Overall, I'm a very enthusiastic individual who loves life, loves a chat and also loves good food :) I work full time Monday to Friday as a safety advisor in the rail industry. I may need to do some shift work later in the year but it won't be for more than a few weeks at a time. My hobbies are hiking, mountain biking and powerlifting, so generally that keeps me very busy over the weekends as well.
I'm a financial analyst working full-time looking for a convenient place with easy access to the city. I'm a neat and tidy guy who respects other people and their space and expect the same in return. I don't smoke, not the party/clubbing type, and all my friends are professionals mostly in the finance field. I'm a quiet laid back guy who enjoys doing charity work during the weekend, going out with friends, and learning to cook new dishes. I'm looking for a clean place, close to a station, and with an ensuite bathroom and toilet to move into for the long-term. I come with a car, so I'd appreciate if the property comes with parking, or safe on street parking. I would love to visit the property for an inspection and to introduce myself personally.
**UNFURNISHED ROOM, till end OCT only** I have a beautiful unfurnished room in light filled home that only my little dog and I live in. We live right next to a big park and only a few minutes walk from Rosanna railway station. It is quite close to Latrobe uni and you can walk there through parkland. You would have your own bathroom and we would share the kitchen, dining room and lounge which has a wood fire. There are views to the garden and park from the living areas and the room you would be in. I have the lease here only until the end of October and until then it is nirvana. It's surrounded by huge trees and bird song. The winter sun pours into the living areas and it is just so peaceful. I don't have the TV connected as I just watch movies sometimes so this is the place if you like it quiet! House rules: Let's get this one clear.. It's not a party house as you may have gathered and I won't tolerate drugs, smoking or drunken vomit down the hall. I am respectful and just ask that you are the same :). I work from home in the design field and teach students here sometimes so it's important that i can work in peace during the day. I'd love a garden and animal lover really! I'm not vegie or vegan but don't eat much meat, happy to share with someone who is though. It is a small house when there's more than 2 in it, so please keep that in mind. There isn't anywhere we can really be alone apart from our bedrooms so I'm looking for someone who is friendly, respectful but also happy with their own company. My dog is super loving and likes to be cuddled, doesn't understand rejection at all!
Hi guys, I'm an international student, studying bachelor of accounting at Latrobe University. I'm looking for a place for my 1.5yr old Labrador and me. I work 3-4 days a week mostly overnights. I'm pretty chill. i cook my own food, if it turns out good, I'll share it with you. If it's bad I'll have to share it with my dog. She loves whatever I cook. I can also help in household work, and always pay the rent on time. Give me a text or call asap if you've a place for me and my dog cause we really need a place to move in. Thanks
A little about myself - I'm 20 years old, from Texas, USA - currently deferred from my third year of uni to work and check out Australia! I'm very laid back and easy to get along with. I'm a full-time graphic designer so I'm keen on the creative side of life.
Hi potential flatmates! Myself, my best friend Georgia Lea and her lover boy Jared are looking for a funky abode to call our own! 🏡 We've been on the hunt for a good 5 - 6 months, and Jareds lease is up so he needs a place ASAP. Because of this we aren't too fussy about location, although we're hoping for somewhere north of the CBD. Anywhere with a room for a couple and a room for a single within reasonable access to public transport would be brilliant! A bit about us: Georgia Lea - I study social work at La Trobe, passionate about memes and musicals particularly the sound of music, pun enthusiast, loves a good conspiracy theory, and is generally top notch, bubbly, clean and organised gal to live with! hit us up fam Jared: Just ur typical bloke that works part time at BWS so can recommend some lovely beverages, studies Media at Deakin, and loves him a good video game or wrestling match. Likes music and literally obsessed with movies. Ask him about his simpsons tattoo Georgia Anne: Studying youth work at ACU, as well as working 2 casual jobs to feed her Toblerone addiction. Quotes way too many irrelevant tv shows. Passionate about aquatic facts and SFX makeup. 10/10 will bake questionable sweets for you on her quest to become supreme baking genius When not working or studying, we're all up for a good chat and a few drinks, but also enjoy down time and personal space. We are homeless and sad and cant wait to hear from you!
SHORT TERM RENTAL SOUGHT: June 21st to July 21st. Hi! I'm a friendly, positive, low key housemate. I aim to contribute warmth and care to the home and express a generous spirit whenever I can. I'm into nature and love to be outside, so if you're looking for someone to contribute to the garden or even get one started (on one of the warmer winter days), that is me! Very respectful of diverse needs and equal value of individuals in the house. I value clear, honest and respectful communication. I work a few jobs but my main field is disability and arts. Am 35 years old (but have friends ranging from their 20s to their 60s!). Non-smoker. Have car. Good with cleaning. For fun, I go hiking and engage in a range of creative hobbies. I tend to spend my weekends out of the house. I'm also working on a writing project, so looking for a generally quiet home - at least in the day time. Please feel free to ask any questions! Much appreciated. Best, Tan. + I LOVE kids but for now, am looking for a home with adults. + Also open to converting an old shed or bungalow into a liveable state! + Can consider longer term.
Young Canadian girl living in Melbourne as a periment resident, looking for somewhere to call home! I'd like to find a place that is pet friendly so I can get a companion (it would be a medium size dog ). A decent size room so I can fit all my furniture in it. I currently live in a share house now so know all what it's about. I'm clean in the shared rooms and expect housemates to be the same. I can move at anytime, very flexible, weather it be in three weeks to three months. I'd like to live in a mixed house of females and males or one or two males if they are clean. No clam jams✌🏻 I work full time so on work nights I do not do too much but relax. Words that sum me up: exploring/travelling, creativity, socialising, food, friends, drinking, animals and beach bum. Feel free to ask more!
