hi, my name is Tayla I’m 24 years old,
I moved out at the age of 17 and rented on my own up until now , 12 months ago, I was lucky enough to find courage to walk away from my whole life to better me and my daughter and have immensely struggled to find us a home since we two months ago, we moved into a unit which I was unaware the tenants were not allowed to sublease. I’ve just got settled here and put my daughter into School
Due to the tenants doing the wrong thing and having illegal substances and abuse unfortunately I had to leave. We are currently staying in a 12 man tent in the front yard of my mum‘s house in Rockingham which is surrounded by nothing but drugs and drug users fighting yelling abuse people coming and going all the time a lot of stealing
They also have a very aggressive dog who has viciously attacked my dog multiple times when the children have left the gate open
I have a five year old daughter and a service dog who is the most outright friendliest with people and other animals, he is house and room trained no digging chewing or using the house or room as a toilet I have spent thousands of dollars on training so that won’t be an issue to worry about
I’m currently receiving $1200 a fortnight plus $400 a month I was a full-time employee at magic touch detailing in Rockingham, but had to leave due to my lung disease
my partner sam has two jobs atm at two removing company’s and gets about-500/1000 a weeks depending on which one needs him that week,
We are very quiet. Keep to ourselves, don’t party just trying to find a place to start our family properly and raise my five-year-old where it is not surrounded by drugs and unsafe
