I am a physiotherapy student at La Trobe university- I am very academically minded and study is my top priority. I moved from Tassie to study here 2 years ago. I am a bit of a perfectionist so you can expect that I will always clean/tidy up after myself & keep my space nice & neat. I am an active individual coming from a national gymnastics background (now-retired) I go to the gym mainly to do body weight/weight training and I also boulder (rock climb). I don't need a place really until January as I am going home for the month of December but if a compromise can be made for perhaps securing a place in December, that would be great.
Hi there! I'm an easy going, clean and mature housemate looking for a room to call home from 27 October to 12 November. I'm originally from Tassie and have been renting in Melbourne for the last five years. I currently work full-time in marketing and merchandising. I enjoy a laugh and a chat but also value and respect personal space. I'm an active person and a big foodie, so in my free time I'm often eating out or exercising. I'm very mindful of energy use and recycling. If you think I could be a good fit for your home, please get in touch!
Quiet, not really the partying kind and teetotaler. I mind my own business. Good engager in conversations. Comfortable with pets if you have any. LGBT friendly. Very clean and tidy. I speak 5 languages and like cooking, music, horror movies and working out. I move to melbourne in February and would love to hear from you if you feel i fit the description of an ideal housemate/tenant.
I am a friendly and respectful man that enjoys the company of others but is equally happy doing my own thing. I enjoy cooking and gardening. Non smoker. Very easy to get a long with and am coming to Melbourne for work and following my heart.
Only a minute walk to Rosanna Train Station and cafes, fitness centres and restaurants. The very popular Miss Marie's cafe is at my doorstep. Located in the centre of bustling Rosanna Village you will still enjoy peace and quiet at all hours. The apartment is also only a short walk to the Austin Hospital. A vibrant loft with comfy couch as well as great music system and large TV in lounge room. The train goes directly to Melbourne CBD in 35 minutes. Vacant room includes closet, TV, shelving, desk and large bed.
I'm a socially conscious person, I like to have fun but I like quiet time and my own space as well. Love a good TV series. I clean up after myself and keep communal areas tidy (bedroom is a different story, I often have a bit of a floordrobe happening, but it's an organised one) I'm a bit social so won't be around all the time. Currently working as a temp in the healthcare industry which gives me a bit of flexibility. My sister and I have joint custody of my 10 year old kelpie x. Although my dog mainly lives with my sis, I'm looking for a place where she will be welcome from time to time.
Hey hey guys, I'm Sally looking to move out of home for a bit before I travel end of 2017. Im a very easy going worker who has a Jack Russell dog named Russell ha ha funny. His a bit crazy but is fine once he gets to know you. Generally likes to hang with me. And stays outside whenever I'm not home. I work as a traffic controller and in retail. Im pretty chilled very open minded. Looking for a friend or just someone to share the space with. I'm also interested in starting up a new share house with people to make friends. Message me if you like me or not haha peace out x
I'm a quiet, solitary type, give me a room and an internet connection and I won't disrupt you very much. Of course if you are up for a chat, that's fine too, I love chatting about the boring topics in life, politics and history. I'm originally from rural Victoria and I had to move down to Melbourne to complete my Honours degree in Geospatial Science. Essentially I make maps. Now that I am done, I want to stay down in Melbourne and get established in my career. Housework wise, I clean up after myself, do my own dishes, cook my own meals and I'm more than happy to do my share of the house work. Happy to do gardening if there is one too. And I don't own a car at this stage, so no need for garage space. I prefer to walk and use PT anyway. Not too much of a party goer, or a drinker for that matter, I'm pretty plain in that sense, so you won't have to worry about me knocking in the door at 4am with a half eaten HSP spilling on the floor and a trail of vomit from the curb.
1 ROOM AVAILABLE NOW!! :) Hi! I have a room ( currently furnished w a queen sized bed, table, chair) to let available next week! The house is a v cool 50's retro big old family home complete with central heating, air con, 3 bm's, a sunroom and a huge yard with a BBQ. And just a 1 min walk to Rosanna train station and all the shops. It's a no tv house as I work from home so the loungeroom doubles as my office but you can have one in your room of course. Animal lovers preferred as I have a cat and so we cant have other animals sorry. I would prefer a vegetarian and an environmentally aware person.. Smoking outside is fine just not inside please, I quit a year ago and I now smoke vapes. Couples are welcome, just no kids or dogs please.. It would be nice to have positive creative people move in who have full busy lives and really just need a home thats a comfortable safe place to stay inbetween going to work or school. No meth users, no drug addicts (herb's ok ;) ) We buy our own food, take turns with housework & tp, split all bills evenly and keep the kitchen clean after cooking. If you want the room short term then I will add $50 a week on top which will cover all bills. Theres 2 toilets (one outside), a sep bathroom and shower room, large kitchen with everything u need, laundry, and big yard with a veggie garden you can use if you contribute to growing. 2 garages, a billiard room (needs a snooker table!) We have ducted heating on gas (tho we turn it off at night and during the day to save huge bills, its only used in the evenings to warm the house) and air con in the lounge, tho if you keep the windows shut in summer it stays really cool as its made of brick. The other person who lives here is my bf who stays more often than not so we stick to ourselves mostly. Speaking of: Guys must be house trained and clean up after themselves and put the toilet seat down, no wee drips :P Girls, please dont use my bathroom stuff and we'll get along fine ;) Also talking to your pet doesnt mean your crazy, I wish more ppl knew this... so yes, I talk to my cat... hopefully you will too :) If you made it this far congratulations! u should come round for a cuppa and to check the room out. There's heaps (and I mean HEAPS) of cupboard space too, the bedroom has built in wardrobes with drawers and stuff and a nice big tree out the window with chirpy birds. Give me a text or email (on house image) with a brief description about you and we'll arrange a time to check it out, cheers!
