But also can be the life of the party when required ;) My passport may say 41 but without sounding like a nob I look and act more like a 27 year old and get along with younger vibrant people :) I’m looking for a light-filled, relaxed space to work quietly from on most weekdays — somewhere that feels like home rather than a corporate office. Occasionally, I might stay overnight, and sometimes I may bring my small, well-trained, quiet dog. Other times I’m out staying on my boat at rotto for a week or two at a time. I’d treat the space with respect and care, and I’m happy to pay for the right fit.
