We love living here as it is a very quiet and peaceful street away from the main roads , and the neighbours are very friendly also. The property is very well laid out and consists of the living and kitchen area downstairs and the 3 bedrooms and seperate bathroom, ( which would be your own) upstairs, as well as a seperate laundry downstairs. It has a double lock up garage but that space unfortunately is already being used but there is parking available on the driveway and on the street also. The room is a standard size room but has a lot of cupboard space and also has your own private balcony and your bathroom and toilet are directly next to your room. No need to worry about being uncomfortable in the summer or winter as the house has full ducted air. Very pleasant. The kitchen has plenty of bench space to work on and had a massive pantry and standard white goods including a dishwasher. Downstairs also has a large deck which is set on the back of a fantastic leafy area which is home to an array of different wildlife. Great for relaxing and very very quiet indeed. Hard to believe sometimes that the city is only 15 minutes away. Living area is furnished with normal tv and Netflix available aswell as wifi. It’s very close to cannon hill shops and Westfield carindale and there are plenty of local places to check out along Wynnum toad and also not too far from Oxford street bulimba aswell. Public transport is accessible and the train station is only a short distance away.

Hey guys, we are looking for a 1 new housemate to move into our large house. It's a massive (and i mean massive) two storey house, (3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs) so it's never too crowded. One of our housemates who lives downstairs is only seen around twice a month due to their busy schedule, so it's best to think of it as having 3 housemates! Cooking is also very manageable, we've never had a problem and rarely cook at the same time! It's super easy to get quiet time whenever you need it. The room is a decent sizes with a ceiling fan and built in wardrobe. The bathroom is shared with a couple. They are quick and clean in the bathroom. The toilet is also separate from the bathroom.
