I am looking for 3 BEDROOMS, a whole house if available. I am a hard working Services Operations Manager in the engineering industry, a home body. My 2 daughters and l are very house proud, clean, very busy and quiet. We love to cook, and make our house a home. Our pet cat is a darling too, she is quiet, house-trained and friendly. We are looking for a whole property if possible.
Hey hey :) **Please Read first Before Sending Requests** Im a friendly, easy going person that enjoys living a simple life. I'm currently living at home as I've been a carer for my mum for a number of years though circumstances have now changed and I'm now looking to move out on my own with the right person/people :) I do have some bedroom furniture, so I'd prefer a room that could accommodate for that. Im happy to clean up after myself and keep a tidy lifestyle as well as participating in the household chores so long as its deligated between the housemates equally :) Looking forward to meeting the right housemate and answering any questions you might have :)
Hey, I'm a nanny working full time 4 days through the week. I also study Primary Education part time at Deakin Uni, I'm in my 3rd year. I'm always up for a chat, but also respectful of space and privacy. I'm happy to pull my weight around the house and like to keep my space tidy. I love to cook and I'm not really a party-er but I don't mind if my housemates are. I don't mind a glass of wine or cider after work and I have my fluffy friendly lazy cat Sunny who will come with me.
I'm a country girl from South Australia and have been living at my current place in Doncaster for 3 years, but the property has been sold. I'm studying full-time at Latrobe and a qualified teacher, teaching part-time at St Helena's SC. I have an adorable 4 y.o., fully trained, female, (inside) pug. I need to bring my own furniture and/or have a place to store it. I have everything, but can store unnecessary items. I'm not interested in typical "student accommodation" (4+ housemates), I prefer to share with 2 others. I'm quiet and spend most of my time working and studying, but I don't live/hide in my room. I'm easy going, like to have fun, am considerate and respectful. I'm tidy and always clean up after myself. I'm looking to move around the 2/02/2019.
You will need to sign a lease agreement, providing ID and proof of income. We're in a great location! A short walk to Rosanna station, 17 mins walk to shops or 5 mins by bus. Short distance from La Trobe and RMIT Bundoora via bus. 517 bus connects to bus 548, making travel to La Trobe roughly 30 minutes. Bus stop for route 517 to Northland shopping centre or Greensborough plaza is across the road from the house. Bus 513 also running through Heidelberg to Eltham or Glenroy. Rent is paid in advance (i.e. - Pay 1 month November 9th - December 9th) and is due on the 9th of each month. Single Room - small room, would fit a double bed with chest of drawers. Has inbuilt robe. Looking for someone in their early 20's as all housemates currently fit this description and we would like to maintain that. Females preferred.
Hi, my name is Francisca (Veterinarian, 32 years old). Currently I work at a cat shelter in Greensborough on the weekends and some days during the week. I am a very easy going and respectful roommate. I really enjoy cooking dinner, sharing some of my Chilean dishes with you and having good conversations with some beers or wine. I am looking for a place where the people are also interested in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the common areas.
I am a 35 yo girl working fulltime in Melbourne. I am neat, quiet and peaceful. I pay my rent on-time. Pls leave your email address if you have an earlybird account. I prefer the house to be near Aldi, Woolworth, Coles or a shopping center. I don't smoke and have no pet (although i love them). I dont have a car yet usually travel with public transports. Please txt me if you have a house suitable for me. Cheers Maryam
I’m a social, yet hard working individual. I’m tidy, I clean and cook often. I work full time as a trainee train driver with V/Line, so my roster is a bit crazy at times with early or late starts, but I try and be considerate with being quiet while getting ready quite early or coming home a bit late. I love biking, hiking, and exploring both Melbourne and regional Victoria. I would love to live at a place with a dog where I could help out with walks and dog parks as needed. I love my occasional beer or red wine with dinner and always up for a good chat.
Hello! I am a friendly and considerate 32yo, female. I do enjoy my personal time as well as sharing the occasional meal/cup of tea with my flatmates. I am often busy, and often smiling :D I like to have a quite cup of tea with some chocolate! And mostly cook vegetarian food, although I don't mind meat too much. I am currently working part-time as well as studying. I would like to live and contribute to a clean tidy home
Hey there! I'm Laura, currently working in retail and about to start a new lab assistant job. Looking for a room preferably private and close to public transport. Near a train station or the 903 bus ideally but any busses/trams/trains is good Used to sharing, pretty easy to get on with and always do my dishes, wipe crumbs etc lol Keep to myself especially on days/weeks I'm working a lot but friendly and usually happy to chat In spare time I'll just chill, go on random adventures or go eating/drinking/dancing with mates Down for the occasional house get together if it's that sort of place, cool if not as well Can move in anytime from now. Let me know!