I am currently a student at La Trobe uni studying bachelor of electronic engineering. I'm originally from the coastal town of Portland, and having been living on campus for last two years to do my studies. I'm a pretty laid back person and easy to get along with. In my spare time I like to play video games, either on PC or a Nintendo console. I don't do any drugs and am a non-smoker. Also not a big party animal, but do like the occasional night out with friends or just a social drink. I don't like dogs, but I'm cool with any other pets.
My name is Matty and I work as both a professional drummer and as a scientist. I am looking to move into an existing share house, or to start a new one with a garage for my music gear and practice. Being a professional drummer that is chasing a goal of being largely successful I am in need a garage (ideally unattached from the house) to accommodate my practice. I Only practice until approximately 9pm of an evening (I get home from work at 6) and I don't ever start before midday on the weekends, keeping in mind too that I regularly have rehearsals and gigs and things so it doesn't happen at full volume every day but as regularly as I can fit it in which ends up being about 3 times per week - so not really much at all. Personality wise I am, friendly, approachable, confident, logical, dedicated and love meeting new people and being social (when I have time for it). I have lived in several share houses over the last 8 years and have no problem adapting to new environments and personalities. I love a good chat and I love people. I am an avid musician and get into the footy a little bit (I grew up in the country, I'm sorry :P ). I also try to hit up the gym a few times a week. I'm clean and very much want the people I live with to be clean and tidy.. my room is usually out of control, but everywhere else in the house is always tidy and clean. As I mentioned, I am very much working towards developing a successful musical career, so moving into a place that I can set my drumming up in a garage is on the top of my priority list, followed immediately by having awesome housemates! Ideally it would be great to have housemates that can I get along well enough with to have a beer and go out for a meal but that also have their own independent lives going on. Between working full-time, rehearsing, touring and performing, I go between being home most nights to being out or away for (seemingly) weeks at a time. I have "done my time" so to speak, in uni party houses and have outgrown such living circumstances, thus, I am clean and tidy and respectful of the need to keep the place that way. This doesn't mean I don't love a party, which I do, but, am just looking for reasonable common sense/courteous type people, and also having a kitchen that I am not afraid to cook in! Also - I will be overseas in Central America and California from late September until early November - thus, I'm looking for somewhere to move in the first 2 weeks of November for at least 1 year.
We're two friends looking to find a house in the near future. Ideally were looking for one extra roommate, preferably male, in their twenties. We're both easy going and sociable people but do respect your space. Georgia works full time in marketing and I work casually as a stable manager and study full time at La Trobe. We both enjoy having a couple of drinks on the weekend and getting in on the fun

I am currently living in Geelong at present and am looking to move closer to Melbourne towards the end of this year. I am very responsible and a considerate person. We are a couple moving to Melbourne and we are looking for people to team up and share a house with. We have been enrolled in La Trobe, Melbourne and both of us are students - we will be working as well. We are a very friendly couple who has been together for the last 2 years. We don't have any requirements and we ourselves are very neat and tidy and neither do we have any such activities that would bother anyone. We will mostly be busy with University and work and won't be home for a very long time. We just want a good friend to stay with us, have meals with us, hang out and enjoy. If you feel interested please leave me a message. Cheers!
My name is Ray, 30 year old boy from the Philippines. I've been in Australia for over 4 years now. I work full-time for an engineering company based in Heidelberg West. I've been in 2 share houses in 4 years so i know the drill. Spent over 3 years in the first one and just about 7 months in my current place. In both cases, I've had to move out since they are moving in with their respective partners. Gotten along well with both my housemates, male and female. I'm looking for a place since my current housemate is moving in with her partner. I would prefer to live with only 1 flatmate. Long term rental (1 year +) would be ideal since I will be in the country for the foreseeable future. Cheers!