Townhouse renovated four years ago close to everything, 2mins walk to rosanna station, 30mins to the CBD, parks, great cafes, La Trobe uni 10mins by car, doncaster and northland shopping center 15/20mins away. I am a respectful considerate easy to get along with person. I like to keep my place clean and I'm very houseproud. I like a little bit of socialising with my housemate but I do also like my space. And I am not a party person. I work for VicRoads where I have been working for the past 7 years. I do work part time, however it is permanent, Monday to Friday, 6 hours a day. I am a very honest person where what you see of me is what you get. I also have a very good sense of humour and love a laugh.
Currently working close by on the rail level crossing project as a HSE Advisor. I have just re-located from Perth having spent the last five years working FIFO in the Pilbara and Darwin locations. I enjoy sports, reading and riding motorcycles. My bike however is back in Perth.

I have lived at my last place for 12 years as I always paid rent on time and treated my neighbours with consideration and respect. I have a life of my own and will not smother you. I am socialised and do not roll home drunk and be obnoxious and annoying. Reformed smoker but do not worry being around smokers and drink on a very occasional basis. No Drugs. I am virtually retired at 64 years and cover all my Centrelink obligations with volunteer work. i would like to stay in the listed areas as I have family at Heidelberg and friends at Blackburn and Knox and the public transport gets me to both, and my volunteer role, conveniently. Paying rent is the priority and understanding that you have to give people in a shared situation genuine consideration is next. Socialised, tidy and personable in a sharing situation. Excellent rental refererence from my previous 12 years of renting at Lower Plenty and personal references as well. Do not have pets/companions but would consider them a bonus if you do.
All bills included in rent! We live close by to Latrobe Uni, Northland, trains and buses. We have a big backyard with a BBQ. Our spare room is furnished with a double bed, desk, 2 bedside tables and built in wardrobe.
Pretty large 3 bedroom home in the Yallambie/Macleod area. Cheap, tidy and in a great area. - close to public transport, city and la trobe/rmit universities. - 5 minute drive to various shops. Pretty laid back. Just ask that cleaning be shared when necessary and bills paid on time. Food/cooking etc is done separately for ease, however materials for the house (toilet paper etc) are shared and the cost is split. Smoking is fine outside.
Hi, my name is Michael. I am 34, been employed full time for nearly 10 years so pretty stable there! Have a car which I would need to park somewhere (not precious about it or where to park). I also have all the furniture I need and would prefer an unfurnished room but can work around anything! Accompanying me will be my dog, Tony, an 11 year old Silky Terrier. He is great with cats and has lived with them most of his life. He is good with quieter type dogs regardless of size, not so good with more active and boystrous dogs however. About me, I am pretty laid back easy going kind of person. Very open minded and love a good chat about nearly anything. In the same breath I do enjoy just doing my own thing from time to time. I like cooking and am not too bad at it at all. I also cook some good Weber barbecue in summer and I don't mind sharing! I am very domesticated and clean. I don't smoke but don't mind living with smokers. Hobbies, well I like watching TV, mostly documentaries these days but also since getting Netflix, all sorts of random stuff. I love camping, 4x4 and MTB (trails, enduro style and downhill). Also like dinners, shows, movies, anything really, will try almost everything once. I am looking for somewhere long term, somewhere to call home. Not looking to hop around too often as I am not a big fan of moving! If I sound like your person, feel free to send me a message!

Hi, I’m Mathew, I'm 35 and I study Aerospace Engineering at RMIT in the city. In my spare time I like to watch movies, go to the beach, see a live gig or catch up with mates. I'm also beginning to explore the world of health & fitness. I am financially secure, clean up after myself and respect other people's privacy and personal space. I am quite when at home and my party days are long behind me. Ideally, I am looking to share a 2bdr apartment with one other adult roughly my own age somewhere north of the city. My course moves to RMIT's Bundoora campus next year and I am hoping to keep my commute manageable. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon. Any other questions, please ask.
Hey Hows it going? Im Ash, 26 years old, working full at the moment near Greensborough as a Quantity Surveyor/Cost planner. My name is Ali, I'm 36 and a student. I'm currently obtaining my Diploma in Youth and Community Services. Although I'm not home most times, I do enjoy good company (I love to discuss any topic, controversial or otherwise), cooking and maintaining a light mood all around. Most of all, I take great pride in keeping my immediate living quarters clean and presentable. My current conundrum is that the house I live in will be up for sale and thus, I have to vacate no later than September. Hopefully I'll be in a new home by then :)
My name is Josh, I used to be a professional tennis player and now I am studying my commercial pilots license. Darcy my brother works full time and also studies. We both are great house mates, very clean and courteous. We also love having a good time and a drink, love going to the gym and playing sport, music, movies, games. Looking to find a 3rd person to apply for a house with, or move in to a share house with somebody that has 2 rooms. In short we are the ideal room mates :)
Looking for a large room or granny flat. I'm semi retired but always able to pay bills on time.I'm pretty relaxed, used to sharing accommodation with other people from a variety of backgrounds ethnicities and age groups. I like gardening, rediscovering music ( keyboard and guitar) and doing online study. I'm also interested in people who wish to start up a new lease and are looking for others. I am able to put up the bond immediately but obviously I will need to be paid back.
