I’m an interstate transport operator, doing an express/linehaul run between Larapinta and Eastern Creek NSW. I’m not home very much, but when I am, I generally just do my laundry and rest up for the following weeks work. I typically leave one week on the Sunday afternoon, and return Tuesday morning and sleep, then go again Tuesday night. Then I return on the Thursday morning, sleep and go again Thursday night. The week concludes on the Saturday morning. The following week I leave Monday night, returning Wednesday morning to sleep, leave that night and conclude on the Friday morning. I work that schedule pretty much all year, and it’s only different due to public holidays. I need a place where I can lock my car in a garage and also park a prime mover. I do smoke occasionally but not indoors. I drink occasionally but never more than a few because I need to be zero BAC for my job. I don’t do drugs, and get drug tested randomly at work. I don’t require cooking facilities as I generally don’t have time to cook. I’m interested in a share situation where I can have a place to sleep and shower and do my laundry and park my car securely. As you can see from the above, I’m not home much.
I am a very sociable person who is always willing to participate in the upkeep of the house. I enjoy interacting with housemates but also know when people like their space. I work full time during the day and I go to the gym few days a week. I enjoy music and sports. I have moved up from Adelaide roughly 2 years a go to be closer to my daughter. I do have her every second weekend, but please don't be scared off by that she is a really good kid who keeps to herself, and would not get in the way or cause trouble. If this is an issue I have options to help so no biggie. Hope to hear from you and any questions please do not hesitate to ask?
in Redbank plains in 4 bedroom house. Your own bathroom with separate toilet. Your own fridge. Behind high school and walking distance to Town Square. Bus stop within metres. 8 min drive to Redbank plaza. Looking for a short or long term tenant or a tenant that has a plan. Preferably somebody who is waiting or saving to get their own place or is working away from home. Even somebody who is new to the area needing temp accomodation until they find something permanent.
I'm pretty easy going. I like clean and tidy. Absolutely love to cook. Everybody likes their own privacy and space but at the same time no one wants it to feel like they have to no contact with other people your living with. I work alot and schedule is hectic. But I do enjoy a weekend off and a couple of drinks 😊 I also have a dog. His name is Dodge. He is an Italian mastiff x great Dane and an absolute sook who loves attention. His worst attribute is slobbering all over you to get a pat but he had the best nature
Gentle, quiet pensioner who is fond of learning, art, science and philosophy. Noah is on a disability pension for chronic anxiety, depression and ASD. He fluctuates some in certain social abilities like eye contact, verbal conversation and body language, but with people who are patient and don't mind learning a slightly different way of being he puts a lot of effort into finding ways to make things work. Very reliable and responsible about rent, bills and bond, likes routine, cleans up after himself and is kind, accepting and likes to try to help people be comfortable. Loud noises and a lot of clutter slow his ability to think the same way an overloaded computer slows. Honest and quirky, good with animals, vocabulary and art, he's looking for other mellow, flexible people, especially other people in the LGBT+ community.
I’m a full time worker at Brookwater golf and Country Club looking for a fun share house with young people don’t be put off by my age I’m very mature when it comes to respecting others and making an effort.
Retail-slave on a salary. My three year old son currently lives with his dad. I’m respectful. I have a positive attitude, impeccable hygiene, I’m super clean and tidy. I keep to myself. I don’t own a tv. You will never see my room messy. My carbon footprint is minuscule. I love my indoor plants. Id appreciate a well lit spot for my indirect sun-loving plants but this isn’t a necessity. If you’re interested in my interests, holla
Hello! I have a 8 month old Husky i am clean and friendly, mostly keep to myself... but i can be very sociable, my puppy loves to play! Is still a puppy so she does get quite frightened sometimes with loud noises, i am currently unemployed .. but can always pay my rent on time (: I am a smoker so a place that allows smokers would be a great bonus (: and if my puppy can sleep inside with me at night then that would be also great :D
Hi I'm Maddie, I'm 21 and will be studying a Bachelor of Education specialising in Early Childhood at USQ's Springfield campus commencing Feb 2019 and am looking for a place to stay near by. I work casually for Goodstart Early Learning and I am putting myself out here early to check out the options available and to also see if I can find people in the same boat to find a place with. I have a pet Bearded Dragon named Calcifer who I adore and who will be moving with me and I would like to have the option to have a parrot, cat or dog at some stage as my course is 4 years long so an animal-friendly household is preferred. I am single, straight, an omnivore, I don't have any children, am a non-smoker, don't do any sort of drugs and don't really drink much. I am a tidy person but certainly not a neat freak. I have pretty basic morals and respect and I will be studying so a quieter more laid-back environment would be nice. I would prefer to find other uni students. I am not fussed with the number of people or age/sex/religion of the people I live with, just the way those people treat each other and each other's property. I am a pretty laid back person and get along with nearly everyone, I haven't met a person I haven't been able to relate to in some way as I have a lot of interests and have had a lot of good and bad life experiences and enjoy most hobbies. I love camping, fishing, bush-walking, boating and exploring; but also love gaming, reading, show and movie bingeing and being a lazy bum. I love most genres of music and you could probably find any song ranging from Disney soundtracks to metal and I'd know it. I play piano and guitar and started when I was 9 with my dad and self-taught from then on. I am a massive animal/insect/arachnid creature lover and have a reptile, native bird and mammal license and have raised, rescued and captive bred then released a number of wild animals. I grew up pretty rural and have always had a decent number of animals around (my parents have cats, rats, mice, guinea pigs, chickens, ducks, pigeons, doves, turtles, snakes and fish to name a few haha). But I have always had a passion for working with children even when I was one. My close friends and family would describe me as a bit geeky, dorky, bogany, princessey, hippy-ish, goth-ish, and a hopeless romantic. I have always been on both ends of the scale and fit equally into pretty much every personality genre but not fully into one. On the same token I am pretty predictable and have a normal routine. House/unit wise I would like to have an en-suite but shared bathrooms are fine, a double bedroom is required because of Calcifer's enclosure and my double bed and study area. Wireless internet is essential for studying and phone reception as well. If you will have a room available or are someone looking for people to rent a house with around Springfield in January-February 2019 and think we would get along please feel free to contact me :)
It a nice big yard that is fenced, very nice house with polished floors throughout, fire place in the living room, air con, and ceiling fans in every room, nice big verandha out the back that gets both morning and afternoon sun, freshly painted walls throughout the house, short walk to public transport as in the bus, close to shopping center and night owl, car port on side of house that fits two cars. It a very light house that gets good amounts of sun .
Recently picked up a full time job at Queensland Rail and looking to move out. Would prefer to move out with one other housemate who is easy going and someone who I can get along with. Don't mind the occasional drink up and social gatherings but also enjoy my own space. Enjoy playing the xbox (fortnite addict), watching the footy, binge watching netflix and chilling listening to music. I'm also all for splitting the house work and cleaning up after ourselves. Would prefer to start a friendship and getting to know someone before moving out with them so send me a message and we can go from there.

I work full time at a dirt bike shop. I am very big on being clean and tidy so I never leave a mess! I am usually a quiet person so you won’t hear much from me while I am home which isn’t often anyway. When I am not working, I am usually always out with friends or just doing outdoor activities. I spend a lot of time out with my dog as well. I do have a big puppy so you must like dogs! He is super friendly and the biggest sook you will ever meet.