My name is Dylan, I have lived in Melbourne my whole life. Im not really an outgoing person but i have a fun personality once you get to know me. Im currently studying Game Design which I finish end of this year and as such i enjoy video games. Im not much of a cook but i can cook if theres a need to or if people dont want to cook. I'm happy to move northern or western suburbs. Thank you.

Hello everybody!! My name is Anthony, Italian, looking for a house to share! currently working as a baker! I'm clean and respectful person who enjoy having a chat and a laugh, sociable and looking forward to meet new people. I don't mind to share a drink or a meal at all, but equally respect other people's privacy. Like practice sports, in particular rugby union!, exploring Australia(when possible), watching movies. Thanks!! Anthony
Hello everyone this is Omid,Who is full time working even sometimes on the weekend too, actually I'm really busy with my work in these days,I'm quiet person and reliable!!on my free time I'd like to catch up with my freinds, relaxing and gym,:)I'm here to move into the new house only for couple of reasons, get rid of from my annoying, talkative as(radio),nosey home mates and be closer to my work place!im so respectful and considerate about my Home mates:)
The house is newly renovated in the heart of Heidelberg, a short walk from the train station and many buses, Burgandy street shops and the Austin Hospital. There is direct access to a large park at the back of the property with plenty of natural light. Off-street parking, air-conditioning and a TV in the bedroom are a few of the little perks available at this property.
Easy going sociable person. Weekends I spend out at the Yarra vally chilling with mates or going out hiking, camping, etc. I enjoy cooking, going to the gym and having a laugh. I have a lot of great stories as well.
I am single, friendly and easy going, work Full Time, Mon-Fri in the CBD, and currently live alone in a one bedroom apartment in Hawthorn close to Swinburne University. I've lived in the apartment for about 5 years. I am open to two options: 1. To share my existing furnished apartment with the right person, ideally a working professional looking for a furnished place OR 2. To start a new lease or move into an existing share house offering a private room in the inner suburbs closer to the CBD. I prefer to meetup in person for a coffee to discuss further. Kindly get in touch if either option suits you.
I'm easy going, clean and respectful. I enjoy watching movies, shopping, cooking/baking. I work in a primary school but currently going through a career change, studying Vet Nursing which I am loving. I do have a dog (cavalier) who is just loving, sweet natured and snuggly, and obviously I would love it if he could come with me, however if I have to leave him at my parents house to get a place then I accept it may have to be that way.
I'm looking to team up, females only please. I'm friendly and easy going, looking to share a place with another female of similar age (late 20's or thirties). I am not looking at going into a pre-established household. I am looking at moving into a place of my (and your) own, not into somebody else's home. Teaming up and going into a place together is what I am seeking, as I've had experience moving into others' houses, and it hasn't felt like my home. "My house, my rules" is not what I'm seeking. I'd like to share with someone friendly who likes to chat, but who also likes their own space. Ideally I'd like to share with one other female, maybe two. I have my own bedroom belongings, kitchenware, and tv/cabinet. I like living in a neat and tidy environment, so would like to share with someone who also likes a clean and tidy environment, as well as a relaxed environment. I'm looking somewhere preferably along the Sydney Rd strip/Upfield train line, ideally Coburg region, reasonably close to a train station (within walking distance). I would prefer to share a house that has a bit of breathing space. I like a house with good natural lighting, and a comfortable sized bedroom. An added bonus would be somewhere with a bit of a backyard & front yard. I drive a car, so also seeking off street parking. I like to go to the gym and live a healthy lifestyle, enjoy getting out on weekends as well as quiet days in front of the tv. I love watching tennis and am an avid lover of anything from the 80's.
