Hi, I’m Grace 😊
I’m a registered nurse working at the Kinghorn Cancer Centre in Darlinghurst and I’m looking to team up with another easy-going, kind and reliable gal to find a two-bedroom apartment around the Inner West through to the Eastern Suburbs.

My budget is max $380–390 per week and I’m ideally looking for a 12-month lease with the option to extend, I really love my job and would love to stay in Sydney long term.

I’m big on having a calm, clean and comfortable home. I’ve had a few not-so-great share house experiences in the past, so I’m really hoping to find someone who is reliable with rent and bills, keeps shared spaces tidy, and values open communication. I love a chat and the occasional hangout, but I also really respect personal space and downtime.

A bit about me: I’m originally from Canberra, a massive Raiders fan, and I play rugby union and touch footy. I love dogs, cooking, reading, the beach, and don’t mind a beer and a boogie now and then.
