I'm a graphic designer and I run my own freelance design company. I work from home most days and also on the road a fair bit to meet clients. I'm looking for a room to rent in a suburb not too far out with people who are friendly and considerate and wouldn't mind sharing with a very cute and friendly dog. I'm a pretty social person, and love catching up with mates for dinner and drinks on the weekends or go for bike rides. I'll describe myself as easy going and clean and like to to maintain the shared living environment in a clean and hygienic state. I have lived in share houses for many years so I know how to be a decent and considerate housemate. I also have a 5 year old Japanese Spitz who is completely house trained. He doesn't chew except his own toys, and he's very laid back and friendly and doesn't bark much at all. He is great with cats and other small dogs, but is scared of big or aggressive dogs. But he will pretty much follow you everywhere and loves food!
Hello there. I am seeking a home to share with community minded, creative beings who are interested in co-creating a peaceful, harmonious, easy-going, tidy, respectful, loving and nurturing space together. I am currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and as well completing my Kundalini Yoga training program. My hobbies and interests are in : spirituality, philosophy, healing, well-being (meditation, yoga, nutrition, kirtan, natural therapies, etc..), conscious dance, sacred music, films, art, reading, being in nature, eating out, travel, singing and pretty much any workshop or book on self-development that allows me to learn more about myself, others and improve who I am as a person. I am honest, mature and respectful of others space, and also seeking the same from others. I am also drug and alcohol free, and would prefer a home of open, authentic, conscious connections and communication with one another. I am not fussed about living with others who enjoy a wine over a meal, but definitely not interested in a party house. I am interested in a quiet space where I can study, as well as, re-charge and unwind. I would enjoy a conversation, meal or outing with fun-loving housemates every so often. As well as a tidy space, where we all contribute in keeping the environment clean and tidy for all. A home near public transport services is a necessity, preferably train and tram services. An unfurnished room and additional storage space would be ideal. I am vegan and would prefer a vegan and/or vegetarian household. I have lived with meat-eaters before though that are respectful and understanding. I also volunteer in assisting with and marketing events within the conscious Melbourne community, as well as activism for the welfare and rights of animals. I am more than happy to live with cats, and the more the merrier :)
I recently moved back to Melbourne after a few years in Brisbane. I'll be working full-time and plan to study counselling part-time in 2018. I am generally quiet, easygoing and respectful of others' space. I am a bit of a "neat-freak" so am more than happy to do my share of cleaning, etc. I don't mind a drink, enjoy a chat, cooking, eating out, listening to people's stories, playing the guitar, music generally, reading and am a keen runner.
Attention Flatmates!! My name is Taylor, I'm a 21 year old girl working full-time in the CBD and looking for a lovely new place to call home. I would love to be friends with my housemates, hopefully of similar ages, but also 100% respect personal space. Not really a party girl, but like to go out occasionally on weekends, and don't mind if you're party people. I'm neat and tidy, and the house will always look lovely whilst I'm living there. I still haven't mastered the art of cooking for one so family dinners all round! On my days off I love to chill out and catch up on shows, find nice places to eat smashed avo, and see friends. If I sound like a good fit for your place please hit me up and tell me a bit about you :)
Hey! I'm a 29 year old British guy. I recently moved to Melbourne to work as doctor and I'm looking for a room! I'm an easy going, open minded, friendly person, and really easy to get along with. I like to cook for friends, go out for drinks and dinner, head to the cinema or theatre, or an exhibition. I love film and filmmaking and generally doing creative things; also live music and podcasts. And I like to travel and attempt keep fit - yoga/jogging/bouldering/hiking (with highly fluctuating regularity). I'm looking for a medium/ long term room in a friendly, relaxed and sociable house. Cheers guys!
