Hi guys, Tom here, 24 year old, working full time in the CBD. Love animals, the beach and going on adventures. Looking for a sharehouse to move into. Hit me up!
Hi, I consider myself quite independent but I don't disclose the social aspect that comes along with being a young adult. Interested and always up for meeting new people. I suppose partly comes from travelling and living overseas. When you learn to accompany yourself as well as get involved with what other people are doing. I personally spend majority of my time outdoors whether with work as a landscaper or finding some new, cool or thrill seeking spot to hike, climb or ride. My tendency of living is generally clean and tidy. I've lived in my own shared house in Canada, I shared rooms or lived in a house with as many as 10 people at once. I respect other people's privacy as I would expect some what of the same in return. I can cook, so I am self sufficient. I don't mind cleaning the inside of a toilet either, nor the entire shared bathroom in general. When we first meet, I might be shy at first, but come round a week or so and I'll drop my guard down and be super chilled. I am honestly after a place with people who are like minded, between ages of 22-30 mix of female and male. Down to earth but up for having fun too. All rounder not completely strict. Although I am a non-smoker.
Hello, I'm Christine, a 24 year old student currently studying full time at Latrobe University. I've just returned from a year living abroad in Japan and am looking for a new place to call home! I'd love to find somewhere long term with friendly housemates. I'm respectful of people's belongings, personal space and privacy and am very clean and tidy. My hobbies include art and video games so I do spend a fair amount of time in my room, as I'm also busy with university work too, but I do enjoy socialising as well and am always up for a good chat. I'm pretty easy going and laid back so I'm sure I'd fit in well with any personalities or house set up. I love animals so I'd be more than happy to share a house with any furry friends too! I'm hoping to find a place ASAP so I hope you will consider me for a future flatmate in your lovely homes.

I play futsal and enjoy being active. Keen to live in a home with a community focus. Happy to help out in the garden. Very keen on wellness and I practice alternative therapies within a Melbourne clinic. Look forward to hearing from you.
Close to transport and shops- less a five minute walk. A bit of a veggie patch has been created so seasonal fresh veggies avail. We have chickens so there's plenty of fresh eggs too. Its a drug free household and we are not a binge drinking one either enabling us to relax and really take in what this place has to offer. That said a glass of wine here & there is totally not out of the question-......but understand that our idea of having fun does'nt mean getting hammered every day. There's a Bbq area with seating and you'll have access to the whole house. All we ask is that you respect our space. We do what we can for your comfort and are only able to mantain a high quality experience with your imput too. We have one private room available now & another in the next week- term up to six months preferably- it's Room (3) Second week of feb Room (1) - A home away from home. Furnished with a queen bed, side table, lamp, wardrobe, shelves & even a tv. Avail soon. Pending some minor repairs. Flexible with furnishings* *If there are any impending tourists coming to Australia and looking to stay in melbourrne, send us a line telling us about your situation and maybe you can live with us for a bit. Situational Opportunistic people with a malevolent nature please stay far away from us. We are happy within ourselves. Good natured people need only apply and you must be housetrained also. We like to keep things tidy...meaning, as you found them. We're pretty happy living here but we know it could be better too and are always on the lookout for new ways to improve the place. Recently we added a sofa-bed to the lounge. Great for that impromptu occassion allowing a friend to stay the night.....not just a house, but a HOME!. House has a garage- Useful for storage. We want you to be comfortable and maybe come back and stay with us again. Anything else, Ask away. Look forward to hearing from you. Regards. Please note: Looking for someone who is both personable and concientious. Non smoker too. Thank you for reading thus far.
I am an international female student from Sri Lanka. Currently I am pursuing my studies (Masters in Accountancy) at Charles Sturt University. I am doing a part time job at a retail store. So most of the time I am either at the work or university. :) I am a clean, quiet person who is a bit of a neat freak (At least when it comes to my room :) ). I love making new friends But normally I would mind my own work. If you need any information please don't hesitate to contact me.
Hey guys, my name is Andrés originally from Colombia but grew up in Melb. I am a full time student at La Trobe and work full time as well in North Melbourne. I'm very friendly, chill, tidy, as much as I like socialising I also like having my own space and respect other's space as well. I'd like to live with people who could potentially be mates not just flat mates :)
We are a great couple to live with, we are respectful of other peoples space and things. We love to get outdoors and take adventures and also occasionally go out and have drinks with friends. But most of the time you will find us having a night in and watching Netflix :) Josh and I both work full time
Hi. I'm a mature professional working as a Software Engineer and business owner. I enjoy keeping active, catching up with friends, enjoying weekend breakfasts at a local cafe, and working to grow my business which is in the video game industry. At home I like a peaceful space that I like to keep clean (not OCD), and that is smoke-free. I am an honest, fun and friendly guy who is very respectful and easy to live with. I am up for sharing the odd movie and having a chat after work. I also respect other peoples privacy and space. I'm not looking to join a party house, but am more looking to share with someone who likes to keep a clean and tidy home, who understands that it is our shared private space, who is mature and reasonably quiet and respectful.
