I am a german backpacker who wants to stay in Sydney for a few months to work and save up some money. I did an apprenticeship as a construction mechanic in Germany what is basically a welder. I am a clean person and don't like a mess in my room. I don't smoke and don't take any other drugs!
Relocating to Sydney in April to start a new job in account management, and looking for a place to call home! As a housemate, I'm an easy-going, friendly person; who is always respectful of others space and needs. I like to keep active, and prefer to keep things fairly low key during the week, but during the weekend I'm always up for a few social bevies.
Looking for a home from after 1 May. Hello I'm Dan, I'm a 34 year old male, newish to Sydney (from NZ) and I work in the travel industry as a state-wide BDM. Very house-trained and respectful of property and privacy. Love to the travel, the beach, touch rugby, diving, craft beers and my motorcycle. I'm away quite a bit for work, overseas and around NSW, and work from home on Fridays. Play sport twice a week and looking to get back into diving ASAP :)
Hey, I'm Katrina. I work full time as an Integrated Communications and Media Advisor, I'm also studying my Master's Degree part time. I enjoy staying active, and go to the gym most days and do a lot of yoga, cycling, running, and pilates. I grew up in the Blue Mountains, and I've been living in Newtown for a while now. I'm looking to move closer to work because 1.5hrs to commute less than 10km is ridiculous. I enjoy unwinding at the end of a week with a good book and a glass of wine. I also make an excellent cup of tea.
Hey potential housemates 🤘🏼 I am looking for a room in Syd with some awesome housemates! I am a young (25) Aussie male, moving from Melbourne to Syd for a project management role in the CBD. My start date in April 3rd so I would be looking to move in 1-2. I will be working in Syd until September. I am clean and tidy. Easy to get along with. Enjoy the outdoors, I will try and venture somewhere most weekends and explore, but I also don't mind a night in. Not a massive drinker but I don't mind a cool bev on a weekend and causal drop during the week. Enjoy cooking but no chief. Enjoy a good chat. Currently learning to surf 🏄🏼 Lets be housemates! 😁 Matt
I'm Aurelie, 32 y.o, living in Sydney for 4 years. I'm working full time as interior decorator/property stylist. I'm looking for a place to call home. I'm quiet, respectful, very tidy, not party animal... I may also be happy to have a glass of wine and a good diner time to time with my friendly flatemate(s). During my time off I like to catch up with my friends, enjoy the beach, the park, enjoy the sun as much as possible... I like cinema, photography, diy, baking, travel...
I make a tidy, easy going, friendly and considerate housemate and don't mind sharing a glass of wine or two! My job keeps me busy and during my time off I enjoy exercising, going to the beach, having a boogie or going camping. Feel free to ask me more!
Newly refurbished quiet studio in fantastic location. 2min walk to Queens Park, 5min walk to Centenial Park, 8min walk to Bondi Junction. 5-10min drive to Bondi, Bronte, Clovelly etc. Has own entry, windows on 3 sides, well ventilated garden setting, modern fully functioning kitchen, underbench fridge, gas cooking, ventilated rangehood, Miele convection oven, vacuum, double sink, own bath room, new Bosch washing machine, outdoor furniture included. Gas, electricity, cable broadband all included not to mention friendly neighbours.
I'm a 28yo female professional from England (at start of second year of working holiday, looking to get sponsored.) I'm outgoing, social and easy-going. I enjoy being active, going to the beach, playing/watching sports, love an adventure and generally just getting 'out and about'. I also like dining out, bars/pubs and am partial to the odd weekend club night. But also equally enjoy chilling at home, movies and cooking/takeaways. And sometimes attempting to learn Spanish. I am looking for housemates that I get on with and can socialise with, but wouldn't depend on this as have my own friends. I am always considerate and can appreciate when people want their own space. I'm tidy, quiet when needed and respectful of housemates and house. And would like to live with like-minded people. Pay rent and bills on time.
Hey! I'm Marc I'm 26 and I'm a fully qualified mechanic from the UK/Scotland. I'm about to start work at the Mercedes Benz dealership in Rushcutters bay. I imagine I'll be fairly busy during the week working 8-4 Monday to Friday, so I'm looking for somewhere that I can come home to and chill out and relax. Currently in staying in edgecliff at a hotel so I'm looking for a place ideally as quickly as possible, hotels are nice but they don't have the homely feel and help to settle down. I'm a clean and tidy guy and back home in the uk I spent most nights down at my local gym and attending a few classes of mixed martial arts, I'm hoping to continue this here in Sydney aswell. Very open to exploring the city, beaches and any other things I don't know too much about, very easy to get along with and fairly laid back and hopefully find someone in the house who can improve my cooking skills! If you have any questions please don't hesitate too send them to me, I'll respond as quick as I can.
