I'm a 44-year-old woman who enjoys walking, singing, and true crime. I work permanent part-time (30 - 37 hours per week). I am gone Monday to Friday for 6 - 11 hours per day. I work as a domestic cleaner. I am contracted to work 30 hours per week, but I am often given more hours. That is why the hours vary. I put move-in date as the 18th of July, but after that is fine. I am currently renting alone, so I need to give 28 days' notice when I leave. I also put "four months" as an estimate. It may be longer than that. I value a quiet, clean space where my privacy is respected. I don't smoke, own pets, or have kids. I am also a non-drinker. I would prefer unfurnished, because I already have all my own furniture. If it's a share house, I would prefer the room to be unfurnished. I have put "share house" as an option, but it is unlikely that anything will be suitable for me. This is because I have lived alone for a total of 21 years. I am used to having a quiet place to come home to. I also don't own a television, so if a TV was on (often) it would annoy me.
