We enjoy living in Preston because it is a peaceful area with great markets only 10 minute walk also the same distance to Preston station and Woolworths supermarket, the 11 tram is a two minute walk away with a 35minute ride to the city . The room is nice not to big but can fit a double bed as you can see in the photos. The rules are paying rent & bills on time and being respectful of everyone in the house and acknowledging that sometimes people just need to have a bit of time to them selves. That being said we are up for hanging out as a group from time to time.

Prefer full time workers, those wanting to stay long-term (1 year), and no students.