Sunny, cozy apartment only 10 minutes walk from Bondi Junction and 30 minutes walk from Tamarama Beach. Apartment is one of 4 in block, on a quiet side street. Shared backyard gets a good amount of sun in the afternoon. Bathroom and kitchen are only 18 months old, wooden floors, fresh paint. The room has a built in wardrobe and has a double bed (home made from old pallets). Note: Photos are from previous tenants, so furniture is different.
I'm very clean, respectful and some say emotionally intelligent..meaning I should know how others are feeling and can make a conscious effort not to be annoying! I am focused on work, and on my two children..don't worry they would not stay over..they are quite happy at their mum's. I'm not a big party animal and enjoy the simple things in life (and the finer things). I will spend most of my time at work, at the gym, or with my kids. I like to think I am kind, honest, fun and considerate displaying the right kind of values I was brought up with. Looking for a room in a share house with a like minded professional.
A 28 year old british (with an aussie accent) looking for a roomie that shares the same qualities as me. I'm tidy and clean and would like a place that we can look after and make it our home!
Hey hey My name's Shei, I study Exercise and Sport Science at Usyd. I just moved over from Melbourne at the beginning of the year. An ideal share house for me would be one with people that I could get to know well and become close with but also one where its ok to hide away in your room for a bit and get some work done. I'd love to live somewhere with a group of people that could feel like a bit of a flatmate family, who wouldn't want to come home to that? ;) I'm not looking for a dead environment, just one that's fun and friendly. I work weekends in hospo so you'll hardly see me around then. Shoot me a message if you think we could work, All the best, Shei xx
I'm a 35 year old Irish guy. Been in sydney a couple of years. Currently I have a lease on a 2 bedroom unit in Randwick which im finishing up with soon. I work regular office hours in the CBD and normally chill with mates in coogee at the weekends. Cheers. Brendan
Hi I'm Jake from the uk, I'm a roofer travelling aus but looking at staying in Bondi area for a while, I am a clean person to live with just a bad cook so might be beans on toast most nights haha, enjoy going out having a few beers but also enjoy just laying back at home having a chilled one, hope to see someone soon
Hey there! I'm Jack, 23 years old, fresh out of uni and currently working as a professional in the city looking for a new place to live that makes my commute to work more convenient. I'm a clean, easy going and fun loving person who loves the outdoors. I also love cooking, as well as playing guitar, fishing, kayaking, cycling and racing motorbikes in my spare time. I'm from the Central Coast originally, and have lived in Sydney for the last 4 years or-so in various places, so I'm pretty familiar with the city and would love to show any newcomers around if they liked. I'm looking for a friendly few people, preferably a mix of genders, ages, occupations, nationalities, interests etc. to make life a bit more interesting. Also people I can hang out with, cook with and have a few drinks with is always a bonus for me! I'm also pretty flexible on the timeframe of the stay, but it needs to be at least 3 months. Anything else I'm happy to talk about with you.
Hi team, I'm a professional working full time in financial services. I've lived in Sydney most of my life, and in Sri Lanka for the first three years of my life. I am clean and friendly, I enjoy company but also enjoy time to myself. In my spare time I like to explore new places to eat, drink and play. I like keeping fit and watching true crime documentaries (not acting them out, though). I also love formula One and cricket. I'm 24 going on 50 - I enjoy early nights and early (ish) mornings. I'm mainly looking for an easy commute to work in Martin Place, people who enjoy a laugh and a couple of drinks, and those who have a mutual hate of slow walkers. If you have any other questions, just send me a message!
Hi I'm Bridget, 31 working full time in marketing. Originally from Adelaide but have been in Sydney for 2 years. I'm very clean, reliable with rent. Love to socialise with a wine but also appreciate my own space. During the week I work hard and go to the gym- but on the weekend I am usually out an about. I have a beautiful indoor cat- toilet trained, he's quite old so spends his time sleeping on my bed. Looking for a place with some storage as I will need to store some furniture from my current place. Looking for unfurnished bedroom. car park preferred. Please let me know if you'd like to know more!
Started my own business last year and now looking to upgrade my living situation (need a dishwasher!) I'm very into my work and fitness is a big part of that for me. If I'm not out for dinner with mates you'll often find me on the couch after work. I'm all about the balance of hanging out with a flat mate and having personal space. I'm also very happy just watching tv/movies with good food and glass of whiskey or wine. Home is my recharge station so want someone who is relaxed but not a sloth. I'm only in my room to sleep so I like a clean living room and I cook every morning and most nights so I'm obsessed with a clean kitchen! The rest I'll happily pay a cleaner for!
I'm full time employed in the city. Laid back, tidy and social person. Looking for a long term flat.
