Hey, I’m Simon and I’m looking to rent a nice high quality place. I’d like to live in a respectful, tidy and social home. I’m in the process of selling my house and am looking for a 1-year or more place. I’d love a nice outdoor area, somewhere close to a good park. I’m open to paying more to secure a couple rooms too. I’ve got two Tonkinese cats Chip and Moo so ideally you won’t also have pets or they’ll out number us! They’re both super nice. I’m open to 2 or 3 people with a big enough place.
