Hi all, I'm moving from Tamworth to Melbourne for work in mid-April and I'm looking for a place to live. I'm very relaxed, usually keep to myself but don't mind hanging out every now and then. I'm like to keep everything clean and tidy. I'm into AFL, tennis, league, watching tv/movies and travel. I'm a non-smoker, light social drinker and not into drugs.
Hi our names are Heidi and Ben. We are both 26 years old. We are currently looking for a 2 bedroom house, granny flat or bungalow to rent for 12 months. About us: We have been friends for a couple of years now. Heidi graduated in 2014 with a degree in Film and Television Production and currently volunteers her time at c31 Melbourne and Geelong. Ben is a great guy who is currently looking for work. We both love our footy. We are both independent individuals who are clean, tidy, reliable and love to have a laugh and hang out with our family and friends. We would love to hear from you Thanks, Heidi and Ben
I'm a 20 year old female, I grew up in Broadmeadows, I moved to Mill park and the jacanafor the last 4 months. I am a single mother of my 11 month old boy. He is just a happy little man, He loves making friends and the best to cheer you up. His mummy's boy, only cries when his tired or when I walk away and he can't see me anymore. I'm in a shared house, in a room thats falling apart and was originally an enclosured outdoor dining area. Continuesly causing my son to get sick over night. Sharing all amenities and utilities with different people is just HORRIFYINGLY HORRID. Well being a first time mum to my baby. I like keeping everything organised, neat, very clean, tidy and most importantly baby proof. Im constantly cleaning after 2++ adults everyday and while looking after my son. I barely get any sleep and yes, I don't have to do it, but then my son living in filth and I won't have that. Im starting a hospitality course, every Monday to Friday. With rent costing so much a fortnight and being able to afford everything for my son, I can barely ever afford the house hold needs and musts and my food and everyday needs 🙂 I'm hoping to find a 1 or two bedroom unit at an affordable price. That place that will be my stress relief but more importantly, mainly a place to home. Oh yeah and I have a 4 and half month old kitten, who is fully house trained and She loves her cuddles and kisses. Plus she practically sleeps all the time. 😂 Well that's about sums me all up.. I can be a great best friend/friend as long as you can respect me but most importantly my presious baby boy.
I'm easy going, business man, very clean and tidy. live a busy lifestyle with my career. enjoy socialising but also i'm quiet and respectful of others space. i like to keep fit and cook. in my down time i'm quite content with either watching movies or sketching tattoo art. non smoker. not a heavy drinker.
I'm a 20 year old female, 21 in about a month. Studying to be a youth worker. Not long until I start diploma course.. My partner’s name is Jordan Hyde, 20 years old, looking for full time work. He has his heart set on being a contractor but will settle with any full time job. We currently are not living together anymore but if I find suitable accomodation he may be come and stay here and there. I like to be neat and tidy and i don't have problems with paying and keeping up with the rent. I've recently given up a 3 bedroom house in Campbellfield, $340 per week. I love this house but I found myself struggling and getting worse each day. I'm still very young and studying. It's a struggle to afford my school stuff and basic needs renting such a big property on my own. I am currently looking to work on the 2 days I have off and Saturdays and Sunday's. I am a smoker but will only smoke outside as smoking inside only causes the worst smell through the house. I realise that there are neighbours and I have a lot consideration for others. I respect them and i know they have a routine and i won't disturb it. Im not loud or noisy at unlawful hours, i do like to make new friends. I like to treat people exactly how i would like to be treated. I am really interested in finding something smaller, more affordable and more suitable for myself and possibly my partner here and there. I'm very easy to get along with and like I previously stated, i love making new friends. “I have my fingers crossed"
Friendly & extremely clean! Will not be a dissapointing tenant. I am looking for somewhere suitable for myself, my partner and my one year old son. I am NOT looking for a shared house... Strictly looking for a more private means of housing such as granny flat, studio flat or whole house...

This is a beautiful and large townhouse, very new, only a few years old. It looks out onto a gorgeous park with a running track, playground, football/soccer field and basketball court. The bedrooms are large with plenty of built in storage. The kitchen is great for cooking in and an open plan downstairs living/dining area mean it's great for entertaining guests, but also very comfortable place to hang out on lazy days. Small courtyard out back with minimal gardening required and a large two car garage. NBN internet is all organised and works very well - I'm happy to have this included in rent, depending on how the other amenities are divided. Bills will be split down the middle and paid half/half. The house is fully furnished (including beds) but I am flexible if you would like to bring something in particular. All appliances are available for use including fridge, washing machine, dryer, TV and heater. We are also 15 minutes (tops) from the airport, 15 mins from Airport West shopping centre, 10 mins from Craigieburn Central, and 2 mins from Greenvale Shopping Centre. The Cragieburn Trainline is five mins away and the bus route passes right in front of the house. A really ideal place to live.
I have a spare room + bathroom in Meadow Heights. Quiet street and lots of greenery at the park behind the house. Broadmeadows shopping centre is about 5 - 7 mins drive away. It's a 3 bedroom double storey townhouse with 2 bathroom about 4 years old. The bedroom I have is located downstairs with the toilet next door (it's pretty much a personal toilet as the other bedrooms and bath is upstairs). The bedroom is furnished with a build in robe, with single bed and a table. Pictures available on request. I should mention that we have 2 dogs living in the double garage but they are pretty quiet and go for walks once or twice a day. We wash the garage on almost a daily basis. Rental is $180 inclusive of all bills and internet. Just need 2 weeks notice if moving out and room is available after the 27 March.
My name is Danni and I'm 37. I have lived in house shares in London, Sydney and Melbourne. Im respectful of personal space and also enjoy catching up at the end of the day. I have an excellent rental history, take care of a property, enjoy gardening, pay rent and bills on time. I'm fairly busy with working full time and studying. I have a small dog, cat and bird who are friendly and my responsibility.
Hey there 😊 name is Dani. I'm looking for a new place to move into hopefully in the next few months. I'm easy to live with, friendly and am pretty tidy and usually keep to myself and give privacy when needed. I work part time as a bartender and will be returning to my studies in June to continue a bachelor of youth work. I have a little buddy with me called Hero (my white cat), he is part of the package and will be moving with me. He's an indoor cat, so he will be needing a bit of space to just roam around, and to put his kitty litter so he doesn't get bored or agitated. Besides that he's a special one and always entertaining :)
