I'm looking for temporary accommodation while I search for a new place to buy and move into. Ideally, I'm interested in either a bedroom with ensuite in a shared house, or a one-bedroom apartment, or a studio, with a lease of a month and the option to extend on a month-to-month basis. Car parking required Move in date: 7 April 2025 There will be no issues at all with rent or bond (if RTA contract) as I am a full-time working professional with stable job in manager's position. I dont smoke or consume alcohol and I have no pets.
