This property is apart of Iglu Student Accommodation and is perfect for university students studying at QUT in Kelvin Grove. It is directly across the road from the university, and the shuttle bus stop between the QUT campus's is just around the corner. Iglu is great because they hold regular events such as barbeques and weekly breakfast's in the courtyard. There is also an on site gym which holds weekly boxing and yoga classes. All of these events are included in the rent along with unlimited internet, water and electricity. One rule to note is because it is student accommodation only university students can stay here. I personally have loved staying in Iglu, the only reason that I am moving out and trying to rent my room is because I have to go back to North Queensland for family reasons. The apartment is a two bedroom flat with 1 bathroom, the room I am renting is nearly double the size of a standard Iglu bedroom and has great wardrobe space! The apartment is available until February however, the lease can be extended if you would like to stay longer.

I work at the airport part-time, sometimes working full-time hours so not always home. I am clean and always tidy up after myself. I'm easy going and always down for an afternoon drink or chit chat. I'm flexible with room space but would prefer the bigger room due to furniture. I referee on weekends but also like going out for a well deserved drink with mates, however won't disturb you at three am like most other party animals, I know what its like so I respect that. Looking for a good bunch of flatmates with the same level of ease and respect for the house and for each other's space.
I am friendly, clean, polite, humorous & have lived on my own for the last 4 years - so I'm happy to do my own thing but I'm also quite social. I'm into fitness, food & exploring places as I've just moved back here from interstate.
I'm in my penultimate year of a Bachelor of Justice at QUT (Gardens Point). I'm introverted, I like to keep to myself and I highly value my own and other people's personal space. I'm tidy and will always clean up after myself. I like animals, so I'm very willing to live with pets, though I don't have any myself.

Both of us are really nice and will respect people's privacy, but will also like to make new friends and have some fun when it is not time to study or work. I like to play sports and I study Bachelor of Information Technology studying to become and Web Developer so I use the computer and study a lot during the semesters. I like going out to watch movies and stuff. I do occasionally go out to the clubs and stuff and will go but I don't go as much as other people might but I always like it when i do go out. I also have a car so that would need to be able to get parked somewhere. I am a very nice person so there's that to haha. I can be quite shy when i first meet people but I warm up quite quickly.
