Hello , I will be looking at making an interstate move from Qld in July to move back down for family and work . I am flexible with furnishings and would prefer ensuite or my own bathroom if possible . I would also require room to run my own fridge and some storage space for a few storage tubs etc . I am in my late 20s, no pets , quiet, pride myself on cleanliness and respectful of space and privacy and would want similar flatmates. I rarely drink don't smoke or do recreational drugs . Not after a party house . I am just wanting a safe living environment to come home to . Aside of this I'm also quite active and do enjoy getting out for walks and go to gym so would be meal prepping here and there also . I can be social and do have some adhd but mostly introverted/ routine oriented and would be keeping to myself mostly ! But depending on how well we gel could be open for some movie nights shared dinners etc . I would be sorting work/study out when I'm back down but have a good savings, and can provide references ledgers etc . Please no time wasters or unreliable people .
