Hello! I'm keen to join a little house /apartment or start a new place with someone. I work full time as a graduate ecologist in the city. I enjoy wine and good coffee, and a healthy mix of social and chill weekends. I'm keen to live within walking distance of a fun little hub and leave the car at home. I love animals but only have plants. Oh, and I don't smoke. Ok bye!
Hey I'm 24 studying Psychology full time at Griffith and working part time. I've been living on the Gold Coast my whole life about to move to Brisbane for a change. I'm very easy going, laid back, clean, considerate and not a massive party animal. I do like my own privacy and space but I definitely prefer to be friends not strangers with who I live with. Would ideally like to live with people around the same age as me :)
Hey, im a mechanic. Moved up from the Burleigh Heads 2 months ago with my boarder collie bella, she is very placid and loves most other dogs. I keep to myself building my motorbike and taking bella with me every where i go. Not a big drinker or partyer, prefer to take bella hiking or to the beach on a weekend so won't be home that much. I do like to cook dinner sometimes, thai, curries or hearty roasts to share with housemates.
I am a Danish undergraduate student in computer science, going on exchange to University of Queensland for one semester. I also plan on doing an internship abroad, so depending on where I will get a position, I might need a room in Brisbane for one year. I am laid back and outgoing. I like to be around other people, go out and be active and do whatever fits the moment. Right now I have lived in a dorm with 22 people on the floor for almost two years, so I am used to live with other people. We share two kitchens and three bathrooms so I know how important it is to tidy up after yourself and make sure that there is space for everyone. I have been to two schools that are unique for Denmark where you live at the school sharing the room with one or two other persons, so again, I know how to live close with other people. When I am not studying, I like to hang out with people, playing games, chill in a park, go for a run or take a trip in the weekend. I like to do sports and have tried some different dances at my uni (swing, salsa and breakdance) and I have done capoeira for some years. I hope to be able to continue with some of it in Brisbane, but I also have a big plan to learn to surf and dive (I have to, I am going to Australia). I hope to find a place with some nice people (there are different kinds of nice), that I can do things with, so where I will live won't just be a place to sleep.
Hey! I'll be looking for a new place to live at the start of JULY, I would love to meet some people who are looking to do the same, or have a room available. Both my roommates are moving on, one overseas and the other inner state to start her career. I work full time in Darra so I would like to stay south of the river, but still close enough to the city/valley. I wouldn't mind living with either male/s or female/s, as long as they are around the same age. Preferably no more than 2 roommates. I've got a few things for a share house, fridge, kitchen stuff, dining table n chairs, outdoor setting, etc. Avid Triple J listener that loves checking out gigs n festivals. I'm always keeping busy with catching up with mates n making plans. Love a cheeky bev on the weekends, and always down to have a chat after a long day at work. Keen to meet some new friends :) $175 or $195 bills included. Feel free to ask me anything !
I would like to live in a quiet space, with tidy people. furthermore, I am looking for some clean home.
I'm moving out of home for the first time ever!. I'm excited and nervous at the same time. I live on the North side with my lovely family but I'm far from uni so I want to move closer. Since this is a first time experience you will be my first experience. I would like peaceful people who will make this transition easy for me. No dramas just easy going.I am a social person though I don't drink or smoke. I do like to talk and make people feel comfortable around me lol at the same time i treasure my me time. I am a UQ student so i'll spend my time at uni, at work and every Sunday at church. I LOVE music. Rather I'm a musician though I'm studying something totally unrelated to music (Political science and Criminology). I play piano and sing and I'm a music director at my church. I'm not the type that sings all the time though.. I know... weird. I don't like pets at all due to the mess(sorry). I'm a clean freak. I value family, friends, love and all those mooshy mooshy things. I think i'm over sharing. Feel free to message me. Thank you Future Housemate
I'm relocating to Brisbane for a full time job in health care. I am a very neat and tidy person. I enjoy socialising but really like to have some independence and chill time after work and on weekends. Would prefer to have my own bathroom and unfurnished bedroom if possible.
Hey we’re two housemates currently looking for a new place to live. We’re looking for two rooms in the same house or would prefer a team up with 2 more people. We both work retail and bar jobs minimum 20 hours a week and are looking for something ranging from $150-175 each. We’re both very similar in that we like to maintain a clean house, and are both mature young adults. But we still like to chill out, drink beers and meet new people. I’m originally from New South Wales and Callum has just moved from Adelaide. We’re looking for a 6 month lease and we’re hoping for a fun friendly household where we can all hang out together.

