It's just myself and my boarder collie Zeus in the house, he's always happy to see you when you come home and keeps good guard of the house. The room available is a double room with a bed in (can bring your own bed if you like) and it has its own separate walk-in wardrobe for those of you into buying lots of shoes! The house is an old classic Queenslander which I keep neat and tidy, my sofa is massive and can fit a good 6 people on! The whole house is furnished and you'd be welcome to use the smart TV too. Public transport is really easy to access and there is ample parking in the drive or on the street. Underneath the house is a huge double garage space so if there is anything that needs storing then you are welcome to leave it there. Nice quiet neighbourhood with Norman park train station just 1k away and Carindale shopping centre 3ks away. Obviously you must be OK with a dog to live here and be nice and tidy. There's unlimited wifi which is included in the rent and bills come every quarter to which they'd just be split in half.
