Hey! I'm Marc I'm 26 and I'm a fully qualified mechanic from the UK/Scotland. I'm about to start work at the Mercedes Benz dealership in Rushcutters bay. I imagine I'll be fairly busy during the week working 8-4 Monday to Friday, so I'm looking for somewhere that I can come home to and chill out and relax. Currently in staying in edgecliff at a hotel so I'm looking for a place ideally as quickly as possible, hotels are nice but they don't have the homely feel and help to settle down. I'm a clean and tidy guy and back home in the uk I spent most nights down at my local gym and attending a few classes of mixed martial arts, I'm hoping to continue this here in Sydney aswell. Very open to exploring the city, beaches and any other things I don't know too much about, very easy to get along with and fairly laid back and hopefully find someone in the house who can improve my cooking skills! If you have any questions please don't hesitate too send them to me, I'll respond as quick as I can.

Young professional looking for a clean, modern one-bedroom apartment in the Eastern Suburbs. ***ABOUT ME:*** •Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS! •I'm a 28 years young Sydney-born Full Time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm honest, responsible and reliable; I pay all my current existing bills on time and can most definitely pay my future rent/bills on time! •I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy e.g. I like to wash my dishes straight away so that I never leave dishes sitting in the sink smelly for days or for others to wash up after me. •I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to relax on my own. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as I love a good night's sleep. •I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. •During the working week: I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. •On the weekends: I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook my meals for the coming week. •My interests/hobbies: mini outdoor adventures/seaside hikes with my dog, skateboarding, gym, arts and crafts (e.g. film photography, loom knitting, building gundams), going to live music concerts, watching movies/tv shows, boardgames...and so many more! •I'm a non-smoker and am looking to live with other non-smokers only. I don't do drugs and I am not a heavy alcohol drinker. •I am looking to live at a place for longer term (minimum 12 months). •I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail as I don't drive. •I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week. ***ABOUT MY DOG:*** •My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. •He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. •He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. It would be ideal for him to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. •He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. •He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone, so we are looking to live with another small dog. •He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. I plan to have him professionally trained to manage this here-and-there barking. •He becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. •I'm looking for housemates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) •His interests/hobbies: loves going for walks especially by the ocean, playing catch with tennis balls and following me everywhere around the home. •Sorry, he is not cat friendly. ***ABOUT MY FISH:*** •The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. •It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water.

Young, hard working Aussie professional moving to Sydney from Melbourne, social and very easy going. Clean and tidy. Well rounded person - works hard, but enjoys checking out new bars and restaurants on the weekends, or having a chill out beer at home with friends. Looking to live with social, easy going, and friendly people.
Hiya, I've just moved over from London and am hoping to find a place I can call home again somewhere closer to the beach. As much as I love going out for meals and drinks, my clubbing days are well over! However a random impromptu night out is always appreciated still! I am not a party person and like to keep my home that way as well. I am pretty easygoing but at home I like to chill and unwind, which may most likely include a glass of wine or rather a binge sesh of raiding my cupboards for food and then trying to minimise the damage at the gym the next day or 5! I'm clean and considerate of others which I think goes a long way when living with someone.. My max budget is $300 all incl or 275 or less without the bills. Ideally looking for a furnished place with no more than 2 other housemates.. I find myself rather busy now with juggling the work and school but when I do find some down time I like to spend it outdoors exploring Sydney as I'm quite new here and meeting people..Cheers guys.
Hi just a little about me, I am a professional working full time in events at Bondi Junction. There are occasions i come home very late or am travelling. On most days I am home by 6.30pm. I also work from home once a week. I love to read, watch movies and cook (make killer desserts and yes, I share the love). I am happy to sit down and have a meal together or have a chat over wine. I will respect your space and I hope you will respect mine. I am very responsible, pay my bills on time and neat (even when I cook!) Not a party animal. Would love to come home to a quiet relaxed atmosphere where everyone respects each other. Hoping to find a flatmate on similar wavelength. Move date is flexible. I would prefer though to move May/June but that all depends on situation.
Hey potential housemates 🤘🏼 I am looking for a room in Syd with some awesome housemates! I am a young (25) Aussie male, moving from Melbourne to Syd for a project management role in the CBD. I am clean and tidy. Easy to get along with. Enjoy the outdoors, I will try and venture somewhere most weekends and explore, but I also don't mind a night in. Not a massive drinker but I don't mind a cool bev on a weekend and causal drop during the week. Enjoy cooking but no chief. Enjoy a good chat. Currently learning to surf 🏄🏼 Matt

Hey here!! My name is María José, but you can call me María for a shorter version, or as my friends call me in my country, "Cote". I'm 25 years old and I'm from Chile, I recently graduated from the university, and went backpacking for 2 months though Thailand (my favorite!), Camboya and Vietnam. As for now, I'm looking for a place to stay In Sydney! since I decided to apply for the work and holiday visa and take a year off. I plan to stay here for 4/5 months and then move somewhere else, Melbourne maybe?. A little about myself; i love to travel, meet new people, read, be with friends, watch series and BQQ!. Also, I'm very clean and I will respect your stuff (ie, I won’t drink your last coke of eat your cereal). If you think that I could be a good fit, I would love to stop by sometime and chat! , and if you have other questions please feel free to ask. Regards, María.

