Beach lifestyle living cannot get better than this! Will probably suit a student but others I’m willing to consider and can arrange for it to be furnished. The location of this home is impeccable; Direct access to the beach across the road, minutes walk to woolworths one way and the seaford shops and train station the other. Perfect for students attending Monash Uni, Peninsula Campus. Easy to get to the eastlink and a little further around to get to peninsula link. Its fully floor boarded throughout and every room is separated/has its own doorway so plenty of privacy. its a beach shack, an older home and has plenty of character. everything is negotiable but smoking and drugs are def out and no one who sells themselves bringing random guys into the home (Yes, that has happened previously) I don't have an issue if you do that but not while living with me thanks. I'm in no hurry and will wait for the right fit but please, feel free to message me.
I am looking for someone requiring a part time living arrangement only (ie, Mon-Fri) and short term is ok. Ideally looking for someone who needs accommodation for a few days a week, perhaps the working week and back to country for the weekend.

A fabulous modern home walking distance to the gorgeous Seaford beach. Open plan living, very spacious with large kitchen, several outdoor entertaining areas. Close to shops, cafes, & close to public transport as well as being conveniently located near both east link and peninsula freeways. Available straight away. Spacious bedroom with built in wardrobe. The home is pretty comfortable temperature wise all year around but does have reverse cycle heating & cooling. Cable internet/wifi available. We split all bills equally between tenants, bills are usually very reasonable. Smokers are welcome but no smoking inside the home. The home is located in a quiet street at the end of a no through road so it's nice and peaceful, with friendly neighbors. With only a short 5 minute walk to the beach, it's a fabulous location to live in. There is a beautiful walking track behind the house & tennis courts near by.
Gorgeous house with a great backyard, kept neat and tidy alongside friendly neighbours and a very short walk to the beach. You'll have your own space with areas to relax outside your room, including a large deck and another room which is rarely used and will remain as a spare room for guests. There is a great social kitchen and living room with the backyard as an outlook. The room has built in robes and plenty of space for a bed and bedside tables/tallboy etc. 2 toilets, one bathroom. I'm in no rush to find the right person given its just me living in the house. I'm looking for someone who cleans up after themselves and is easy to get along with.
Hey, I'm Chris, 22 years old, working and not currently studying. In my spare time I enjoy catching up with friends, being outdoors and relaxing. I tend to be a quieter person around the house, keeping to myself, but am more than happy to have a chat and get to know each other, and am used to sharing so am clean and respectful of others privacy.
Trace & I, Kayte are great to live with as we're fun happy young adults. We've been bestfriends for 10 years. We both love a good social dinner or binging out on the couch watching tele, we both have days where we are independent too. We're both perth girls, I've been here over a year and she'll be moving over in May, she's recently single I'm trying to show her what Melbournes great for. We're both tidy, happy, respectful & can both cook. Happy to share a room or if two rooms going - not phased to start with.
I’m a 23 year old dad to two rad little women that I have shared care of (no specific times can accommodate potential housemates schedule). Currently a full time student at Box Hill Institute, doing a Cert III in Animal Studies. I’m working towards becoming a vet so I can do something more for animals in need. Been cruelty free since 2k13 🥑🍉🍔 Plant based for the animals 🐷🐣🐮 I am looking for a place around Melbourne or Frankston areas to share with like minded, preferably vegan housemates that won’t mind the occasional overnight stay of my two daughters (ages 2.5years and 7months). I’m easy going, can be super sociable but like to spend a lot of my time at home either learning something new, playing video games or reading. Plus the occasional 50+ hour Netflix sesh. I’m told that I’m very good at exaggerating, but I don’t see it at all 🧐🤪 Totally supportive of LGBTQ+ beings. I couldn’t care less what anyone does as long as it isn’t harming anyone else. I don’t smoke cigarettes anymore; quit about 3 years ago but don’t care if housemates do. I’ve lived out of home since I was 16 so I’m very capable when it comes to household duties. I’m also not bad in the kitchen and happy to share meals occasionally. Looking forward to meeting some new people and hopefully finding a place to call home 👨👧👧🌴🏠 Please feel free to message me ⬇️ ✌️ 📱📸 IG: hktpq
Hi there, My name is Andy, I’m 31 yo from the UK. I love to travel and meet new people. I am friendly, sociable and clean. I have good references. I will have be acquiring an 8 week old golden retriever on the 17/04 so I’d need somewhere that would accept him :) I am looking for a lovely houseshare in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne, between Mordialloc and Frankston area. Would consider Mornington Peninsula as well. Thanks, Andy
Hi I’m Nick, I’m from England but live in Australia permanently now, fun and social love going out for a beer but work full time as a plumber so pretty quiet in the week. Like having a chat but also having my own space.
Employed, relaxed, quiet, neatish. ! 11 year old son is with me on weekdays, last share house said he was the best house mate they have had. (Byron Bay). His only requirement is decent WiFi. I am happy with a good sized space that is clean, hopefully close to beach, in a relatively quiet household. I travel for work and am away many weekends due to this. I also write and hide away at the desk a bit. Flexible. Not a judgey person. Main life angles: yoga, fitness and the arts. I love gardening.
Hey im Kayla, i about to head off to Cambodia for 3 to 4 weeks but I will be needing a room in Melbourne again, I am looking somewhere along the frankston line as I have a job in frankston atm. I am coming back to study business marketing and continue working as a chef. I will be mainly keeping to myself but always down for convos and food. Ask me questions!
I keep to myself and am very friendly. I have moved here to play professionally for a local basketball team and will be in-season and well behaved. I also teach kids basketball part-time.
Hi, My name is Emily, (but i prefer Em) and I've recently turned 30. Pretty easy going, clean and tidy and easy to get along with. I work full time in Dandenong South as a Customer Service Officer. I am a smoker (I'm used to smoking outside). Not a binge drinker, enjoy a beer or two though from time to time. I can be pretty social but also like my quiet time. Message me if there is anything else you'd like to know :)
Hello there, my name is Clare, I'm 36 yrs old and I'm currently studying a Bachelors degree to become a naturopath. I also work part-time at a health food store, and some casual work for a beauty, body and bath products business. I'm a very clean person, love to be outside in nature, really easy going, love to cook, read and most of all I love spending time with my beautiful dog "Snow", who is a 3 year old white German shepherd. So it's a package deal, as I'm looking for a place for myself and Snow (who sleeps inside), and someone that loves dogs. Yes, he does shed quite a bit of hair, but I happily vacuum. Preferably you would have a grassed backyard area too. Happy to socialise, and don't mind a glass of wine on the couch on the weekend, but I also completely respect your privacy. Would also consider anyone looking to find a rental together in Frankston, Karingal or surrounding suburbs. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
Hey! I have just started this profile I shall up date after I think of something amazing to write about myself ha Musician and father.
