Hi all!
I'm Sam, 37, Customer Service for Surf Life Saving Australia and Fitness Instructor. I love travelling, musical theatre, and a few quiet drinkies every now and then.
As far as I'm aware I'm a fabulous housemate - clean, quiet, easy going. I've just arrived in Brisbane from Adelaide (via a 3 month sojourn in Bali) and am living with a friend until I get myself settled so my move date is flexible.
Non-smoker, no pets, no car so I don't need a car space but will need to be reasonably close to public transport so I can get to work in Bowen Hills (I'm a big walker so I'm not too concerned about that, and public transport seems a lot better here than Adelaide!)
I also have no furniture so a furnished room would be highly preferred, but not essential if the price is right.
My non negotiable is I need my own bathroom. I run a tight schedule and need to shower and pee when I need to shower and pee.
Need a happy, safe, comfy home so would love to be able to vibe with housemate/s, we don't need to be besties, but getting along is important!
I've put 6 month preference in my listing but if we get along well I'm happy to stay longer coz let's face it, shiz is expensive.
