Quite little place with very few rules. 10 minute walk to the train station and shopping center, along with a 2 minute walk to a bus stop that can get you anywhere. Generally happy with any DIY you wish to do. Unlimited free wifi. We have a fridge and washer you get full access to along with a storage shed. Partners and family are always welcome, as well as pets are encouraged, we are all animal lovers here!
The house is quite small, and nothing to special. It has quite a good location though, ten minute walk to both the shopping center and train station, so great for students wanting to get to university or people working in the shopping center. Pets are very much welcome, with a large enough backyard for a large dog, and quite a few parks within 5 minutes walking distance. There is no rent inspections, but it would be nice if the place was kept tidy. Guests are obviously allowed and everything. I am quite relaxed and don't really mind what happens.

Rooms also have locks on them for security of your things. Large back yard with a small shed if you want to use it. House has a closed in patio for entertainment/ games room purposes. Wanting to rent out a room in my house, just moving in and don’t have furniture as of yet but will be slowly getting everything. Rent will be $160 including water bill but will be wanting you to pitch in for electricity bill, internet will be getting set up but will take a while before this happens. Your room will be at the back on the house and you get to choose out of two, having the bathroom out the back all to yourself.