Hi guys and gals! I am a 31 year old female and work full time in the CBD. I enjoy music, dancing, reading, cooking, EATING, training and working out. I'm not into party houses, but I do enjoy going out and having people over on the odd occasion. Even a wine or two with friendly chats are great! I am clean and tidy, and respectful of other people's space. I want to find a home where I can relax and be compatible with my housemates
We live in a beautiful light filled single front terrace house. Features of the house include a sunroom, heating/AC in communal area, a bathtub, a small courtyard, lightfilled rooms and a prime central location. All of those things are nice, but nothing compared to living one street away from the amazing Edinburgh Gardens! (especially at this time of year!) We have free, unrestricted on-street parking on a very quiet street and it's a very safe area. There are tram stops one street away on the Clifton Hill side (86) and also on the opposite side of Edinburgh Gardens (11). Getting to the middle of the city only takes about 20mins. We also have Rushall Train station a short walk up the road. Piedemonte's Supermarket, Fitzroy North Library, Clifton Hill Shops and many Cafe's are all within walking distance as well. Bond is $1000 We generally have pretty low utility bills. Internet is $15 per person per month Electricty tends to be under $40 per person p/m Gas under $40 per person p/quarter Water under $20 per person p/quarter -as a rough idea. Our housemates who are moving on to bigger and better things will also be taking some of the furniture/appliances with them, so we are ideally looking for someone who has things like a fridge, couch, dining table and chairs.
My name is prudence, 33, primary teacher, veggo, yogi who's just returned to Aus after living in Germany for 5 years. Just landed back in Aus last month. I have a job and a car, so the next thing is a place to live! I have a washer, dryer, fridge, double seater couch and an 8 seater table plus a whole bunch of kitchen supplies. My mum is downsizing and also has couches, a tv, sewing cabinets etc. Just let me know what you need. We probably have one looking for a home lol I'm a country girl turned city chica who lives a very chilled life. I love walks, art, cooking/baking, gardening and drinks of any kind ! No disrespect, no cigarettes, no drama :) I've lived in share housing since I was 18 when I moved to melb to study. Last place I lived in Melb was Fitzroy north with 3 other girls. I prefer to talk about travel or humanities over celebrity gossip or tv shows. Let me know if I sound like a good fit for your place :)

I am quite health conscious and have a strong preference for people that have a positive attitude. I have an interest in most sports. Hey Hey! I'm a full time nursing student and a retail assistant looking for a lovely home to live in with some awesome people. Hi! I'm Tillie. I'm 23 and have recently moved to Melbourne to pursue a career in Communications. I'm neat and tidy, but easy-going, friendly and I like to laugh. Not a big party girl - enjoy my own space as well as chatting and hanging out (if it involves wine and good movies/TV, all the better). I love music, good food and have a penchant for the 90s. I don't smoke, no food/animal allergies and I'm definitely cool with pets. I come vehicle-less. I own bedroom furniture and a few other household items (some kitchenware etc.) but would be looking for a place with living room furniture/whitegoods. In summation, if you like wine and average puns, I'm your (house)mate.
Looking for a vegan household/team-up. Not because I don't associate with non-vegans but because the smell of meat cooking now makes me feel sick! I work full-time for city of boroondara, in infrastructure. Have been there two years and recently promoted, so work situation is rock solid. I'm into music, photography, art, hockey, travel. Used to living in a team of three. Don't have any pets or kids, no smokes/drugs, social drinker. From Melbourne and have always lived here. Like everyone, I like/need my solo time, but I also like a semi-regular chat/hangout with the roomies! Considerate to the needs of others, clean up after myself, can take constructive criticism and not be offended! Would love to find a couple of friendly people that I could be mates with & go out for a drink or gig here & there.
I work as a Microbiologist (it pays the bills but I actually studied Environmental Science) I work in Pharmaceutical manufacturing for CSL. I enjoy wine, cured meats, can cook and like living in a clean and tidy home. I’m always up for chats. When I'm not working I like do go to cocktail bars and pubs to discuss solving the world’s problems with friends. I'm an avid surfer and triple R listener.
The house is a 1 minute walk from the 11 tram, about 4 minnies to Rushall train station, and the same to the beautiful Edinburgh Gardens. Piedemonte’s is just around the corner and we’re also dangerously close to the negronis at Longplay. The room is the middle sized bedroom in the house and has ad double sized bed and cupboard. We’ve got a nice big loungeroom and the kitchen is great for having people over for dinner.
