I’m going to be honest I like to drink and I smoke. I’m just looking for a place where I can get along with my roomies/ make friends who I can share good household habits with. Adrian and I are go getters! I work as a photographer for a lot of venues all across Brisbane and Adrian works 6 days a week in sales so we generally spend a lot of our time working but when we aren't working we enjoy going on adventures. Whether it be hiking, camping, discovering little cafes across Brisbane or even going to some of the awesome events that Brisbane has to offer we are generally always out and about, discovering new things to do while meeting new people at the same time. Looking for a quiet, stress free place where I can live my life without any hassles. A place close to shopping centres, buses, train stations etc. Prefer suburbs such as Sunnybank or Sunnybank Hills which are close to buses 123, 130, 140, 598 and close to Altandi or Sunnybank Train Stations. I have my own bedroom furniture so a large sized room to suit a double bed, my computer tables, mini fridge & freezer would be ideal. If built ins cupboards are available with built in shelf space that would also be a big help. If not I have my own cupboard. Ceiling fans or air con would also be nice, but not essential. I will be honest to say that I am on the pension at the moment due to some health issues I am dealing with, but I'm paying $160 per week which INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, where I am currently living in Sunnybank and my rent has always been paid earlier than the due time. we live a quite life here, close to the bus and also 2 shopping centers, everyone works so we don,t see a lot of each other. Eating is when you eat not when everyone else dose, this is because of the work hours they do. The thing is, simple, if you can appreciate the times of the other workers and are able to keep quite when they are sleeping, then great, .There is wifi we don,t have foxtel, aircon in each room off street parking. The rules of the house are, visitors out by 10pm, no male stayers but female is ok as this is a female house and that is the way they like it. There is a park just down the road, the bus is a 7 minute walk away.