Close to Uni, transport and shops- less a five minute walk. Train station at your doorstep being just around the corner. Only 25minutes to CBD. The garden is massive. A bit of a veggie patch has been created so seasonal fresh veggies avail. Its a work in progress. We have chickens so there'll be fresh eggs too. Internet avail for $3/ $4 a week. Its unlimited. Divided equally. This is a quiet sharehouse. Not a Party house by any stretch. Its a drug free household too. That said a glass of wine here, & or there is totally not out of the question-......but understand that our idea of having fun does'nt mean getting hammered every day/ other day. There's a Bbq area with seating and you'll have access to the whole house. All we ask is that you respect our space. After all , It'll be your space too. We do what we can for your comfort and are only able to mantain a high quality living experience with your imput also. We have one private room available - Room (3) - $180 p/w. Flexible with furnishings to include double bed. Have some linen to share but it's limited. The room has a Built in Robe, floorboards, with windows facing the front garden- easterly aspect. *If there are any impending tourists/ students looking to stay in melbourrne, send us a line telling us about your situation and maybe you can live with us for a bit. Situational Opportunistic people with a malevolent nature please stay far away from us. We are happy within ourselves. Prefer someone with sharehouse experience who is willing to work collaboratively with all other housemates helping to create a positive shared living experience for all. Must be willing to contribute to a weekly cleaning roster where tasks are shared out equally and undertaken without hesitation . An OCT type of housemate. Organised, Clean & Tidy. Someone who generally is caring in nature , and not expecting of other housemates to almost always do their share of the cleaning for almost all of the time except for when there is something in it for them. We're pretty happy living here but we know it could be better so we're constantly looking at ways to improve the place too. House has a garage- Useful for storage. Regards.
I'm 26 years old and work as a registered nurse in a hospital in North East Melbourne. I plan to return to study at university part-time next year to continue my nursing education. I'm considerate of others in the house and like to live in a clean and tidy environment. I prefere to have a cleaning schedule in the house so the housework is shared among everyone. When I'm home sometimes I enjoy time to myself in my room and will read or watch tv shows on my laptop, other times I like to socialize with my housemates and hear about their day and watch tv, movies and share a meal/ or get some takeaway. I like to cook, go bike riding, walks and going to the gym.
Hi there, welll the house is a lovely characteristic heritage listed huge 3bm house with a sunroom and 2 garages, heaps of space for storage or whatever.. huge back & front yard with fruit trees & lots of birds. The house has italian wallpaper and kitch stuff like an ironing board in a cupboard! Rosanna train station is a 30 second walk from the front door, as are busses too. GREAT location!! There's a servo that shuts at 9pm 10 seconds away. Across the road is a HUGE park, great for bike rides! We all do our own thing so no pressure on social stuff tho of course the odd chat in the kitchen over a cuppa from time to time. Our cat recently passed so we are open to pets, dogs outside pls (unless little dogs) ATM there is 1 spare room available Nov 3rd, comes w a desk, chair, tv, dvd player, lots of cupboard space a lovely queen size bed (if u want it, if not it can come empty), and framed pictures on wall. You can lock your bedroom if you choose to do so. Hot water is unlimited but we try not to have long showers due to Melbourne's current water restrictions. Come have a look one afternoon (not a morning person)! :)
I’m a quiet person that likes space. I will be studying full time as well as working casually so having quiet time when coming home will be important to me but I’m also up for a chat now and again. I’m a tidy person who likes to keep my things organised so you won’t have any issues with mess. I’m a gamer studying game design so I’ll probably spend the majority of my time on my PS4 or trying to make my own games. I do have a girlsfriend but I don’t live with her so she may come over sometimes but she’s very respectful as she has lived independently for a while.
Hi, I'm Tan. Nice to meet you :) I'm a friendly, communicative person who loves a quiet but warm 'homely' home. I love nature so somewhere with some trees or close by to a park would be ideal for me. I'm looking for a bungalow, a self-contained space, or somewhere peaceful, as I'm working on a writing project and need to 'hear my own thoughts' as such! I work casually in disability arts, spending every odd-weekend away, and every month or two, I head up north to Queensland for a week or so. I'm very respectful towards shared living values, clean up after myself straight away and contribute keenly to the upkeep and proper care of a home. I have no issues with pulling my weight and with working together to manage the care of the home - it is something I value, so no, you won't have issues with me and house work! My hobbies are in watercolour painting, drawing, writing and low-key gardening. I'm also pretty independent so I will most certainly be available for a chat but generally, as a natural tendency, I can keep more or less to myself. Not looking for a party house. I'm a bit sensitive to cigarette smoke and chemicals generally, so smokers are fine but it would be preferable that I lived in a space where I'm not breathing in cigarette air directly. I would love to hear about you, answer any questions you have, and if you happen to have a place suitable for me, to come by and have a quick 'get to know you'. Looking for a place starting mid-December or mid-January but most certainly can consider a place earlier. Thank-you so much for your time. Tan.
Hi, I'm Josh. I'm 21 years of age and I am a student at La Trobe University about to complete an honours year in Biomedical Science. I enjoy travelling, socialising, cooking and meeting new people. I am clean, tidy and managed the bills at my previous house that I rented. I am hoping to look for a 6 month lease at least, but 12 months would also be great as well. Would prefer a quiet, yet social household. Contact me if you have any more questions about me!
Hi, My name is Zenobia, I am a 26 year old from Melbourne. I have been travelling around Australia for the past few months with my backpack. Recently moved back to Melbourne. I am a clean, responsible and friendly non-smoker. I am a qualified child care worker and enjoy nerdy old sci fi, yoga, cooking, hiking, camping, reading, music, animals, philosophy and science. Looking for friendly people to share a house with. Please feel free to send me a message.
One bedroom available to rent in Rosanna. The townhouse is brand new with premium fittings and fixtures, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It's 1 km to Macleod train station, bus 513 has a stop in front of the house. Walking distance to Latrobe university, shops and cafes.