Hi! I'm a friendly 30yr old female looking for a nice room in a sharehouse or apartment ideally just south east of the city. My current lease expires on July 13th so I'd like to move as close to this date as practical. I'm a full-time driving instructor and you can rely on me to pay rent and bills on time and keep the place tidy. I come with a large collection of tabletop games that I'd be more than happy to teach you to play. I also have an entire households worth of furniture if any is needed (or I can ditch it). I'm an introvert by nature but I'm friendly enough for a chat. I'm not much of a party animal and alcohol usually makes me sleepy but I'm not opposed to it. The only thing I do dislike is commercial TV and radio, but I'd be ok with Triple J and netflix. Feel free to contact me for teamups too :)
Very sociable young guy that loves stimulating conversation, health and sports. I'm always keen for outdoor adventures like hiking, camping and beach trips and really laid back. I've just finished my masters in dietetics and work several jobs part time (full time load) as well as private practice, so I like to chill out and chat in my little downtime. I also love pets so would love a furry little housemate, but have none myself. I've lived by myself and house share situations for a few years so I'm well versed in cleaning and living with others.
I study physics full time at QUT Gardens Point and have a casual bar job. I'm also part of the Moreton Bay Lions Service Club so don't have much free time or time at home. I spend most my time when home studying or cleaning. I have my own car so am away a lot travelling when I do have free time. I'll be at uni till atleast the end of next year so am happy with any length stay.
Hey guys, so we (Megan and Jarrad) are currently looking for a new housemate to move into our house at Seven Hills (basically Camp Hill). It's a pretty decent sized UNFURNISHED room (with plenty of room for a queen sized bed and a desk), house is in a decent location from Uni and CBD access, and there's fast as shit (sometimes) unlimited Internet. We have a dog, so the right person would probably need to be OK with the grumpy fluff ball that is Maisy. Our landlord is an awesome bloke. Dogs considered after meet and greet with Maisy, cats however most likely no.
Hi, I'm a professional, working from Capalaba, looking for someone, or two people to share house with while I save up a little money for a home or investment. I'm a very easy-going person, tidy but not OCD. I get to a point where I reach spring clean mode, and i'm used to looking after my own properties. I'm over the party scene, but I do love a dinner/games party and a get-together BBQ. I love getting away for my weekends, and going on short adventures. But, when I can't get away I don't mind a chilled out weekend. I love riding bikes, with motors and without, and generally getting outdoors. This does mean that I come with a number of bicycles, a bunch of camping gear, a couple of guitars, 2 vehicles and some furniture (which I'm happy to share!). I do have a gorgeous beautiful wonderful adopted puppy (not a puppy) dog who will be visiting from time to time, but not a full time pet. If you think we might get along, message me! I'm open to all backgrounds, genders, orientations, people with kids, pets, fur-babies etc.
I'm looking for a positive environment to live in. I'm happy to do my own thing but also looking to make new friends and enjoy good company. Friendly, tidy and domesticated.
Moving to Brisbane from NSW mid July and looking for a new place to call home. I currently am and will also be working full time in the Beauty Therapy Industry when I move. Looking to move into a place with friendly people who have respect for others. I am a social person and fun to be around although I do enjoy spending time alone. I am a very clean housemate (probably a bit OCD) and willing to keep up my part of the jobs. I am very reliable with bills so that wont be a problem and not a big party person. If you think you have the room for me please send me a message :)
I recently, and unexpectedly, sold my house and I need to vacate it in early April. I am a mature, and mature-aged, lady. I work part-time and I am very clean, tidy, quiet, honest and responsible.

Hi! I'm 20 years old and I work as a Personal Assistant during the week and in Hospitality on the weekends. I'm quite private, but I also enjoy living with people who are up for a bit of socialising or a chat. I'm looking for either a group of two or three people to find a place together with, or a room in an existing place.
I’m a 21 year old, studying Beauty Therapy and work part-time in an admin role. I’m easy going, tidy and respectful towards others and their belongings. Love a good boogie, sharing music and painting with drinks & friends. Always keen for a family taco night or dnm but on the flip side you might not see me for days on end as I will be in my doonah burrito binge watching Netflix or compilations of sausage dogs in hoodies.
Hi, I'm a friendly upbeat person, I'm great to live with because I'm respectful of others and their personal space, I am not really a party person as I prefer quiet nights. Occasionally I like a drink and good chat! That being said, I do also appreciate my own space and privacy from time to time. I also love animals! especially cats.
I have worked in the warehousing industry for around 3 years and am a fairly easygoing person, I have lived away from home since 15 therefore I am quite self sufficient and have good people skills, I am quite Good around the house ie: cleaning and garden work. Am looking for a place to stay semi-long term as the people I have been staying with are downsizing in around 2 weeks and will not have a spare room for me to rent any longer .