Hi there. I am a professional single woman, no kids, 60 year old, looking for a quiet non-smoking, pet friendly mature independent female to half-share a 3-4 bedroom home in the Ivanhoe, Heidelberg, Heidelberg Heights, Rosanna, Macleod, Watsonia area with a rental range of $600-$800 a week ($300-$400 each). I am fit, active, loyal, reliable, trustworthy and honest, clean and tidy. I have a small dog and cat, both well house trained. I enjoy the theatre, the arts, movies, catching up with friends for a walk, Sunday brunch, going to the markets. Love to walk. Walking/hiking is my thing. On the home front I live quietly, potter around the home, gardening, reading a good book. I am enjoy clean food, although I indulge when the occasion is right - Christmas...and love my hot cross buns. Looking for someone with similar lifestyle and interests to share a home with. I work full time in the CBD (Melbourne) in an executive administration role in the Victorian government. I have all furniture and whitegoods but can easily put into storage if needed.
*Update* Brass tacks: I'd pay max! $250 pw if that includes either bills, perfect location or both! - internet's just a bonus. All depends on the details! Fitzroy's my home so anywhere where there's a station or the city's within walking distance is blitz for me & my furbaby Taco! Taco is medium in size, house-trained, loved by everyone & will be my roommate -esp inside of the night- cos if someone was trying to break-in he would be a greatly appreciated asset in your eyes & he wouldn't be able to save your ass if he was kept outside! Add to that, he never stinks cos he thinks he's a cat & so cleans himself as such. Is great to live with; quiet & gentle & fun! You'll fall in love with him right from the start!^_^ Me, well recently, I was studying Visual Art in Bendigo (2017) which is from where we'll be moving. I want to come back to Melbourne cos I've missed the place &;the people much! I'll be studying at CAE + finding part-time work this year - I always get what I want from life cos I let nothing stop me. - Ideally looking for a 6 month stay or more. Clean, easy-going, friendly & like my people much the same & enjoy my own space ;) Love cooking communally every now & then- it's well fun! Enjoy happy-go-lucky/spontaneous/fun/chill people; love music, art, playing with my furry baby, being active, dancing, adventures, reading, & playing guitar, etc. Always cover living expenses on time! Can handle myself. - I've never been in debt & have paid rent etc since I was 17 years old; took care of horses since I was 9 (for the hard work appreciated I got to ride them at a cheaper price) & cared for all other animals since even younger (naturally I love them); first started paid work at 15; sold artwork at first exhibition aged 16; volunteer work with rescues/op shops/RDA; teaching guitar freelance; working behind bar, etc. & have always studied both in & out of school. So there's my work ethic all laid out for you, & for these reasons, I guess- lazy & boring people are a total turn off to be around for a second- let alone live with. So if you're boring/apathetic or think I'm gona split with Tac' don't even waste my time. Thanks much. Need to know any more, ask.. Naturally, if you don't love dogs there's no way -so in that case- don't ask ! Want to get back to melb asap ^_^ Advocate against animal abuse/cruelty & never buy products tested on animals - you'll be surprised by how many are!! See & share this link with your family & friends♡☆ N.B. fm wont accept urls so just search 'animals australia animal testing list' if you love animals & want to help put an end to the cruelty! Passionate about social justice; LGBT friendly; "perfect tenant" blablabla lalalove! ;) Luna♡☆ You can msg my mobile ~ wait no you can't cos flatmates is a whore (they'll prolly censor that too like free contact info) whatever. Fuck this. I'll upgrade later. Can't just move-out right yet anyway - but soon
Hey Guys, i am Robert from Germany. I am going to study at La Trobe University in February/March. Looking for some nice flatmates to share a house or apartment. I am sporty, friendly and a clean person who accept the rules.
Hi, my name's Justin, I'm a 38 year old barista, and musician in my spare time. I'm pretty quiet around the house, but like to make a little noise with my guitar when no one is around (I have weekdays off, so this usually works out pretty well). I've been renting with a married couple in a house they own for nearly 4 years, and moving on due to upcoming renovations of my room. Always considerate, tidy, clean, think communication is important (like to know if I'm doing something that annoys others around the house, yet pretty tolerant of other's quirks). Always on time with rent, and like to keep on top of my share of house chores. Friendly, love a chat, but sometimes keep to myself for a while to rejuvenate after a day of working with people in hospitality. I'm looking to move within a month, and am free to move pretty much as soon as something suitable comes up. Thanks, Justin.
Pros: - Within a 10-15 minute walk of Rosanna Railway Station, Heidelberg Central, Rosanna Central, Sporting Ovals, Parks, Gyms, Cafes, Restaurants and Supermarkets. - Friendly neighbours - Short drive from Northland Shopping Centre, La Trobe University, Preston Market, Metro Ring Road & Eastern Freeway. - Lots of room for storage. - Melbourne CBD is a 25 minute drive (not accounting peak traffic) - The house is already furnished and all utilities are already set. This includes: a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, couches, television, microwave. Cons: - No air conditioner in bedrooms. - Noisy/Busy road outside the property makes it difficult to leave on time. - Rosanna Railway Station is closed until April 30th, 2018, however replacement buses to Heidelberg and Macleod are available. - Driveway is narrow. - No dishwasher. - No locks on any doors except the doors that go outside the house. - The room you will be staying in currently has a door that doesn't close properly, however we are in the process of getting this fixed and are hoping it can be done by the move in date. - No Pets unless they can be kept in a small cage or fish tank.
I'm a La Trobe Uni Student, studying Maths and Statistics. I work as a Barista in Montmerency. I'm quiet and tidy, and make a mean coffee if you have a machine available! My main hobbies are card games and Warhammer (a bit of a nerd in case the Maths and Stats didn't give that away). Currently, I'm looking for a place with a bit of extra space and comfort, ideally with my own bathroom. The two locations I need to be somewhat near are Bundoora for study, and Montmerency for work.
