I will be very happy to be contacted to arrange some inspections. Please contact me if you are interested in having me in your house. Cheers Francesco
This house is really quite secure. I have cameras alarms and roller shutters to keep any unwanted people's out. The house is a 1 minute walk from the 86 tram. The house has a very large backyard, internet Netflix.. Air conditioning / heating in each room.
My name is Jasmine, I am 23 years old from Stockholm, Sweden. As part of my education in Peace and Conflict Studies, I was granted the privilege to become an exchange student here in Melbourne, Australia. So here I am, looking for a room until late November while I study full time at La Trobe University. I would describe myself as a happy young girl on a spiritual quest to help humanity in the ways that I can (while simultaneously exploring my life through adventures and personal growth). I respect and enjoy privacy but I also like to explore a good conversation and connections! I am open and non-judgemental so please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions about me, or anything else for that matter! Hope we can find a match :)
Room for rent in Reservoir from August 19 onwards. The unit is 1.3kms from Ruthven train station or 60m aways from a bus stop which takes you to Reservoir train station, 5 minutes drive from La Trobe University. Plenty of off-street parking. Love the tranquility of this place and just 5 minutes away from the park where I do my weekly runs and biking trail. There's a split system in the room itself and the great thing is that you get to enjoy your own bathroom. Fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, a study table, study chair and built-in-wardrobe. Rent includes internet bill but excludes water, gas and power bill. It will be split between the 2 of us. I'm easy going but of course but also enjoy being tidy and clean. Looking for a person who will clean after themselves.

We are both in our early Thirties, we are clean, quiet, mature, responsible, non-party animal and friendly guys. We are in search of a secure long term rental, ideally our perfect property is a 2 bedroom bungalow with air-conditioning and a dishwasher, but these are not deal breaker if not available. Our weekly budget is $350-$400, ideally with bills included. Currently we do not have any pets, however if our landlord agreed we would love the opportunity to get a small/medium size dog in the future. We are looking to move ASAP as our current landlord is selling and we must vacate by the 25th July 2019.
I'm a young 50 year old, who is starting a new life. After caring for all and sundry, I'm putting myself first, and taking a leap into shared housing. I don't smoke or take recreational drugs. All my vices are legal: music, reading, cinema, music, tea, cheese, Bowie, food, music. Did I mention music? I'm happy for us to become friends and hangout, but I also enjoy being alone. I can be quiet, and need timeout to recharge. I'd like you to be left leaning, clean, a non-smoker, and like animals. I'm a meat eater and wear leather shoes, so I won't be a fit for a vegan. I'm unemployed, but financially frugal, and debt free. I'm nearly 7 years in remission from cancer, and have some physical hurdles as a result of my treatment. I live within my means, and hope to return to work some day. I believe I'm a kind person, and would make a pretty good housemate.
Hello, I’m student from Vietnam. I’m studying at La Trobe uni. I’m also working part-time as a barista. I would be very happy if I could find a place close to train station and have some friendly flatmates. Thank you!

Owen is a games design student, who currently works at a plant nursery, and enjoys history.
