flatmate on similar wavelength. Move date is flexible. I would prefer though to move May/June but that all depends on situation.
Hey! Im looking to for a room to rent in Paddo/Woollahra/Clovelly/Bronte etc or to get a house together with someone or a couple. I do have a cat but he's a legend and any cat hated ends up loving him as he's a bit like a dog. Ideally looking for a place with people in their 20's, clean, easy going just the usual. I just recently quit my full time job in PR to go freelance so I could travel a bit more. On weekends I usually go out and do things, however I do like to have a tv show bender. Feel free to message me if you have a great room or be keen to start up a place together
A little bit about me: I'm a 26 year old female working in finance full time in the city. Finance sounds boring but its not all that bad... I love being active, exploring new parts of the world and the beach is like a second home to me. I try to be quiet in the week but when the weekend comes I enjoy hanging out with friends, going out for a drink/s or adventuring out and seeing a bit more of Sydney in the weekends. I am originally from NZ but moved over to Aust about 12years ago. If you have any more questions you can contact me Cheers, Nikki
Hey there! I'm Jack, 23 years old, fresh out of uni and currently working as a professional in the city looking for a new place to live that makes my commute to work more convenient. I'm a clean, easy going and fun loving person who loves the outdoors. I also love cooking, as well as playing guitar, fishing, kayaking, cycling and racing motorbikes in my spare time. I'm from the Central Coast originally, and have lived in Sydney for the last 4 years or-so in various places, so I'm pretty familiar with the city and would love to show any newcomers around if they liked. I'm looking for a friendly few people, preferably a mix of genders, ages, occupations, nationalities, interests etc. to make life a bit more interesting. Also people I can hang out with, cook with and have a few drinks with is always a bonus for me! I'm also pretty flexible on the timeframe of the stay, but it needs to be at least 3 months. Anything else I'm happy to talk about with you.
Hey potential housemates 🤘🏼 I am looking for a room in Syd with some awesome housemates! I am a young (25) Aussie male, moving from Melbourne to Syd for a project management role in the CBD. I am clean and tidy. Easy to get along with. Enjoy the outdoors, I will try and venture somewhere most weekends and explore, but I also don't mind a night in. Not a massive drinker but I don't mind a cool bev on a weekend and causal drop during the week. Enjoy cooking but no chief. Enjoy a good chat. Currently learning to surf 🏄🏼 Matt
I had originally come to Sydney for the short term and to travel, but fell in love with the city and have been lucky enough to get sponsored, so now I am staying for the long term! I love exploring the city, trying new restaurants and small bars and socialising with friends as well as cooking, exercising and generally keeping active. As a housemate, I will cook, clean, I work full time, I have a busy social life and I want somewhere I can call home! I am respectful, and will contribute to making a house a home. I am keen to meet likeminded people, who are considerate, friendly and open to having a few glasses of wine every now and then!
Hi there, my name is Christina and I'm currently living in a flatshare in Waverley. As my flatmates will be moving away, it's also time for me to find a new place to live, preferably in the Eastern Suburbs. I'm currently conducting my master's thesis in biomedical sciences at the Kirby Institute and will stay there at least another 12 months. I've lived in shared houses in Germany and the States before and it has always been working out very well. I'm an open-minded, outgoing and social woman who loves travelling, exercising and adventures. I enjoy doing different sports like lacrosse, running and yoga but I also enjoy cooking and laid-back nights with my flatmates or friends.
