$300/week•22-26 year old woman and man
Hi there! We’re Talisha (26) and Ronnin (22), and we’re looking for a housemate, either a single person or a couple, to team up with us and start a share house (or to join one) somewhere on the Bellarine Peninsula or towards Geelong before November. We have been together for over 2.5yrs now and have been living together for most of that time in share houses.
We’re hoping to sign a 12-month lease and are currently looking for the right place together. We are hoping to share a house with one other person or a couple (seperate bathrooms are a must), we would also be happy to move into a granny flat.
Talisha is a professional face painter with a love for all things colourful and creative (however I’m currently dealing with some health issues, so I am home more often than not but usually spend most of my time gardening/cooking-which I’m more than happy to share 💕/sewing/painting or literally anything crafty in my own space), and Ronnin works in maintenance on a local farm, in his downtime he enjoys a surf and is borderline addicted to coffee. We’re both relaxed, respectful, and tidy. We’re both neurodiverse, LGBTQIA+ friendly and value open communication, chill vibes, and creating a space that feels like home- not just a place to crash.
We’re not looking to start a party house. Instead, we’d love to find someone who enjoys a, peaceful atmosphere, maybe putting on a record and sharing the occasional drink, dinner, or chat. We’re okay with smoking outside, and pets would be considered if they’re a good fit for the house and housemates. We also come with all the plants we could possibly need to fill a house, and would definitely be starting up a greenhouse 🥰