Hey, I'm originally from London but moved to Sydney 3 years ago. Have lived in the inner west since I moved here, but it's time to move nearer a beach! I work in the city..the standard Mon-Fri 9-5. When not at work I'm either at the gym, out jogging somewhere or out with friends. Oh..or watching excessive amounts of grand designs hahah (that was not meant to end up in here). My clubbing days are over although I do like a drink at the weekend whether it be out and about or at home. Am looking for flatmates who are easygoing & are open to becoming actual friends (not just strangers who live together and hardly talk). Could be fun to go on lil adventures and explore a bit! Cleanliness is a big thing for me as is all housemates respecting one another (ie no super loud noise on weeknights etc etc just the basic stuff). Let me know if you're looking for something similar! :) Mel x
We are a very quiet couple from Uruguay. Myself and my girlfriend gonna start work in the stable (Randwick) on May 24 (early hours of the mornings). We need to rent from May 21/22 to July 10 (maybe July 17). We are look foward to hearing from you!
Chilled but clean, need a dishwasher! Work full time and have 2 mini bunnies and hopefully soon to be a small dog. Up for just about anything, drinks, dinner, movies, exploring and so on. I keep to myself and very very rarely have people to the house-I tend to go out to socialise. I love baking and cooking, so expect some awesome food. I'm not big on sharing food and such unless have placed in a communal space. I guess it's just a common courtesy thing. I love film, so tv series and movies are my go to. Also hoping to start playing hockey or touch footy again soon. Sorry, I don't usually write an essay^ But please make note of the bunnies I wont put them up for adoption
I'm 25 and Scottish working full time in the city. I'm looking for a room in a place that i can call home
Hey peeps, I am Jakob, 35 years old and I come from Germany. I will be studying human resources management in Sydney and I am searching for a place and flatmate. I have been to Sydney previously and loved it so I am super excited to finally be here again! At the moment I stay in Coogee with my cousin at her place. Ideally I gonna meet a long-term flat mate as my course goes for 3 years but this is flexible. I will also be working part-time, this means I will spend a lot of time at work and then studying at home. I am basically just looking for a small, quiet, clean room. As I´m in my 30s, I´m not interested in partying hard but always up for a good red wine, a nice chat, cooking, BBQ, coast walk, Capoeira or just some chilling on the couch. I am down to earth, have a warm heart, positive, outgoing, honest and humorous. I enjoy good energy and am looking for a house mate with similar values. My benefit to you is that I´m interested to stay long-term. So you have a reliable tenant, clean, tidy and I know what a good manner is. I have lived in shared houses before and know the importance of keeping areas clean, being respectful and paying bills on time! If you think that I am someone you could live with please contact me or ask anything that needs clarification. Looking forward to hearing from you, Jakob
My name is Hilke and I am studying law at the Freie Universität in Berlin. I am going to continue my studies for one year at the UNSW and arrive in Sydney on the 12th of July. Since I've been in Berlin, I've been living in flatshares and it's has mostly been a great experience. I would describe myself as an easy-going, open-minded and tidy person whom you can have fun with. My interests are art, literature, music and everything related to that. I am always up for some adventure time and can't wait to explore another metropolis. Maybe with you? Best wishes Hilke
Hi flatmates! My name is Simone. I am 35 years old. I'm Brazilian student and I am open minded, disciplined and well organized person. In Brazil, I work as a Legal Analyst in a health insurance company. I need to speak Englis fluently because it will be necessary for my work, so I decide to do a 01 year interchange to learn English in Sydney. I already went to Australia on vacation and I really enjoyed it, which is why I decided to study there. Regards,
Hi I'm Sesi, a 20 year old urban planning student, I work part time in sales and hospitality and am fun, responsible, independent and considerate :) I'm looking for a place to live from the beginning of July
I'm an event director - (co owner), a film maker, a bike and ebike designer. I practice yoga (asana, pranayama and Meditation) every day. When I'm in Sydney, I ride my bike in Centennial Park, Ocean swim at Bronte, and love my life! You can find out much more about me on Chase Sydney and on Vuelo Velo, you can look them up online (add my name). Good thoughts, Marty
Hi All! My name is Toby. I would describe myself as a relaxed, outgoing, adventurous and active gent who is looking to get himself much closer to the coast to fuel his love of the sand, sun and waves. Passionate about keeping active and learning new things, my current obsession is Yoga. Ideally seeking a light, airy and relaxed space to spend time outside of work with likeminded people. Much more on the social side, so housemates keen to interact is a big plus. I have a wide range of interests and am always keen to try new things, so you'll find me easy to get along with. I'm also relatively anal when it comes to cleanliness, and would consider myself on the responsible side when it comes to expenditure. I work full time in the Medical Devices industry. Let me know if you've got a great vibe going!
Finance professional currently working remotely but based in Sydney CBD offices and looking to move back to head office. I'm fastidiously clean and pretty career focused. That being said I'm social on weekends, but tend to prefer exercise, sport and surfing than drinking and partying.
