Just in from New Zealand now 1 year, currently staying I Falcon 6210. ( nice area, estuary one side the sea the other ) I now wish to move and requiring long term accommodation that offers a good size bedroom ( preferably unfurnished ) as I now have my own. including a private bathroom would be great but not accentual. I have a budget of $250 per week inc bills. Unfortunately having spent 30 odd yrs in NZ I have accumulated a lot of personal stuff, inc kitchen ( as I cook ) and audio gear, no furniture as such. This of course makes my life a little difficult trying to find a suitable place. ( currently I have this and more but comes a time one own welfare is more important that material surroundings. So storage space is a must about 6 cubic meters, I do have shelving units to hold most of it. I have rented executive homes in NZ ( one for 10 yrs ) so responsible + can cook so can take care of myself. I have experienced having flatmates in the past so well aware how not to behave Lol! I am very domesticated and clean after myself and happy to contribute work wise around the house. I love dogs as I owned German shepherds while living in Perth, back in the day. So around pets is no problem. One thing I am not a female nor a fifo worker or student which happens to be the most favoured to have, sorry. I am a mature man on the aged pension, yes still alive and capable to work if need be. Hope to find a home to live in around the Mandurah/Rockingham area, with someone that appreciates a more mature person. Please contact me re any questions you may have or ring of cause.
