I am in my 40's and I am operating my own business and I also work part time for a high end luxury fashion brand in the city.

I am looking a place to live with one other & where I can work from home and can also come home to relax.
With my nature of my business I am out and about seeing my clients on sales trips.I work long hours & my hours of work vary depending on the season with my business.

As I am undergoing a lot of sales trips I am also looking for a carpark / carport or off street parking .

I enjoy music , the arts, fashion and design ,
going to the art galleries and museums or out to a great movie

I am happy sit down with my flat mates with a G & T or a great glass of wine. Or I am out socializing with friends and family.
