I keep to myself but happy to live in a more social home. I clean up my messes, can handle my own laundry and so forth. I'm useless with cooking though so a microwave is a must, haha! I work nightshifts and that includes weekends, so I'm not bringing home parties every weekend. As I am a smoker, don't fret, I already smoke outside not within the home :) I have a car, it's not obnoxious but I do come home generally around 1am so if you're a light sleeper living together might not be ideal as I'm more active/awake until the early hours most often and sleep during the day. I'm not after a furnished room as I have my own furniture :) if the room has a ceiling fan even better! Haha. Unfortunately at this time I can't really stretch past $150 per week unless it includes bills and internet ($165 max)

First of all, if you lived in Brisbane for more than 6 months and don't know what Sunnybank is, where have you been? This is a place to be if you want great Asian food or access to great shopping and amenities. The house is walking distance to major train station and bus stop. For the house itself, this is a very large, great looking house you will be sharing with 2 other people. You will be sharing a 4 bedroom house with the owner (me) and 1 other person. Very quiet street. 10 min walk to the train station. Hi-set older style of home and I mainly reside down stairs so the upstairs kitchen is basically yours to run amok with. Bathroom is upstairs and laundry is down stairs. Bedrooms are not huge but I’m pretty much offering both rooms for your personal space, be it parent and young one or just you and a study room etc. Both rooms have aircon. I have an 18 month old staffie called Bundy who thinks he owns the place but he is loving and well behaved. The resident cat is named Shushy and his only stress in life is if he can see the bottom of his food bowl. I am a very clean and tidy person, Vietnamese born in Australia, I work full time Mon-Sat 10 hours a day except for my one rostered day off a week, I look after myself cooking and cleaning after myself. But I'm happy to share work load, which is what i do with my current roommates. I don't do much at night since I get home so late I only have a few hours before I need to go to bed, I am into my cars, and occasionally do a little work on them, but I'm very respectful of others curfews and privacy. I currently don't have my pup with me, he is still only a few weeks old and still needs to be with his mum, I have trained dogs before, eventually becoming toilet trained, not allowed on furniture and certain rooms and walking without a leash.

I have two rooms available for immediate rent with no minimum stay. The first is $120 a week, and the other is the main bedroom with a large built in wardrobe - $140 a week. There is a large rumpus room downstairs which could also be used as a bedroom if you would prefer. Otherwise this space is perfect for storage along with the double garage, or we could turn it into a games room or something. I am happy to live with a couple for $250 a week, and you can take your pick of any of the rooms available. Rent does not include bills, but will be split evenly among the household. I have unlimited cable internet for $60 a month and will need to pay for electricity and any excess water as well. The house has a huge back deck, perfect for lounging on the hammock or having a few drinks with friends.
