We have a pool, outdoor spaces, city views, large kitchen and living areas (including a pool table) with air conditioning, Weber BBQ, Netflix and we're about to get NBN installed. We love living at this place because there's so much room, the house is awesome and this part of Red Hill is super close to Paddington, Ashgrove and the City. If you go to the gym or keep active we recommend Goodlife Ashgrove or Fitstop which are close-by. Woolies, Coles, Aldi and gourmet delis are all within 5 minutes.

After completion of my placement, gonna be admitted as a legal practitioner and then I’ll start practicing as a solicitor. I’m a Malaysian Chinese, moved to GC in 2016 for college, then uni. I’m 21 years old this year, move in date would be next week (earliest) because I have to move out before 4 Jan 2020. Howdy! Looking for a joint within 45mins transport/ride from UQ. I'm looking for a friendly place where people aren't in their rooms all day and are happy to have a chat! Also where people feel comfortable bringing around their friends, having a few mates over on the weekend for some bevvies and having a chat with other people's friends, as long as people aren't in and out the door all day every day and are respectful when others want to sleep :) I work a few jobs and study, so I'm away during most days, only really home at night time and on weekends. I'm a musician (guitar and vocals) so love a good kumbaya and practice generally every couple of days, but I like to be aware when people are busy studying, sleeping etc. Flexible move out date because I'm currently at home, but happy to move out post-15th Jan, pre-20th Feb :)

29 y.o. male, professional working 5 days a week in west end. I am quiet, easy going and tidy. I tend to keep to myself. I like watching TV and baking. I am not a party person, and i wont be disturbing the peace by inviting friends over. My ideal place would be a 2 person unit/house with air conditioning. non-smoker, no pets. I like to keep my options open so i prefer to do 3-6 month contracts. But I'm okay with doing 12 months is the place is right. My current rental situation was initially a 3 month contract that my landlord was happy to extended for a second 3 months. I want to leave because it doesn't have off-street parking, and is rather small.
