Hi All, We have 1 room available for rent in the lovely suburb of Morningside! You will find it located in an extremely convenient location on a no through road where it is only a 10 minute walk to the train station, 2 minutes to the nearest bus stop, 10 minute walk to Woolworths/Coles, gyms are within walking distance, and of course we get the first sunlight in the bay :) The room has a built in wardrobe, enough room for a queen bed and storage cabinets and alredy comes with a ceiling fan for those warm summer days (although it is winter). At this stage the room will be unfurnished, so if you have your own bed and other bedroom items that would be ideal! It is a quaint home with a living room upstairs and fully stocked kitchen with gas stove and enough storage space for the three of us. The back extends to a large lawn with a hammock set up under the shade of the trees (perfect on a hot summers day). Underneath the house is another living room and my bedroom (this is mainly my area but the others sometimes come down for a chat now and again).
