$230/week•31 year old man
Hello there. I'm Sam.
31 year old single Australian man. Currently looking for a new room in Melbourne, Victoria. I want a fresh start. My preference is to live on my own or with 1 one other person, but I'm open to living with 2 or 3 other people.
I'm open to living in a house, an apartment or a unit. My ideal space would be a private bungalow, though. Currently living in a shared unit in Richmond. All I ask is I have my own quiet space and that my downtime be respected. My routine is important.
I'm honest, down-to-earth, easy to talk to, clean, respectful, educated, and easygoing. Don't smoke, don't drink and hardly ever party. More of a chilled introvert. Like to write, read, think, etc. Prefer my own company most of the time. Have a solid rental history too. I also like people and can be social.
Also love the gym, running, healthy meals, coffee, music, art, cats, nature, long walks, movies, good conversation, and more. I'm easy to get along with and respect the needs, privacy and safety of others around me.
My budget is anything from $500 to $980 a month, so anything from $150 to around $230 a week. Preferred bond is $500-$600. My ideal living situation would involve me living in a separate bungalow with my cat.
My preferred locations are Brunswick, Carlton, Richmond, North Melbourne, Collingwood, Fitzroy, Coburg, Pascoe Vale, Docklands, Southbank, and Hawthorn.
Ideally, I'd like to move by July 1 or August 1 at the latest.
Let me know if you have anything available.
Thanks for reading.
