Hi, My name is Bradley and I'm a friendly, easy going 23 year old. I work in Dandenong South as the general manager of a steel warehouse. I am a clean and tidy person who can get along with nearly anyone. I enjoy spending time with friends, keeping fit and eating healthy. I'm looking for a place to stay as my current lease is close to being finished, and I would like a change of scenery.
I have a lovely bedroom in a Sandringham unit on offer. Bedroom is a good size with a double built in robe. The unit has a large kitchen with dishwasher, spacious lounge, bathroom with separate toilet, laundry, a private courtyard, and a garage for storage. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is set for furniture, although we could shuffle some things if need be. Fridge and washing machine included, but if you have some that you want to bring with you I’m sure we can sort something out. The unit is on Bay Rd - close to Sandringham station, bus route 822 (there’s a stop literally next door), Southland shopping centre, and the BEACH! It is also pet friendly – suitable for a cat or small dog. The room is available from January 20. Rent is 760 pm (water included) + 30 internet. Bond is 760.
I am offering a room with ensuite in a lovely 2 bedrom villa in Sandringham. There are 4 villas in the complex and the one I rent is up the back of the complex and is very private. The place has a massive white contemporary kitchen, lounge, dining , 2 bathrroms and 2 toilets with built ins, laundry, clothes line, small and grassed area. There is a garage but i use it for storage. There is room to store things. Parking is plentiful on the street but you can pull in to unload shopping etc. The room has a modern renovated ensuit, 2 built in cupboards. The place is very quiet with great quiet neighbours. I have a massive smart tv (65cm) with netflix, Stan and access to Apple TV, tube. The unit is a 20 walk to the beach or you can drive easily down to the other beaches. Close to train station 25 - 30 min walk or 5 min drive, southland shopping, gyms and supermarket. I pay $560 per week rent. But I am offering $250 per week rent plus $30 internet (unlimited), water, electrcity and gas. Heating is gas ducted heating.
Hi there, Australian/European 28 years old Professional/part time student AOU student. I am currently Working 5-6 nights at various locations around Melbourne in the security industry and study part time. When I have spare time I try to go to the gym or the dojo and catch up with family and friends. I love the beach, Kayaking, fishing, Camping, reading and pc gaming. I do not drink or smoke. References available as required. Looking to move in before the 11th of February, this date is flexible. Seeking Ideally long term accommodation 3-12 months I'm organised, tidy, independent, experienced share house boarder and I understand the dynamics required to maintain a progressive peaceful shared house hold. House mates who are easy going, respectful, honest, trust worthy, respectful of others things/privacy with good sense of humor and a generally positive outlook would be a bonus. I use my PC quite a bit when at home for studies and gaming so a decent internet connection is required. A clean neat house hold on or near the beach, with a view of the beach would be awesome! However by no means conditional. I have a car, almost any sort of parking conditions are OK unless it's 6 levels under ground :( I have a hospitality back ground with much experience in kitchens, so I'd say I'm a reasonably good cook. Although I find these days i'm more inclined towards cooking delicious efficient healthy meals. Organic ingredients wherever possible! I don't mind sharing food with the house mates as long as a viable fair sharing system is in place. I have my own cutlery, Tupper ware, plates, mugs, a toaster, small fridge, wine fridge ( maintains perfect drinking temperature)and a juicer for the kitchen. Happy to sell store or donate furniture that is already available in the house. I have all my own furniture for my room including my super gaming pc. If you might consider me as a compatible addition to your house hold or have any queries please don't hesitate to call or text me anytime after hours.
Hello, guys and girls. We are a young couple in our mid 20's moving over from New Zealand. Bill has been a self employed builder for the last 8 years in NZ and looking at branching out in to the world of project management. Libby is in marketing, she is extremely creative and loves the challenges it can bring. We are both very outgoing and don't like sitting around too much... although you can't beat a trashy movie with wine and a cheese board on the odd Saturday night. We have a very loving dog, Jack, who we will be bringing with us. He is a doberman and is great with people (kids and adults alike), cats, dogs - the lot! A lover to his very core! Other than walking our hound and exploring, we enjoy taking the motorbike out, getting to the gym regularly, good drinks and delicious food (we try to be healthy) and cutting shapes until the sun comes ups. The flights are booked and we are landing Australia side on the 30th of March. Ideally we would love to have a place lined up and locked in - ready to hit the ground running. We are very tidy and considerate people and we are very much looking forward to meeting new people and getting this adventure going.
Hi I'm Josh and I have just moved to Melbourne from Queensland for work and am looking at sharing a place while I work and explore Melbourne. I'm an easy going room mate who enjoys going to the gym, playing and watching sports, cooking and the occasional social drink. I plan to eventually buy a place and am looking for somewhere in the short term (6 to 12 months) to stay while I get to know the city a bit better.
I'm excited to be moving from regional NSW to Melbourne for pilot training at Moorabbin. I'm friendly, outgoing, organised, clean and tidy. I enjoy sport and a healthy active lifestyle. Ideally, a share house with females in the 18 to 30 age bracket within a 20min radius of Moorabbin would be great. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Friendly and upbeat person. Up for a chat and sometimes sharing a meal with housemates or likewise happy doing my own thing independently. When I'm not working I like to relax with Pilates, go see friends and family or catch a movie. Looking for a household that is reasonably quiet.
I work full time and am studying part time. Melbourne always has so much on offer so I'll be out most weekends at a gig, gallery, park or market etc. You're welcome to join me! I'm a bit over the party share house days but I am friendly and will respect your space. My dog (small poodle) and cat are house trained and quiet. The dog will go where ever I go (even to work some days). Hope to meet someone to share a home and a few wines with. I work in mental health in Frankston and love the beach. Moving date is flexible.