Quiet guy, keep to myself mostly, very tidy, enjoy cooking, messing with computers, , born in Melbourne, currently on a support pension, looking for a quiet place to either share or seperated living, budget i have put is $200 per week for bills/internet inclusive(negotiable), looking for 6-12 months
I am ridiculously tidy and will on many occasions, procrastinate my uni work to clean the house (yes, I even dust, who knew that was a thing?). Unfortunately this can be a plus and a minus as I'm pretty anal so if you're a slob we may not get along. However, in saying this, the two 23 year-old men I currently live with are slobs but we've been able to co-exist happily for over a year now. Sadly we must part ways as our work/uni requirements mean we must re-locate to different areas. I am looking for flatmates to either rent a place with or for a room in a pre-existing share house to move into. I don't come with any pets, just a boyfriend who would occasionally stay over. This also comes with the added bonus that I will always pay rent/bills but you will probably only see me 3/7 days as I live part time with him (he's not ready to move out of home yet, I know.. lame). I'm at uni doing a Bachelor of International Relations (nerd) at LaTrobe in Bundoora during most days, and if I'm not there I'm at my boyfriends house or locked in my room studying. I work as a swim teacher most afternoons/nights so I'll be gone from about 4-8pm, which means dinner time the kitchen is all yours. Also the added bonus that I will almost never contribute to dishes as I pre-prepare most meals at my boyfriends house at the start of the week. Okay enough of the boring stuff. I'm super bubbly and have been told that I am incredibly mature for my age. I don't shy away from a conversation or a party in that case. This doesn't mean I like hosting rowdy parties every weekend, but my house-mates and I have had a couple of awesome social events at our place and its always been super respectful and nothing has been broken (woohoo). I love animals/pets if you have them, but have no interest in owning my own until I'm stable (not a uni student lol). I'm a non-smoker but I currently live with a smoker and have had no qualms, I just expect butts to be disposed of responsibly (in the bin - I'm a greeny) and doors/windows to be shut so the smoke doesn't drift in the house. I also enjoy travelling and will probably be overseas or out of the state for about 2.5 months in the next year. So as I've said, I'm like the invisible housemate, perfect for people who like their "me" time. I'm down to have a housemate where we just live under the same roof and that's it, as I have a hectic schedule and don't like being around fairly high maintenance people. Or if you sound fairly similar to me and you think we'll get along.. well then I'm also happy to have a housemate that becomes a best friend too :)
Easy to live with - I enjoy my own space but happy to have a chat if you want I am busy with work and visiting my family so you will find I am not stuck at home for long periods of time Tidy and easy going, if you want a flat mate that you know will be stable and consistent with all aspects of sharing then I will be perfect for you
Hey My name is Josephine and I am 23 years old. Im currently looking for somewhere i can move into asap. I work causally any where from 15 hours a week up to about 25 hours; due to the work i travel quite a bit around Melbourne but mainly Geelong and I am currently training in my work to become a supervisor. Due to my work hours I can come home at all funny times but i am respectful of people when i come home from work. I smoke but more then happy to do it outside and i hardly drink (I mean i might have a drink or 2 a year). I have my own car so need somewhere i am able to park. I looking for a place in the western suburbs or north suburbs thats not going to cost a fortune (LOL), as it can get quite expensive. I have a max budget of $170 a week with out bills or about $200 with but would prefer cheaper if possible I am also open to team ups where we could fine somewhere. Please dont hesitate to contact me if you would like any more information but please only message through here as im not always available on the phone as my work can be unpredictable Thanks :)
I am very friendly and easy to get along with. I like my own space however i also like to socialise. I will be studying psychology next year at Latrobe in Bundoora, which is why i want to live closer to uni. I like reading, music, gaming, knitting and i also love all food and trying new things. I will be studying towards my goal of becoming a social worker. I would prefer to share with just one or two other people who are like-minded and aren't too rowdy. I am clean, perceptive, and very considerate of others things and feelings. I am looking to move out possibly by the end of the year, or the beginning of next year. Anyway, if i sound like someone you wouldn't mind living with, then shoot me a message and maybe we can organise something! - Darcy
Hi, I am looking to share with someone for the next 6 months. My current lease is due at the end of October so am about 4 weeks away from moving. I work in Preston so somewhere close would be ideal. I would much prefer to share with a female if possible. Im easy going, friendly and am a tidy person. I would look after your home as if it were my own :)
I am a friendly, respectful and tidy person who is a Health Promotion Officer. I respect each others space and down time. I love a good tv series and enjoy baking! I am not a party animal but do enjoy socialising.
Hi all. My name is Jenny and I am a nurse working PT 8/shifts a fortnight. I don't work night shifts so that's a bonus! I like to keep myself tidy and respect the space I am in. I enjoy chatting and helping people yet will always respect your privacy and space. I also enjoy lifting weights and once I find a good gym nearby I will also probably be there a lot. I do like to just be out and about on my days off. I'm pretty quiet generally and thus would prefer a non-party home. ☺️👍 I'm looking for a room with an own bathroom, furnished preferably but if unfurnished it's ok also. Thanks 😊
**Please read before messaging me - Need two rooms as I am a single mother with a 7 year old son name Liam. Currently looking for a safe environment and place for me and my son to call home. Have separated recently and our current lease at the moment ends early next year. Preferably looking for a female to share with or even better with a couple with kids or a single parent. I am 30 years old and work full time in the city, so looking for a place not too far from the CBD will be preferred. I do have a beautiful Kelpie X absolutely adorable with kids, people and other animals and also well behaved. You will find me very easy going and easy to get along with. Do enjoy a good chat from time to time, I have a lot of respect for others and their privacy as well. I do enjoy cooking and I am also a tidy and clean person. If you are wanting to know more about me please do drop me a message and I would be happy to have a chat to discuss more :)

I enjoy a bit of art and Iove music. I'm an open minded and curios being. I love company and am a social butterfly but also appreciate my sleep ins just as much. I'm respectful of other people's privacy and space. I come loaded with an Italian pantry of many homemade goods... including Pinot noir 😛
