I’m a full-time professional with a stable income, working partly from home and partly in the office. I’m tidy, respectful, and take care of a place as if it were my own. I don’t smoke, drink, or party, and I value a peaceful, quiet lifestyle.
I live with my cat who are strictly indoors, very well-behaved, and has never caused any damage. She doesn’t go outside, so there’s no impact on wildlife or neighbours.
I have most of my own furniture, though I’m flexible if a place comes furnished. Outside of work, I enjoy playing chess, reading, movies, music, and going for walks.
I’m looking for a long-term rental (12 months or more) and would be a reliable and considerate tenant. My preference is a whole a property.
