I am a cool guy currently staying along with my friend in Tamworth. I am trying to find a job in Sydney and I am getting enough responses now. So thought of moving close to Sydney since Tamworth is too far. I would prefer locations close to train stations - walkable distance. I have sufficient funds to keep me going till I get a Job. I am neat, social, adaptive, and have experience in share homes while I was in UK. Needless to say, I respect personal space as well. Looking for a second home where I can enjoy my stay. Please note that I am looking for an immediate move, within 1 or 2 weeks.
Elizabeth Gardens Construction is completed somewhere around 2016, can't find the exact detail. Located on the ground floor. Close to the main entrance. The good: Only been lived in for 1.5 years, in pretty good condition. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. You get the one without ensuite bathroom, but it has a bathtub. Two small outdoor gardens accessible via your bedroom/living room. Two bedrooms are separated by living room, not directly adjacent to each other. Which means good sound proof. (Probably, I dunno) I will supply the furniture and basic appliance in the living room. Washing machine and dryer will be available, there's a separate laundry room. Dishwasher and fridge are available. (not in the picture, but will be) Intercom An underground parking spot I won't be using, you can have it. The bad: Shitty ADSL2+ internet only, no cable available, nbn is planned but god knows when will it be available. Telstra line means limited option available. The wooden floor is creaking a bit when you step on it. The pond in front of main entrance, expect mosquitos during summer. (tbh I haven't seen one though) Garden won't be maintained extensively, might hire a gardener once in a while. Only one air conditioner in living room Only two people allowed to live on this property (including myself) No pets No home phone (but useable if you want to install one) Bills: Rent is paid either weekly or monthly 50/50 from my current rent, $520 p/w. Weekly: 260 Month: 1129.75 Electricity and gas are all 50/50 There's water usage fee, but I won't be bothered charging you that. Foxtel is possible, but I haven't been using it. If you want, we can split the bills. Two options for the internet: - Using the current ISP (MintTelecom, 500GB data plan with better speed than unlimited one), bills will be split 50/50, but you won’t be able to change the router setting, and the data plan I chose. Some information worth noting: -I won't be using any ISP service that has really long lock-in contract. -I pick the ISP with large data and good reviews. That means no Telstra, nope. -If nbn is available, I will switch immediately. -It will be unlimited data plan with the best speed possible -No bandwidth limit will be applied by me personally through the use of administrative tools and router settings -You should NOT do the following: -Using the internet to download illegal resources such as pirate movies. -Packet sniffing on the shared network is strictly prohibited, both sides must respect each other’s privacy. -Sharing the internet access to guest without approval. - Installing a second internet access (if necessary) to the property and create a new ISP account under your own name. All charges are paid by yourself. *All bills can be forwarded to your personal email if preferred.

Arriving in Australia around April or May 2018 to attend school at the Parramatta area. I'm usually quiet and just mind my own business, but I do interact and carry a conversation. I love music and don't mind dogs or cats (as long as they're not hostile). I would say I cook decent food, depending on which type of cuisine. I'm also a neat freak, so you can count on me keeping things clean. :)
Hi, My names Drew, I’m a quiet down to earth guy, I keep to myself and I'm a very clean and tidy person, I'm easy going and like to solve problems quickly since I hate bad atmospheres, I'm very considerate of others, I don't drink but don't mind others drinking. I don't do drugs, nor have crazy parties. Ill be spending most of my time working or going to the gym. I'm looking to move in with people that are not entirely but somewhat the same, I would rather prefer moving in with females since they tend to be more sensible and mature minded, clean and considerate. Thank you for reading and hope to hear from you soon. Drew

Just a sort of a clean-living, inside out, Filipino lady who will arrive on the 12th of January. Needing a place to stay for the required bridging program for nurses. Basically supports the mantra of doing unto others what you would like them to do unto you. Loves music but prefers to maintain the quite environment that others also deserve.
My job has just moved to Rydalmere, I'm looking to find some place close to there to cut down on my commute. An ideal room would have space for a double bed and a desk, with an attached ensuite or private bathroom. An ideal house is clean and friendly with clean and friendly housemates. Also somewhere I can put my car. I like to occasionally cook and to have a chat over dinner but aside from that I'll be keeping mostly to myself. References from current and previous housemates/landlords on request can be provided on request. Flexible with move in date. I can move in any time on or after the 20th of January.
My name is sugam thapa . I am from India. I will be pursuing masters degree from university of technology Sydney(UTS). i love to meet new people and get socialized. i come from a mountainous region, hence i love hiking and love to explore new places. i am handy in terms of working.
I am in my first year of nursing at WSU Parramatta, I work as an AIN at a hospital in Macquarie. I have rented with people before so this wouldn't be my first time, I am a very social person and very easy going, I can get along with just about anyone. I'm very open-minded. I can cook quite well, and I know how to clean up after myself. I am usually not home too much, as I'm usually with my friends a lot of the time or at work.
Very easy going, sensible and tidy person, always helps out with day to day chores, loves to cook for others! Also works a full time job, and most weekends too so I rarely bring any guests home lol Other things to know: - non smoker - doesn’t drink
Hi, my name is Sarah, I’m 33, from Iran and a database administrator with PR visa. Actually on October 2017 I granted for PR visa and that was a new main start in my life. But whenever i would be, I cant stay without music, traveling , running, hiking and waaater! Oh swimmingg, im an august’s girl ! My family and my best friends are the most valuable in my life . Hi! My name is Kayesh, 26yrs old, work full time, very easy going down to earth type of guy, enjoy cooking, chilling out, travelling and discovering new things As I am relatively new to Sydney - over the weekends i enjoy going out and discovering new places and things to do around Sydney. For the past 6 months I have been living in Parramatta, really like the area, and am currently living in the new Meriton building, I am hoping to do a team up situation with a possible flatmate that doesn't have any furniture, as I have a whole apartments worth of furniture so you wouldnt have to worry about that! If you have any questions or would like to discuss further a possible teamup options please dont hesitate to ask! =)
I'm an environmental planner moving to Sydney for a grad job in Parramatta starting early Feb. I studied Environmental Science and Management at Newcastle Uni and graduated last year. At the moment I live in a pretty sweet share house with some pretty cool people, so I'm looking to move into something similar in Sydney. I know how to keep a house clean and respect other's privacy, but also want housemates that don't mind a drink or two every so often and are keen to socialise. Not looking for a party house, but I wouldn't be mad if someone had a party, if you get me. In my spare time I cook, garden, get coffee or beers with friends, or just chill out watching tv, reading or listening to music. I'm super keen to explore Sydney and find some cool places to go, so if you're looking for some adventure, I'm your guy.
Hi, I am a German student who is currently doing his master in computer science and because I am doing an abroad term in February 2018 I will come to Sydney for one semester. Myself I would describe more like the calm type of guy who doesn't party a lot. That doesn't meant though that I don't like to go out from time to time. I am also quite tidy and although I never lived in a shared accommodation before I think I am a great flatmate as I have no problems in doing things that have to be done. I think when I am in Sydney I probably will spend lots of my time exploring the city or trying to travel somewhere near the city. And of course I am going to study as well, which means that I will probably spend quite some time in front of my computer. When I am not doing one of these I will enjoy the weather or try to go for a run. If you have any questions please write me I will answer them! Best Regards!