Hi there, my name is Kat and I am a full-time student looking for a quiet and clean place to move it. Myself, between my 2 part-time jobs and uni I like to socialise and swim. Shoot me a message if you think we would make a good team.
I'm super relaxed and quiet albeit super easy going with an anything goes relationship. Looking for a similar situation with more of a friendly vibe than a professional one. I'm a non-drinker, non-smoker and definitely not the party type but again I'm not fussed if you are, we're all people right?
I am a 26 year old Marketing professional who works full-time in the Melbourne CBD. I do some freelance projects on the side from time to time. I enjoy photography, travelling, working out and exploring Melbourne (I moved here just over a year ago). I am friendly, tidy and respectful of other people's space.
We are two guys from London, new to Australia, we enjoy music, socialising and generally having a laid back relaxing time. Both of us can cook, and pull our weight with general household chores. Will be looking to get a car also, mainly for sporadic trips here and there, should be a few empty seats for those who want to join. Both currently looking for jobs, but would ideally secure a place to live first.
I'm moving from Berlin to Melbourne in march. I'm going to do a 3-month exchange as a final-year medical student. That's why looking to find a place that will feel like home and not just a place to stay. :)
I love this apartment for so many reasons! I moved here 6 months ago so I could be close to the beach, it is close to brand new and is walking distance to the beach as well as lovely cafes etc and the Sandringham train station. It is also a few minutes down the road from Southland shopping centre. I have a large balcony and there is also a communal rooftop bbq deck within the apartment building. The apartment is a secure building that requires an access swiper to get in as well as lift access. The apartment has reverse cycle heating and cooling in the main living area which very quickly spreads to the other rooms (it is supersonic!) The apartment is fully furnished, including glassware, crockery, decor etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a dishwasher and coffee machine. In the available rooms, there is a bed, bedside table, shelving and built in robe in the bedroom (there would be room for chest of drawers if you wanted to bring along). In the bathroom you have a large shower, toilet, basin and mirrored cupboard. Note that within the spare bathroom is the laundry "cupboard" where the washer/dryer lives. Please note that there is visitor underground parking within the building (not assigned to this apartment)
Andy Female 48 Hi There. I'm looking to share with another like minded flatmate. I have two jobs and am tidy, reliable and like to make my home, my sanctuary. I'm healthy and fit and like to cook and eat "healthy" meals. I have a little baggage - my sweet, little cat, whom I would never consider leaving behind. She is quiet, doesn't scratch furniture and loves a pat. I have a small car, so off street parking would be a bonus, but not essential.
Hi guys! We are two easygoing Italian girls (19 and 24) who are looking for a house/flat to share with someone. We are clean, tidy, sociable. We love chatting and share some meal and, above all, we want to improve our English and meet new people, make new friends. At the moment I'm taking an English course in a college and I'm working full-time as waitress in a restaurant, while my friend comes to Melbourne at the end of january and she is going to look for a job and to study as well.
My current sharehouse will be ending the lease due to renovation. We have to move out until March 11. so my move in date is rather flexible for now. Areas: Brighton, Elwood, Sandringham, Hampton, Gardenvale, Brighton, Prahran, Windsor, South Yarra, Armadale Everything that is close to Public Transportation! I'm clean, tidy (it's a must), reserved, respectful of people's privacy and house rules, and reliable with payments. But I'm also easygoing, funny and I like socialising.

Would love to share cooking duties and share meals together, but happy to do my own thing too.
Hi! I'm Grace, I'm 23 and about to start my career as a nurse. I enjoy good company, a good chat and a few sneaky wines here and there. I'm easy to get along with and respectful of others privacy and lifestyles. I'm pretty clean (not OCD or anything but like to keep my living spaces clean) and though I'm not much of a cook I do make a mean meat pie. I'm from the Mornington peninsular but looking to move up towards the Melbourne due to work commitments. I enjoy movies, music and exploring my surroundings. Well that's me in a nutshell. Cheers Grace

Hi there, I am a 29 yo female and just moved to Victoria from rural Queensland. In February I will begin studying my Masters Degree (Journalism) at Monash Caulfield and I am looking for a room in a share house/flat with some nice housemates and a space to park my car off the street. I am an easy going, responsible person, who respects others privacy. I enjoy photography, good books, keeping fit and active, good food and coffee, a chat over a glass of red wine and travelling. I grew up in Germany and have travelled through most of Northern Australia and other countries around the globe. So apart from exploring the city life and all that Melbourne has to offer I am also keen to explore the surrounding areas for some outdoor adventures. Ideally I would love to live close to the beach so i can escape the city landscape for a run on the beach in the afternoons but more important than that are lovely housemates. Age is not an issue so I don't mind living with someone in their early twenties or in their 30s, 40s, 50s. Important to me is respecting each others schedules and being an honest and open communicator. I am happy to supply references if required and I am going to be working alongside my studies. Looking forward to meeting you!
I am a 18 year old female from Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK. Currently in Australia on a work/holiday visa after arriving here late November 2016. Quite a private person, keep myself to myself but I am very polite and friendly. I am a emaculate person and like to stay on top cleaning.
Hello future housemates! :) We are a chilled musical couple from the Mornington peninsula! We're keen to live closer to the city but not too far from a beach. Both of us are considerate housemates and enjoy good company. We like having a steady income as well as enough time to play music, practise yoga and painting or just chill out :) Ultimately, we would prefer that the rent is reasonably cheap and the living environment/housemates are relaxed. Please let us know if you have anything available! :)
