Hi all,

I'm Mark ... a mature Australian/American IT professional relocating to Melbourne. I'm looking for a place to stay while beginning this next chapter.

I’m quiet, clean, considerate, financially sound and respectful of other people’s space. I’m looking for a furnished room in a friendly but independent household for an initial six-month stay.

Outside work, I am into strength training, hiking, traveling, restaurants and will be spending ample amounts of time exploring Melbourne. I’m a non-smoker, reliable with rent and happy to contribute to keeping the home clean and comfortable.

I have had one previous experience using flatmates fairly recently in Brisbane and have a reference that can be provided from my roomie, Adele, as well.
