I’m a 47yr old female working full time in the city. On the weekends I love to catch up with friends for a wine or go browsing the various markets. I’m very quiet through the week due to work, so early to bed. There is a cat (inherited from my daughter) and the cat is no trouble at all. Unfortunately I am a smoker, but I never smoke inside or in my car. Yes I know it’s disgusting but I’m still trying to break this nasty habit! Looking for a quiet place with at least a year long lease commencing in June. References available.
Originally from Adelaide currently living in Melbourne. Looking to return home to beautiful SA. I'm clean and tidy. I have a full-time job. I'm not a party animal. I'm happy to socialise with housemates and chip in for spring clean Sundays etc. Only requirement I need is a garage or secure parking to park a vehicle. Although I keep to myself alot I like to live in a bit more of a homely environment with housemates I can communicate and hang out with but also know when to respect eachothers space Look forward to hearing from future housemates Cheers
I’m a chef so I’m always cooking, I’m fun out going clean and tidy and always respectful to others and privacy. Love a wine or two, luv to go walking to stay fit. I’ve only been living in Adelaide 6 months I’m originally from Renmark so a country girl at heart.
Hi. I need somewhere to sleep as Mum is kicking me out. I don't go out much and stay in my room so you will barely notice me - no one notices me. I won't make kitchen mess and take up no cupboard space as I literally order all my food. My hobbies consist of gaming, being goth, blazing up and streaming myself gaming. I am working on becoming a professional gamer and making it my full time job. I also have a large katana and tanto collection, this won't be a problem as I am trained in the ways of the Ron in. I also have a pet ferret called scumbo. Just don't touch my waifu and we will get along just fine. Hope to hear from you soon.
Im 54yrs young very clean and tidy also respectful of other people/home..reliable social but not looking for a party house. I have a small west highland white terrior (fem that doesnt shed) am looking for (pref)my own bathroom/living area and come with great references. .thankyou
Self-employed with an online fashion business, and full-time employed as a fashion retail store manager on jetty road in Glenelg. I run live workshops in Adelaide for a social movement also. Not lots of free time and keep myself quite busy. Ideally looking for somewhere with space for a home office set-up or some storage. Preferably wish to rent my own place and find some housemates to team up as I have a lot of my own stuff already. Close to glenelg for work is a preference. 28 years old. Recently moved back to Adelaide after 7 years overseas, I do want a space where friends from afar can come and stay from time to time. Enjoy socialising in free time but also need somewhere quiet to be able to work. I’m a bit of a neat freak so living with others who appreciate cleanliness is important to me. I have a real passion for wine and have studied wine so definitely enjoy a few wines when I can but also pretty healthy, into personal development and would be great to live with like minded, positive, people. Definite non-smoker. If anyone’s interested in starting up a share property let me know as this is definitely my preference. Ideally a 3 bedroom home with a seperate living area or study that can be utilised as an office and guest room.
I've lived in a few different states and in the U.S., but I'm from Adelaide originally. I do Admin and Modelling work. When I'm not hanging out with friends or family, I basically like to chill, sleep, go to the beach, write, do art or listen to music. Would give you solid competition at board games and card games. Will happily binge watch Netflix with you.
I am after two rooms one for myself from 24/4/2018 long term and the other from 2/5/2018 to 12/5/2018 for my parents who will be in Australia for my graduation. I am flexible on location provided there's a bus stop no more than 5 minutes from the house. The house owners will be friendly and be willing to have conversations from time to time. Ideally this would be a new property. No pets.
Hi I'm Ryan, I' am 26 and have just returned to study at Flinders University (Batchelor of Paramedic Science). I am looking to start a share house with other students with 5 - 6 occupants in a large house to make it as cheap as possible when splitting utilities. Looking for clean, considerate and fun people to share with! I love the beach and outdoor activities. I have a two year old Kelpie x Husky and your interest in the opportunity will be subject to her overall decision on you (yes she will judge you). I like a quite drink and a chat not much of a town fan. Send me a message if interested. Looking to either arrange this for the mid-year break or later in the year!
I work 3 jobs, i spend a lot of the time at the gym, I have all furnishings that’d be needed for a new place. I’m very clean, love cooking, love gardening. I have 2 cats both indoor. My lease finishes in August, looking to find a new place to share with a few people or one person to help split up some of the bill costs.
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged, have some interesting pastimes, and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit regularly however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. I have recently enrolled at uni (online). I am LGBTQI friendly and keep my nose out of other people's business. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
Hello! I am Italian, 30 yo and I have just moved to Adelaide to work full-time as a Business Development Manager. I am looking for a long term accommodation in a clean, quiet house/flat. Thank you! Jody
Hey guys I am a 25, I work as an Emergency Nurse at Flinders Medical Centre. I consider myself quite clean and tidy, used to help manage a property for the previous landlord (lived there for 4yrs). I do like to socialise with my fellow housemates, but do acknowledge the need for personal space and privacy, I am quite respectful of that. During my downtime I enjoy watching and playing sport (run/swim/basketball). I do also enjoy the odd surf session. I love to travel, so I would take spontaneous trips and backpack somewhere for a few weeks at a time every month or two. Also enjoy the occasional binge, watching Netflix. I don't smoke, I drink only on social occasions. I have no pets but I am a definitely dog person. I am currently looking for somewhere to move in for 6 months with high possibility of extending it to a year.
Hey guys !! Two 23 and 24 year old females live in this house. There is one room available for rent, looking for a fun, young, laid back individual to move in. We are are social, busy and incredibly easy to get along with. I study a bachelor of Oral Heath at Adelaide University, as well as working at a Dental Practice and the Warradale Hotel. The other girl works full time. I highly recommend having a look in person, since the photos do not show the true size and layout of the house! The house is large with a nice backyard setting. The house has lemon and mandarin tree, nice lounging area and spacious rooms. Wifi included, Air-conditioning, Washing machine, Clothes dryer, BBQ, Electricity and gas bill to be split between tenants. House is fully furnished but welcome to bring your own furniture. Walking distance from Seacliff beach and train. Close to Marion shopping centre and Flinders University. The house also has a rumpus room with pool and tennis table. We would love for the right people to come join! Send me a message with a Facebook or Instagram name/link if possible, if you are interested. Thanks :)
Very close to the beach (20min walk, 4min drive). 15min walk from train station. 5min from Marion shops. Fastest NBN (100/40) with wifi, Netflix included. Each room has a dedicated reverse cycle air conditioner. Alcohol okay, no house parties or drugs (strictly) please. $180pw includes all bills - rent, internet, electricity, gardening, water.
I have an unfurnished room available in a furnished, two bedroom unit in South Brighton. It is in a great location with the beach at the end of the street, the train station around the corner and Jetty Rd a short walk away for all your coffee and brunch needs. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and the house has plenty of other storage. It contains all the utilities you will need including a very important Nespresso machine. I like to create a homely environment and I appreciate a clean and tidy living space. Bills and internet are not included in the rent and the bond is 6 weeks rent. The room is available from May, but potential to negotiate earlier so just ask if you’re needing somewhere sooner. You will be sharing with myself and a very small and very spoilt dog so being a dog person is essential. Unfortunately no other pets will be accepted. Please message me if you are interested or have any further questions. Females only please.
I'm quiet and home bodied person but doesn't mind to hangout and have fun. Very neat and tidy in the house. Respect other people's privacy and very professional. I will be working full time and studying part time. So most of the time, I will be resting and studying when at home :)
