I am in my late 30's, an Engineer and a full time working professional. My family is in Melbourne and I am in Adelaide for my work. So I usually am out of station on weekends. I am easy going and down to earth person and have my interest in technology, but can talk on any topic of interest! Usually people of any age love to chat with me. I am clean and tidy, expect the same from the housemate. I usually love to cook a small meal for dinner... Looking in for a furnished room from mid July, in a place that will get me to Mawson Lakes via public transport.
Living in this area is quiet with a walking path and park area directly opposite. Local shopping and gym is around the corner, bus stop at the end of the street, quality pubs nearby, Par 3 golf course around 100m down the road and the train station around a 20 minute walk away which directly passes Mawson Lakes on the way to the city. The home has a split level hot and cold air con and there's plenty of sufficient space to always find somewhere to relax inside or out. The upstairs bedroom is large with it's own built in wardrobes and direct access to its own lounge/entertainment area with tv. The modern kitchen is shared and has walk in pantry with your own space to store items. The fridge, laundry and outside entertainment area is shared. Soon to be fitted is a solar system to keep power bills under control.

Hi my name is Travis i am looking for a nice comfortable place to call home. i am unfortunately not working at the moment, however i have a history in construction and am applying for work in this field at the moment. In the meantime i have a reliable Centrelink income so you don't need to worry about the rent. i enjoy listening to music and having a conversation, i like to get to know people. I enjoy to go out on the weekend and have fun, i love talking about sports like to go out sometimes and play basketball or soccer, also into movies, just a guy who likes to kick back and have fun. That said, i am also reliable and take responsibility very seriously. I have lived out of home the last 4 years so i am very self sufficient and take pride in a clean and tidy house. i am looking for a share house that has furniture already, preferably a house with garden (i like being outdoors, nature etc), no pets please. Thanks for taking the time to read this and i look forward to hearing from you soon :) Travis

Hello my name is Katrina and I am currently studying at Flight Traning Adelaide. I am a full time student which means I will spend most my time studying. But I also like to socialise when I have the free time. I am from Perth and I moved to Adelaide because of this particular course.
Hi, my name is Brock Robinson. I am 22 years old and I am looking to move out of home. I am currently studying Certificate III in Information Technology at the Tafe SA Elizabeth Campus and am hoping to apply for a Gaming and Animation course at the North Adelaide Senior College once I have concluded my current studies. I enjoy playing video games and watching movies and am a very social and easygoing person once people get to know me. I am also a very responsible person and am always happy to help if I can. I am looking for a shared accommodation with cheap rent and furnished rooms but am more than happy to do teamups if you want. I do not mind gender but would prefer to be with people around the same age as me. I am not interested in places with pets however. I greatly appreciate you checking out my profile and feel free to contact me if you want. Thank you very much for your time and I hope to hear from you soon.
Hi my name is Courtney and I'm looking for a place to call home. I'm 18, studying a Cert ll in animal studies along with my RSA, which I'm hoping will allow me to get a job related to hospitality. Long term I am wanting to become a vet nurse and work with animals. I'm a very friendly and bubbly person, I'm tidy, happy to share house chores and love to cook (especially burritos and tacos, if you are lucky i will be happy to share!) I enjoy seeing friends and am always down for a Disney marathon :) I am a smoker but am totally respectful of others and only smoke outside. Although i am not employed right now i have a centrelink payment and am very financially responsible (something i pride myself on), so will have no problems paying rent on time. I'm looking for an animal friendly home as I have a well trained 8 month old cat who is de-sexed, micro chipped and up to date with vaccines. I would prefer to live with females under 30 with no more than two room mates. I have my own furniture so would prefer an unfurnished room if possible. I can afford approx 150pw if bills are included. Thank you for reading I hope to hear from you soon! Courtney
I keep myself to myseld. I'm quiet clean and tidy. I have an illness so I mostly stay in bed watching tv. Financially secure just don't want the responsibility of a private rental. Too much for me to manage.
