I'm a 35-year-old Aussie gal who enjoys the simplicity of living lightly in a studio or room, so I am keen to team up to get a lease or join your place. I am a nurse in a clinic in Paddington 24-40 hours a week (9am-7pm) and run a side business doing NDIS support. My home style is super minimalist and clean - definitely not seeking a party house. The owners of my beloved apartment are selling and I have loved West End but I'm keen for less sirens and traffic, hoping to move over to the quiet northern suburbs closer to my family so I can pester them and be aunty to their pets and babies. I don't have any pets myself, but love dogs!! I am happy to stop for a chat in passing but do tend to need a lot of downtime to myself to recharge — I talk to people all day running the clinic. I clean up after myself and respect shared space. I like to cook when I have time, and will offer a meal or a beverage to my flatmate/s.
