Currently based in South Coogee and have been in the same place for 5 yrs. I’m a GM for a HR services business and travel a fair bit midweek. I do love a wine, cook sometimes when I’m not having to travel and not one bring the party home. Im very social, have family and friends all round Sydney that I see regularly, get to F45 or the gym and play tennis too. I’ve a full house of furniture and all of that but also happy to put it in storage.
We live in a terrace house in a residential area. The house has a quiet backyard, SPA bath, and a Sauna. The room is very bright, furnished with a queens bed, a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk and a beautiful private terrace of about 3x3 meters.
Hi, I'm Ysanne, a teacher and nutritionist. I am looking for a share house. I have a 10 year old house trained gorgeous German Shepherd. It's important that my dog is happy. He is an inside dog so I am after a place where he feels welcome. I like to socialise with my friends, cook good food and travel. I'm clean and tidy and respectful of privacy. I would like to live in a place where housemates have the occasional drink together and there’s a friendly vibe. Prefer somewhere in the East

Newly renovated house in a lovely leafy street in Queens Park. Situated a 2 min walk away from Centennial Park, 5 min walk from Bondi Junction and 30 min walk to Bondi - great location for commuting into the City and heading to the beach at the weekend. The house has an amazing open plan kitchen/living area/garden which is perfect for entertaining, especially in Summer as the patio doors open right out. The living room also has an air conditioner installed which is a massive bonus! You will be sharing the bathroom with two others and then there is another toilet downstairs which leads into a laundry room (washer and dryer).
**looking for 6 months+ minimum from 12th or 13th October*** (we have a 2 year Visa) A friendly British couple (27 and 28) flying out to Sydney on 1st September. We have accommodation for the first few weeks and will be looking to move in somewhere new (for a minimum of 6 months) from 12th or 13th October. We are transferring with our current business and will be based in the CBD (working roughly 7am - 5pm most days). Ideally Paddington / Surry Hills / Eastern Suburbs areas - but we can be flexible if the place is amazing. We'd like to be able to access the CBD within 30 mins max. We like keeping fit and tend to gym throughout the week - leaving our weekends to socialise, catch up with friends, or travel. Looking for a tidy flat / house share (or a 1-2 bed flat to ourselves) in a lovely area. Happy to move in with people who want to socialise or want to keep themselves to themselves (we're pretty laid back). Happy to live with or without animals (if they are already part of the home). Lauren & Will
The house is a double fronted two-storey terrace tucked away in a quiet lane in Queens Park. It has two bathrooms and 2-3 living areas and a nice big back yard. The location is very convenient. It's a 5-minute drive to Bronte and about 10 minutes to Surry Hills/Darlinghurst. It's also a 5-minute walk to Bondi Junction/Station, but you wouldn't know how close you are as it's tucked away down near Queens/Centennial Park. Move in date can be flex forward or back a week
Hi, I am looking for a place that I can rent entirely, with (at least) ***three bedrooms***. Preferably located in the CBD or the surrounding suburbs. Hope you can help me out! Cheers
