Hi I'm Bec. I'm a 31 yr old professional, non-smoker working fulltime in Mulgrave doing implementation for a Global Health Technology Company that I love...most days. Looking for a place within 30 minutes drive of Mulgrave and preferably with no pets but must have aircon. Would like a large bedroom in a modern house/apt with easy access to some kind of outdoor space. Bonus points if I get my own bathroom too. I have a car so I need a place that has parking either on or off street and would love to be walking distance to cafes and restaurants. I'm easy going and flexible with the location, move in date, length of stay and price as I'm looking for a home and lifestyle rather than just a place to live. I travelled the world in my 20's and although now my focus is more on my career, I travel interstate for work occasionally and love to get away on holiday whenever I can. I'm not a party animal but I love good conversation, especially if over a nice wine. I like my privacy and space but more than happy to have a good chat or relax watching trash tv, a good movie or head out for brunch or a drink in the sunshine. Also not opposed to an old school board game or anything fun really. I come with cards against humanity, a positive attitude, good manners and the ability to enjoy life. I like getting out to the countryside for hikes, even did the 100km charity walk for Oxfam this year (crazy I know!). I'm responsible, considerate, pay rent on time and easy going. If I sound like someone you'd get along with I'd love to hear from you. Happy house and flat mate hunting everyone! Bec
Hi there My name is Lucas, I'm a 29yo guy from Chile. I've been in Australia for almost two years, and right now I'm looking for a private room to stay 5 months. I'm very responsible, reliable, easy going and drama free guy . I'm a full time worker(6 days a week) and I study 2 days a week and I go to the gym almost every day so I get home usually after 9pm. I keep a busy schedule. I'm very clean and tidy =)
Hi there. I came to Melbourne from Europe about six months ago. Studying and working full time. Im very clean and neat guy, respectful to others space and time. On my free time I usually train or watch tv. If you have a cool room somewhere on Bayside feel free to contact me. Cheers.
Just turned 30, originally from Geelong, but lived 10 years in Melbourne and just returned from a working holiday in London. Will be working part time while I do a short course in marketing as part of a career change. Clean, considerate, quiet, but social and enjoys a few drinks.
Hi, my name is Manen and I'm a professional male working full time Mon to Fri. I am pretty much out and about but I do like to come to a home that is relaxing and peaceful with an easy-going housemate. I like to cook for myself and you’ll often see me in the kitchen in the evenings. I'm pretty easygoing, laid back and respectful- both of people and property. I’m outdoorsy and stay fit and healthy and have many interests in life. I am typically away half of the time including some weekends. I have a 13 year old daughter who visits me on weekends. Ideally I would require a separate or shared room for these days when she's around. She's mild-mannered, creative and intelligent, respectful of others and she loves animals. My intention is to find the right place and live there for the medium to long term so it would NOT suit me if one's available only for the short term. Some separate storage space would be a bonus as well as a lock up garage for my bike. Happy to provide references.
Hey there! I am a friendly 25 year old female. I am looking to move out (obviously) into the Melbourne bayside area! I work during the week and like to relax and have a cheeky drink on the weekend. I love to cook and am all about keeping things clean/tidy but am no neat freak. I like to spend time outdoors but also love to have some down time and watch a movie. I can also appreciate socialising with house mates but understand everyone needs their own time!
Awesome sunny room looking out to the garden in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. The house is fully furnished except your bedroom and you would have you own bathroom. Its 5 minute walk to the train station and Sandringham shops and the beach is literally at the end of the street. Its at the back of the block so super quiet and private. Also open to 2 friends moving in $200 each (there are 2 spare rooms).
I'm a friendly, reliable and clean roomie! I've done the share house thing before and these days I'd be looking for more of a quiet household. I've adopted a small dog and reclaimed my childhood cat since then. They are both beautiful and well cared for by me so don't let that put you off having a laugh and sharing your home with a relaxed chick, who loves to cook, enjoys long walks and a solid Netflix binge on a night in! 💕
I'm easy going and easy to get along with. I have a beautiful 1 year old puppy called Gary who I love to take for long walks along the beach each morning and night. He is an inside dog and loves cuddles on the couch. I enjoy catching up with friends or heading away for the weekend. I would be happy to share a meal or drink with housemates but also am also respectful of privacy and independence. I like to keep a clean and tidy place.
