NOTE: I SHALL BE UPLOADING THE PHOTOS OF THE ROOMS AND HOUSE LATER THIS MONTH, BELOW IS JUST A DESCRIPTION. THE IMAGES ATTACHED WERE TAKEN FROM THE REALESTATE WEBSITE (They were taken last October). SO SAVE THIS LISTING AND STAY TUNED FOR THE PHOTOS. This house is a unique building that embraces the history of the state and country. It was built by Francis Fendon - A multi millionare who established Adelaide's economy - in the 1890's and has been renovated throughout the years. In the early 90's it was known as the 'Flash House' and is still stunning. All those who lived in this house were highly respected people, and each one of them did their bit in maintaining the building. It is made of solid bluestone and just beautiful to look at. I recently bought this house to live in myself (And it was a challenge buying this house as higher offers kept coming!) , however due to other commitments i have chosen to live at my other property. Therefore i am renting this gorgeous house to clean and tidy students. It is a state heritage registered house on a approximately 3000SQM property. It has a wonderful front appearance with palm trees and a well maintained swimming pool. I have recently added security grilles onto all the windows that costed over $10,000; which adds onto the safety of the property. I have also applied to fit it new floorboards and still waiting for council approvals, the house is mostly carpet. The house is located around 30 minutes from the city, close to shops, Tafe SA, UniSA Mawson Lakes Campus, and basically everything you need. It has 3 large newly furnished rooms, one smaller room, and a brand new equiped ensuite consisting of a large room and stairs to the second level which has a seperate bathroom, toilet, kitchen and washing machine. All rooms have locks and are furnished with a new double bed (except for the smaller room which has a brand new single bed), new mattress, new sidetable, new desk and chair, new lamp, cupboard, and other thing such as iron, ironing board, laundry bag, clothe hanger all brand new for your convenience. The driveway is very long and there's enough room for everyone. Pricing: • Ensuite: $250 Per Week • The large rooms (3 available): $170 per week. • The smaller room with a single size bed: $150 per week. This price includes: - Water (the house has 2 large filtered rain water tanks, and you can switch from and to mains water). - Gas - NBN INTERNET - Electricity *Provided that it does not exceed $1000 every 3 months* In the case where the electricity bill exceeds $1000, all tenants will pay the exceeded amount equally. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Would love to move out ASAP! Prefer to find a housemate or two and get a place together, but would also be willing to just rent a room from someone who already has a place! I’m taking a gap year at the moment, but I’ll be going back to full time study at Uni next year. I spend a lot of my time at work, or at the gym. Easy going and fun I can cook, and would be happy to cook for a housemate occasionally, but I am a vegan, so I wouldn’t cook or prepare any animal products ☺️ Would love a housemate, or housemates, that could also be a friend Chatty, but also like my personal space and can respect another persons personal space I have lived with my boyfriend for the last few months, but unfortunately we are no longer together, which is why I need a housemate!
Hi, My name is Shannon and i am 19 years old. I am currently living with family but need my own space. I am currently casually working and also studying full-time. I am a very clean and tidy and love to cook! I dont have many friends over, and when i do it really only for one night. I am not a big drinker, may have one once in a blue moon. I am easy going, get along with pretty much everybody. I am looking for either a granny flat, studio, share house or a 1-2 bedroom apartment/unit. Looking at moving when i find something suitable. Thanks :)
Great property renovated 3 years ago. Located in a quiet no thru road. Close to Main North Road and bus stop 45 is a short 2 minute walk away to head right into the City. Choice of 2 rooms and can accomodate if you have furniture or not. Great outdoor entertaining area with BBQ outdoor couch TV etc so happy to have friends around for a few quiet drinks. Unlimited Internet with WIFI right thru the house.
Seeking peaceful, fun, soulful space. I am looking for a place to call home, not just a house. For this reason I am looking for a friendly sociable environment perhaps a shared wine at the end of the day, a shared meal or movie every now and then. As much as I enjoy socializing I also like my space so am completely able to respect yours. recently separated, looking to get back into a share house after living with an ex for the past 7 years. I am attempting to go fairly natural with household items so I clean with vinegar/bicarb/lemon etc and would prefer a home without a heap of chemical products, or a household willing to transition with me. About me: I enjoy reading and movies I practice yoga so would often have a mat rolled out somewhere. I like sharing food and time with friends I care greatly for our planet/environment so am always looking for new ways of reducing my impact. I work as a Massage Therapist and also a Waitress open minded and laid back Vegetarian (am happy to share with respectful Meat eater) About you: I am open to sharing with people of any age/gender as mentioned above I would like to share with someone who wants a socially connected house but also likes their own space/time as well. conscious of the environment. able to keep up with bills. I have mentioned multiple suburbs, but am open to living almost anywhere for the right situation, move date is also flexible. If you think we would be a good fit please get in touch :-) Britt
I have just moved from Darwin to Adelaide for work. I am an engineer that works in the defence ship repair industry. I have lived in shared house accommodation previously in North Qld whilst in the mining industry and in very close quarters as a sailor at sea. I am clean, quiet and respectful of others and know how to live harmoniously in a communal living situation. I am hoping to find a friendly and cooperative group of people to live with for at least 3 months. Cheers David :-)
I’m fun and easygoing. I don’t mind doing housework. I work as an on call educator for Goodstart in the northern suburbs. I am happy to live with guys or girls. Max age I am comfortable living with is 30. Prefer if it was an even split of rent, bills, etc (unless of course it is something I am subscribed too i.e Netflix account) I’m trying to be a “healthier person” so I like to go to the gym quite frequently and also have a healthy meals plan which I’m happy to share with others and make dinners for others. I don’t smoke. I have my own furniture so don’t worry about having to supply any of that. I’m a huge fan of Star Wars and lord of the rings (just FYI).
I’m super friendly and laid back, I’ve been living with a room mate for the past year so I know how to look after an apartment and keep it clean. I can follow a recipe real well so happy to cook a meal for us evey now and then. I love relaxing on the couch with some wine and a great tv show or chick flick, so if you’re the same we’ll get along perfectly. I’m currently studying full time at flinders uni but may be transferring to uni sa next year. And I work park time at jbhifi on weekends. I don’t go to town very often so I wouldn’t have people coming over for pres evey weekend or anything but always down for a good time if you do like going out. I have a boyfriend who is also super easy to get along with so works full time so would only stay over some nights but he is good about being respectful to roommates as he’s been doing it all year. As my family live in Queensland I do get pretty lonely so I do see him most nights. I also have a really sweet cat called Luna, but she is completely toilet trained and I clean her litter evey single morning so you wouldn’t even know she’s there apart from her wanting to cuddle a lot. I also have a fish called Gerald but as you can imagine he’s very quiet, so quiet I almost forget I have him sometimes. So he would not bother you at all :) looking forward to hearing back from you!
Hi, my name is Brock Robinson. I am 22 years old and I am looking to move out of home. I am currently studying Certificate III in Information Technology at the Tafe SA Elizabeth Campus and am hoping to apply for a Gaming and Animation course at the North Adelaide Senior College once I have concluded my current studies. I enjoy playing video games and watching movies and am a very social and easygoing person once people get to know me. I am also a very responsible person and am always happy to help if I can. I am looking for a shared accommodation with cheap rent and furnished rooms but am more than happy to do teamups if you want. I do not mind gender but would prefer to be with people around the same age as me. I am not interested in places with pets however. I greatly appreciate you checking out my profile and feel free to contact me if you want. Thank you very much for your time and I hope to hear from you soon.
