I'm looking for a furnished room in a quiet neighborhood ideally within walking distance from a train station and max. 45 minutes from CBD. I'd like to have my own bathroom if possible, or share with only one person. I'm a sociable and friendly person, and I enjoy meeting people and good conversations, but I also have a lot on my plate with school, exercise, work, and personal projects, so I value my alone time and privacy as well, and I'm looking for a housemate(s) who can respect that. Sorry, but I can't share with smokers or dogs. A clean and tidy home is important to me, so if you think that'd be an issue for you, we'll probably not be ideal flatmates. I love movies and theatre, walks and hikes, good conversations, running, writing, and cycling.