About me: I'm neat, positive, kind and happy. I'm from Melbourne, I work as a high school English tutor and I love binge watching Netflix. I'll be out of the house going to the gym, playing volleyball and hanging out with friends (mainly in the afternoon and at night). I've been living out of home since I was in high school so very house trained :P I'm social but not overbearingly so. Happy to split all bills, pay first months rent and bond in advance :) Also, flexible with moving dates - I can move in asap or wait until a room is ready. What I'm looking for: Share house with 1 (or 2) other happy, LGBTIQA+ friendly housemates An outdoor space Someone who's happy for me to have two small birds in my room, the living room and occasionally outside to get some vitamin D Close to a train/tram station (as I don't have a car) Close to a large supermarket Neat/tidy/clean housemates Quiet house during the day so I can do work there (happy to put ear plugs in occasionally) Decent sized room: big enough to fit a desk, chest of drawers, double bed, birdcage and free standing wardrobe (if there is no built-in robe) Washer, dryer and oven (or at least room for these things, as I'm happy to bring/purchase my own) What I'm not looking for: Mirrors on BIRs or windows that can't be covered in my room (my birds fly into them lol) Strict chore scheduling Excessive partying/drinking Pets that will attack birds Other indoor birds (risk of disease spread) People who refuse to pull their weight with chores (but I don't care if there's mess from needing to get to work quickly or anything short-term) Noisy people Drug taking Smoking Shower curtains :p
Very respectful if others, always cleaning up after myself and happy to do my fair share of the house work. Like to keep fit and eat healthy, not one for food sharing as I'm pretty strict with what I eat but enjoy a house hold social dinner once a week if interested. Love animals, coffee, food and being outdoors.
My name's Bec, I am a happy, kind, quiet, respectful, friendly, clean and conscientious person and I come with a beautiful 10 year old dog, Archie (he's very well trained and has lived in apartments and share houses most of his life and is also fine with other dogs) I currently work and study remedial massage and also work a few nights a week in a restaurant, so I'm quite busy and happy doing my own thing but I am also really happy to catch up for dinner or a chat with my housemate too. In my spare time I like to go camping, hiking, spend time at the beach, practice pilates, meditation, and go to the gym and take Archie out with me on walks too. I'm looking for a quiet and respectful pet friendly house with a lovely housemate with similar values or an apartment or granny flat for 1. I hope to hear from you soon :)
Great location within walking distance to beach, train station, ALDI, Coles and Southland. Safe access to Beach Rd if you like cycling. It's a modern apartment with new high quality furniture, appliances, crockery and cutlery. Gas, Netflix and NBN are included in rent. You will have your own private bathroom and and bedroom with queen sized bed, desk, bookshelf, 2 x lamps, 2 x bedside drawer cabinets and a large built in wardrobe. You will also have your own almost new fridge. Good sized balcony is great for summer. Room has its own split system which works extremely well in both summer and winter. You might notice some little labels on things in the pics. I don't have OCD; they're helping me to learn Chinese :) Smoking outside only. Apartment is kept very clean and tidy.
Hello! My name is Marjorie, I'm 28 yo and I am from Brazil! I'm currently studying HR in the city. I'm easy-going, clean, very respectful, polite and a quite person. I am usually at work or will be in my room, calling my mom (lol), reading a book or watching movies. That's how I enjoy my spare time. I don't party, do drugs or smoke.
From SA but currently living in Melbourne for work. I am a quiet person who is a bit of an introvert, loves to clean, very respectful of others space and spend most of my free time studying. I go back to Adelaide as often as I can to see family and friends. My biggest fault is that I am a little bit fussy about bathroom and toilet areas. I don't mind sharing these facilities but expect people to be an adult about it and clean after use. Where I share at the moment I am having to clean up after two others and a bit over it. I would love my own bathroom. I need a car space and would like somewhere where I can walk to public transport as I work in the city. Love animals and don't mind if you have a furbaby.
Hi iam easy going ,and many people find me amusing, lol Enjoy being physically active, and would prefer to share than live on my own I work full time in the watch idustry ! Hope to hear from you !
Hi, I'm Pauliina, originally from cold north, Finland and excited to call Melbourne my home since 2013. I work full time in a university and on my free time and on weekends I like all things active and outdoor. Most often you'll find me on a boat sailing on Port Phillip Bay or cycling in and out of the city. Also, I'm an enthusiastic (or desperate whichever you want to put it) coffee drinker, enjoying a cuppa is always worth a stop.