Hey new housemate! all the boring stuff is below but to put it into a couple of sentences we are just looking for somewhere nice with housemates that we can enjoy time with whether its having a drink at night or watching a movie or having dinner, maybe even sneak in a game of monopoly! (without the destroying friendship part of it) look forward to hearing from you. We are a couple that has been together for over 2 years both from Brisbane, our current flatmate has had to move back home and our lease runs out on the 30th so we are looking to find a new place and new housemates pretty quickly. I (Sean) am a second year mechanical engineering student at UQ interested in cars and I do gardening for work every now and then, i am not a fan of cats at all but love pretty much any dog. Amy works as a nanny and a cleaner 6 days a week likes going to yoga when she can make it and enjoys lying down and reading books (she has about 3 storage containers full and more on the bookshelf), we also have 4 mice dont worry they dont stink as we clean them pretty regularly. Most nights i will cook dinner and we will watch some tv shows or movies. we like going out for breakfast or dinner about once a week and try to do something new that gets us out of the house on the weekend. Not really to sure what else to say but hope we are looking forward to meeting our new housemates cheers.
We are a trustworthy reliable couple, we respect personal space and are always clean and tidy. if you would like your space we respect that and if you want a nice dinner together, I am a great cook to cook a nice dinner. we have two German Shepherds who have both been through obedience school and are very gentle, soft and behaved. we pay our bills on time and both have full time jobs as a childcare worker and a carpenter. we play sport in our spare time on the weekends and are very active, liking to do hiking and more.
A ground floor fully furnished queen size bedroom available in this security screened 3/4 bedroom townhouse in a great location in East Brisbane. The bedroom benefits from a spacious built-in wardrobe, a brand new 2 drawer bedside cabinet and a brand new 3 large drawer chest with a nearly new GVA 21.5"(54.6cm) FHD LED LCD TV with Built-in DVD player. There is a bathroom located downstairs with shower over bath and a toilet, there's a laundry room with a brand new Fisher & Paykel 8kg Washing Machine, and a brand new Electrolux 8kg Condenser Dryer. The other bathroom is located upstairs and there's also a separate toilet on the upstairs floor. The functional open plan kitchen situated upstairs has loads of cupboard space, a brand new fridge and brand new kitchen appliances (apart from the cooker). There is a cute private courtyard/garden at the back of the property. Great resort style pool in complex rarely used by the other residents. The property is less than 2 minutes walk from two bus stops going either to the city or the other way, 10 minutes walk from Morningside train station, 10 minutes walk from Coles and Woolworths and other amenities. There's a few parks with coffee shops only a short stroll too. Parking available on site but not allocated. Unlimited adsl2+ broadband available, all bills are inclusive, and the unit is fully furnished. The rent is payable every two weeks with a two weeks deposit only, we require two weeks notice. No references required, ideally looking for professional people or students, sorry no party animals...
The house is a 3 storey townhouse; open plan kitchen, living and dining on the top floor, and a great balcony with views of the gateway bridge and a BBQ. Second floor is the master bedroom, second bedroom and a study. Bottom floor is the available room, which is unfurnished, with your own good sized ensuite. The room has a ceiling fan, and is big enough for a queen size bed plus other bedroom extras. There is no built in robe, however there is a large cupboard directly outside the room that would be solely yours. There is also a gym outside the ground floor room in the courtyard, which you will have access to from a glass sliding door in your room. Rent is $180 per week, including Platinum HD Foxtel and 500gb of internet a month. Electricity and gas are split evenly quarterly. Bond (4 weeks rent) and 2 weeks rent in advance will be required. There are a load of shops and utilities close by on Wynnum Road which are less than a kilometre walk away including KFC, Subway, ANZ Bank, Westpac, Foodworks, Barebones Barber, Amcal Day and Night Chemist, Nandos, Dominos, just to name a few. Morningside Train Station is only 300m away from the front door and it is only a 22 minute train ride to Central Station.
This is a 3 level townhouse, you will be on the top floor with the guy with a shared bathroom. The second floor is a shared kitchen/lounge with two balconys. The complex also has a large pool! Wifi is available for a small cost.
Hi! We are looking for someone to join our awesome townhouse located in Morningside. The train station and Richmond Road bus stops are within walking distance, Cannon Hill and Carindale shopping centres are close by, and there are plenty of cool local cafes, including one that makes the greatest bagels in Brisbane. Not even exaggerating. We are a couple, one other person, an old, quiet mini foxy and a lazy, friendly cat. We're easygoing, enjoy netflix, good food and usually get out and about during the weekends. We love the footy so while we're a pretty quiet household, there is the occasional yelling at the tv and climbing the walls. Don't be fooled by the granny trolley, I'm only 34 but those things are great 😂 The room has a built-in robe and ceiling fan, fits a queen bed and desk/tallboy and you will share the main bathroom with one other person as the master bedroom has an ensuite that the couple use. The complex is at the end of a cul de sac, is quiet and has a pool. The lease is up in September so this would suit a short term tenant. The room is unfurnished but currently has a spare bed in it as we are using it as a spare room, I would be willing to sell the bed if needed. Not suitable for couples sorry. The bills: Bond: $320 Rent: $160 per week Gas: $60-90 per quarter Electricity: $80-100 per quarter Internet & foxtel: $33 per month Smiles and laughs come for free :)
