Hi!
I'm Emma, work full-time for an Exercise Physiology company in Alderley. I'm looking for a non-furnished bedroom with private bathroom, OR master with ensuite (private bathroom non negotiable).
I'm seeking a mature, clean, quiet flatmates! Ideally aged 24-40 and female.
When not at work I like to visit friends, the beach or go hiking/camping or to the gym. I'm not home often, but I like my space to be clean, comfortable/relaxing. I spend most weekends on the GC or at my partners place! Ideally I'm just looking to be closer to work during the week to reduce my daily commute!
I also house/pet sit from time to time so this keeps me busy!
I'm happy to be social, have a beverage or chats with my housemate (would also love a walking buddy!), but also respect your privacy and alone time as this is very important to me also.
I'm a non-smoker & have no pets/children. I won't live with children/smokers.
I do have a house worth of furnishings however they are in storage on the Gold Coast with my Family. I'd prefer to move into a furnished place so i can be closer to work and not have to relocate my items again. I can bring other share items as needed.
