I am in my late 30's and I am operating my own business and I also work part time for a high end fashion brand in the city. I work long hours but my hours of work vary depending on the season with my business.

I am looking a place where I can work from home and can also come home to relax. with my nature of my business I am out and about seeing my clients on sales trips.
As I am undergoing a lot of sales trips am also looking for a car park / car port or off street parking .

I enjoy music , the arts, fashion and design ,
going to the art galleries and museums.

I am happy sit down with my flat mates with a G & T or a great glass of wine. Or I am out socializing with friends and family.
